Claims (7)
1. An ergonomic lumbar support assembly, characterized by comprising the following steps:
A seat support configured to support buttocks of a human body;
The waist support piece is configured to support the waist of a human body and is rotatably connected to the seat support piece;
The waist support member has a sitting posture support state in which the waist support member faces forward and a lying support state in which the front portion of the waist support member is positioned below the rear portion of the waist support member, and when the sitting posture support state is switched to the lying support state, the rear portion of the waist support member rotates downward relative to the front portion of the waist support member, and in which the waist support member faces upward and supports the waist of a human body from bottom to top.

3. The ergonomic lumbar support assembly of claim 1 wherein the lumbar support is positioned at an angle of 115-120 ° relative to the seat support in a sitting support position and at an angle of 158-165 ° relative to the seat in a reclined support position.
4. The ergonomic lumbar support assembly of claim 1 wherein the lumbar support is rotated at an angle of 43-50 °.
5. The ergonomic lumbar support assembly of claim 1 wherein the seat support rear end is fixedly coupled to a vertical turret, the turret projecting upwardly from the seat support upper surface, the lumbar support being rotatably coupled to the turret.

The ergonomic lumbar support assembly of claim 1 wherein the lumbar support lower end is suspended and when the sitting support position is switched to the reclined support position, the lumbar support lower end moves back-to-front and approaches the seat support, the spacing between the lumbar support lower end and the seat support decreases.
7. The ergonomic lumbar support assembly of claim 6 wherein the seat support member curves downwardly from front to back from a central portion thereof to a rear end portion thereof.
