As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the soft bag pushing device 3 includes a pushing plate 31, a pushing cylinder 32, a lifting cylinder 33 and a cylinder fixing seat 34, wherein the pushing plate 31 is used for pushing out the soft bag in the material arranging groove 22. The pushing plate 31 is comb-shaped and is provided with a plurality of avoiding grooves 311 for avoiding the material arranging plate 23, so as to avoid collision interference during pushing. The pushing cylinder 32 is fixedly connected with the pushing plate 31, the expansion direction of the pushing cylinder 32 is perpendicular to the feeding direction of the material arranging conveyor belt 21, and the pushing cylinder 32 is used for driving the pushing plate 31 to push the soft bag in the material arranging groove 22. The piston rod of the lifting cylinder 33 is fixedly connected with the pushing cylinder 32, and is used for driving the pushing plate 31 to lift through the pushing cylinder 32. The cylinder barrel of the lifting cylinder 33 is fixedly arranged on a cylinder fixing seat 34, and the cylinder fixing seat 34 is fixed on the supporting frame 10. The cylinder fixing seat 34 is provided with a cylinder guide post 35, the cylinder guide post 35 is slidably matched with the pushing cylinder 32, and the cylinder guide post 35 is used for guiding the pushing cylinder 32 to lift.
As shown in fig. 6, the soft bag packaging apparatus further includes a soft bag limiting device 6 slidably disposed on the soft bag packaging platform 1, for preventing the soft bag from falling from the soft bag packaging platform 1. The soft bag limiting device 6 comprises a left limiting component 61, a right limiting component 62 and a rear limiting component 63, wherein the left limiting component 61 is parallel to the right limiting component 62 and is respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the partition board. The rear limiting component 63 is parallel to the soft bag material arranging device 2 and is arranged on one side of the soft bag packaging platform 1 away from the soft bag material arranging device 2. The left and right spacing assemblies 61 and 62 are identical in structure. The left limiting assembly 61 includes a left limiting fence 611, a left primary cylinder 612, and a left secondary cylinder 613, the left primary cylinder 612 being fixedly coupled to the left limiting fence 611 and configured to drive the left limiting fence 611. The piston rod of the left secondary cylinder 613 is fixedly connected with the cylinder barrel of the left primary cylinder 612 through a cylinder connecting plate, and the left secondary cylinder 613 is used for further pushing the left limiting baffle 611 through the left primary cylinder 612, so that the left limiting assembly 61 can adjust the soft bag on the soft bag packaging platform 1 in a larger range. The structure of the right limiting assembly 62 is specifically referred to as the left limiting assembly 61, and is not specifically limited herein. The rear limit assembly 63 may be provided with one cylinder, but two cylinders may be provided.
The soft bag packaging equipment further comprises a soft bag packaging clamp 7, a packaging conveying device 8 and a soft bag transferring device 9, wherein the soft bag packaging clamp 7 is used for clamping the soft bags packaged on the soft bag packaging platform 1. The package conveyor 8 is used for conveying the package, and may be, but not limited to, a roller conveyor in particular. The soft bag packaging clamp 7 is fixedly arranged at the execution end of the soft bag transfer device 9, and the soft bag transfer device 9 is used for transferring packaged soft bags from the soft bag packaging platform 1 to the packaging box. The soft bag transfer device 9 may be, but not limited to, a six-degree-of-freedom manipulator.
As shown in fig. 9, the flexible bag packing jig 7 includes a mounting plate 71 and two sets of first gripping members 72 provided on the left and right sides of the mounting plate 71, respectively. As shown in fig. 10, the first clamping assembly 72 includes a first clamping plate 721, a first sliding seat 722, a first cylinder 723 and a first locking member 726, and the first clamping plates 721 of the two sets of first clamping assemblies 72 are close to or separate from each other to correspondingly clamp or unclamp the flexible bags on the flexible bag packing platform 1. The first sliding seat 722 is slidably disposed on the mounting plate 71, and the first sliding seat 722 is hinged to the first clamping plate 721, so that the first clamping plate 721 rotates relative to the first sliding seat 722, and the first sliding seat 722 adjusts the distance between the two first clamping plates 721. The first sliding seat 722 is slidably engaged with the clamping plate sliding rail provided on the mounting plate 71, so as to guide the first sliding seat 722 to slide. The first cylinder 723 is fixedly connected to the first sliding seat 722 through a first bracket 724, and a piston rod of the first cylinder 723 is fixedly connected to the first clamping plate 721 through a first bearing housing 725.
The first locking member 726 is disposed between the first sliding seat 722 and the mounting plate 71, and after the distance between the two first clamping plates 721 is adjusted, the first locking member 726 fixes the first sliding seat 722 on the mounting plate 71, so as to prevent the first clamping plates 721 from loosening during the clamping process. The first locking member 726 may specifically be a locking bolt passing through the first sliding seat 722 and propped against the clamping plate sliding rail of the mounting plate 71, and two ends of the first sliding seat 722 are respectively provided with one locking bolt, however, the type and the arrangement of the first locking member 726 are not limited thereto.
The flexible bag packing jig 7 further includes two sets of second clamping assemblies 73 provided at both front and rear sides of the mounting plate 71, as shown in fig. 11, the second clamping assemblies 73 including a second clamping plate 731, a second fixing seat 732, a second cylinder 733, and a second link 734. The second clamping plates 731 of the two sets of second clamping assemblies 73 are synchronously gathered together or synchronously separated from each other in cooperation with the two first clamping plates 721 to clamp or unclamp the flexible bags on the flexible bag packing platform 1. The second fixing base 732 is fixedly arranged on the mounting plate 71, the second fixing base 732 is hinged with the second clamping plate 731, and the second clamping plate 731 can rotate relative to the second fixing base 732. The second cylinder 733 is fixedly arranged at the top of the second fixing base 732. One end of the second link 734 is connected to a piston rod of the second cylinder 733 and the other end thereof abuts against the second clamping plate 731 through a second bearing housing 735. Of course, the structure of the soft pack packing jig 7 is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 12, the soft bag packing jig 7 further includes a push down plate 74, a push down guide post 75, and a push down cylinder 76, the push down plate 74 being disposed in parallel below the mounting plate 71. One end of the lower thrust rod 75 is fixedly connected to the lower push plate 74 and the other end is slidably passed through the mounting plate 71 for guiding the lower push plate 74 to be lifted and lowered relative to the mounting plate 71. The pushing down cylinder 76 is fixedly arranged on the mounting plate 71, a piston rod of the pushing down cylinder 76 is connected with the pushing down plate 74, and the pushing down cylinder 76 is used for driving the pushing down plate 74 to push the soft bag into the packaging box.
