Background
Beret is a standardized fabricated steel structure. Because the ends of the upper chord and the lower chord in the bailey pieces are provided with the male and female connectors, the stress ends between two adjacent bailey pieces are concentrated on the upper chord and the lower chord, and the connection is not stable enough in the long-time stress use process, so that the bailey pieces have room for improvement.

The application is described in further detail below with reference to fig. 1-2.
The embodiment of the application discloses a bailey piece bracket. Referring to fig. 1, a bailey piece stand includes a bailey piece body 1 and a fixing assembly 2. In the embodiment of the present application, two adjacent connected bailey pieces 1 are taken as a group, and here, two groups are taken as an example. The fixing component 2 can fix two sets of bailey pieces 1 which are opposite and are arranged in parallel.
Referring to fig. 1, the bailey piece body 1 includes an upper chord 11, a lower chord 12, a plurality of vertical rods 13 and diagonal rods 14, the upper chord 11 and the lower chord 12 are arranged in parallel, the number of the vertical rods 13 is three and are uniformly arranged between the upper chord 11 and the lower chord 12, the upper ends of the three vertical rods 13 are welded on the upper chord 11, the lower ends of the two vertical rods 13 are welded on the lower chord 12, and the three vertical rods 13 are arranged in parallel to each other, thereby forming a supporting frame 15. One end of a part of diagonal rod 14 is welded on the upper chord 11, the other end of the part of diagonal rod 14 is welded on the vertical rod 13, one end of the other part of diagonal rod 14 is welded on the lower chord 12, the other end of the other part of diagonal rod 14 is welded on the vertical rod 13, and a plurality of diagonal rods 14 are mutually matched to form a diamond frame, so that the whole bailey piece body 1 is supported.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the fixing assembly 2 includes a number of male connectors 21, female connectors 22, and fixing pins 23. In the embodiment of the application, the number of the male connectors 21 and the female connectors 22 is three, wherein two male connectors 21 are respectively welded on the end parts of the upper chord 11 and the lower chord 12, the other male connector 21 is welded on the middle part of the vertical rod 13, two female connectors 22 are respectively welded on the end parts of the upper chord 11 and the lower chord 12, which are far away from the male connectors 21, the other female connector 22 is welded on the middle part of the other vertical rod 13, and the female connectors 22 are symmetrically arranged with the male connectors 21 on the vertical rod 13.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the male connector 21 is provided with a first through hole 211, the female connector 22 is provided with a second through hole 221, and when two adjacent bailey pieces 1 are connected, the male connector 21 is embedded in the female connector 22. When the two sets of bailey pieces 1 are parallel and are oppositely arranged, the fixing pin 23 respectively penetrates through the two sets of male connectors 21 and female connectors 22 on the two sets of bailey pieces 1, and the fixing pin 23 is embedded in the first through holes 211 and the second through holes 221 on the two sets of male connectors 21 and female connectors 22, so that the two sets of bailey pieces 1 which are parallel to each other are supported.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the fixing assembly 2 further includes a connecting rod 24 and a limiting block 25, the fixing pins 23 and the vertical rods 13 are vertically arranged, the connecting rod 24 is integrally arranged at the end parts of the three fixing pins 23, the connecting rod 24 can support the upper chord 11 and the lower chord 12 of the bailey piece body 1, and meanwhile, the stress on the three fixing pins 23 can be dispersed. The stopper 25 is in threaded connection with one end of the fixed pin 23 far away from the connecting rod 24, and the stopper 25 is abutted against one side of the female connector 22 far away from the connecting rod 24, so that the connection stability of the fixed pin 23 is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the fixing assembly 2 further includes a support bar 26 and a fixing bolt 27. The two ends of the supporting rod 26 are provided with long waist holes 261, the long waist holes 261 are formed along the length direction of the supporting rod 26, the two ends of the vertical rods 13 close to the upper chord 11 and the lower chord 12 are provided with mounting holes 131, one end of the supporting rod 26 is connected to one side of the vertical rod 13 of one group of bailey piece bodies 1 close to the upper chord 11, the other end of the supporting rod 26 is connected to one side of the vertical rod 13 of the other group of bailey piece bodies 1 close to the lower chord 12, the screw rods of the fixing bolts 27 sequentially penetrate through the mounting holes 131 and the long waist holes 261, and nuts of the fixing bolts 27 are connected to the screw rods of the fixing bolts 27 in a threaded mode, so that the supporting rod 26 and the vertical rods 13 on the two groups of bailey piece bodies 1 are fixed. In the embodiment of the application, the number of the supporting rods 26 is four, the supporting rods 26 are intersected into two groups, one group is positioned on one side of the fixed pin 23, the other group is positioned on the other side of the fixed pin 23, and the two groups are oppositely arranged relative to the fixed pin 23. The upper chord 11 is provided with a first supporting hole 111, and the lower chord 12 is provided with a second supporting hole 121, so that other supporting rods 26 can support the bailey piece body 1 to form a plurality of sets of bailey piece supports.
The principle of implementation of the bailey sheet support in the embodiment of the application is that an operator firstly fixes two ends of a supporting rod 26 on two opposite bailey sheet bodies 1 through fixing bolts 27, and simultaneously adjusts the distance between the two opposite bailey sheet bodies 1 by adjusting the tightness of the fixing bolts 27, other bailey sheet bodies 1 are arranged on the installed bailey sheet bodies 1 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, at the moment, a male connector 21 is embedded in a female connector 22 to hold a connecting rod 24, a fixing pin 23 on the connecting rod 24 is inserted into a first through hole 211 and a second through hole 221, and a limiting block 25 is connected with one end of the fixing pin 23 far away from the connecting block in a threaded manner, so that the two sets of bailey sheet bodies 1 are fixed, and then the other bailey sheet bodies 1 are sequentially fixed.
