Aiming at least one defect or deficiency in the prior art, the application provides a roof repairing structure and a roof assembly, and aims at waterproof reinforcement at the junction position of a parapet wall and a ring beam of a roof so as to achieve the purposes of repairing cracks and preventing water seepage.
In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present application, there is provided a roofing repair structure comprising:
a ring beam;
Parapet wall, connect in the top of the said girt beam and include masonry structure;
the outside junction groove is formed at the junction of the root outer wall of the masonry structure and the top outer wall of the ring beam;
a junction waterproof structure filled in the outside junction groove, and
The first waterproof coating layer is arranged to cover the outer side face, the top face and the inner side face of the parapet.
In some embodiments, the interfacing waterproof structure includes an interfacing veneer layer as an outermost layer, the parapet wall includes a parapet veneer layer, the ring beam includes a ring beam veneer layer, and the ring beam veneer layer, the interfacing veneer layer, and the parapet veneer layer are sequentially connected in a sealing manner.
In some embodiments, the interfacing waterproof structure further comprises an caulk layer and a first waterproof mortar layer, the caulk layer, the first waterproof mortar layer, and the interfacing facing layer being layered sequentially from inside to outside.
In some embodiments, the outside interface groove is formed as a V-groove, and the outside face of the interface waterproof structure, the outside face of the ring beam, and the outside face of the parapet are vertically flush.
In some embodiments, the first waterproof paint layer is further disposed to cover an outer side of the interfacing waterproof structure and/or an outer side of the girt.
In some embodiments, the roofing repair structure comprises a floor structure and a back ridge, the floor structure is connected with the transverse inner end of the ring beam, the back ridge is arranged at an internal corner position between the masonry structure and the floor structure, and the part of the first waterproof coating layer covering the inner side surface of the parapet wall does not exceed the connection part of the back ridge and the inner side surface of the parapet wall.
In some embodiments, the roofing repair structure further comprises a masonry water-breaking groove formed on the inner side surface of the masonry structure, and a composite waterproof layer sequentially covering the surface of the masonry structure, the composite waterproof layer comprises a cement mortar layer, a second waterproof paint layer, a new waterproof roll and a concrete protection layer sequentially arranged from inside to outside, one end of the new waterproof roll is closed in the masonry water-breaking groove, the concrete protection layer covers at least part of the masonry structure, at least part of the inner side surface of the parapet is covered with the concrete protection layer aligned with the masonry water-breaking groove.
In some embodiments, the roofing repair structure further comprises a floor water-breaking groove formed on the top surface of the floor structure, and the other end of the new waterproof coiled material is closed in the floor water-breaking groove.
In some embodiments, the roofing repair structure further comprises a floor water-breaking groove formed on the top surface of the floor structure, and the other end of the new waterproof coiled material is closed in the floor water-breaking groove.
The second aspect of the application provides a roof assembly comprising the roof repair structure.
According to the technical scheme, the outside junction groove is formed in the junction of the parapet wall and the ring beam, and the junction waterproof structure is filled in the outside junction groove, so that junction cracks generated by structural stress can be effectively repaired, the junction of the parapet wall and the ring beam is sealed, and in addition, the peripheral wall of the whole parapet wall is covered by the first waterproof coating layer, so that the waterproof effect is further effectively improved.

Detailed Description
The following describes specific embodiments of the present application in detail with reference to the drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating and illustrating the application, are not intended to limit the application.
The application will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in connection with exemplary embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, a first exemplary embodiment of the present application provides a roofing repair structure including a girt 1, a parapet wall 2, an outside boundary groove 3, a boundary waterproof structure 4, and a first waterproof paint layer 5. The parapet wall 2 is connected to the top of the ring beam 1, a main body structure of the parapet wall 2 is a masonry structure 201, an outer boundary groove 3 is formed at the boundary of the root outer wall of the masonry structure 201 and the top outer wall of the ring beam 1, a boundary waterproof structure 4 is filled in the outer boundary groove 3 to seal the outer boundary groove 3, and a first waterproof coating layer 5 is arranged to cover the outer side face, the top face and the inner side face of the parapet wall 2.
It can be seen that, the roofing repairing structure of this exemplary embodiment sets up outside juncture groove 3 through the juncture of parapet 2 and collar tie beam 1 to fill juncture waterproof construction 4 in outside juncture groove 3, thereby can effectively repair the juncture crack that produces because of structural stress, make parapet 2 and the juncture of collar tie beam 1 more sealed, still cover the perisporium of whole parapet through first waterproof coating layer in addition, further effectively promoted holistic waterproof effect, effectively avoided parapet 2 to fracture infiltration because of stress influence.
Specifically, the juncture waterproof structure 4 includes a joint compound layer, a first waterproof mortar layer and a juncture finish layer, which are sequentially layered from inside to outside, wherein the joint compound layer may be a butyl mortar layer, and the first waterproof mortar layer is used for trowelling the butyl mortar layer to further promote waterproof effect. Parapet 2 is still including setting up at the parapet finish coat on masonry structure 201 surface, and collar tie 1 is including setting up the collar tie finish coat on collar tie surface, for further promoting the roughness of roof outer wall, under the circumstances that the boundary finish coat covered first waterproof mortar layer, requires collar tie finish coat, boundary finish coat and parapet finish coat sealing connection in proper order for juncture after the restoration is level, seamless, effectively promotes the aesthetic measure of building.
In an alternative or preferred embodiment, the outside boundary groove 3 is formed as a V-groove, the boundary waterproof structure 4 is formed as a V-shaped structure that mates with the V-groove, and the outside face of the boundary waterproof structure 4, the outside face of the collar beam 1, and the outside face of the parapet wall 2 are vertically flush with each other with the boundary waterproof structure 4 filled in the outside boundary groove 3.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the first waterproof coating layer 5 further covers the outer side surface of the boundary waterproof structure 4 and extends downwards to the outer side surface of the ring beam 1, so that the waterproof capability of the whole outer side surface of the roof structure, especially two boundary positions of the boundary waterproof structure 4, the parapet wall 2 and the ring beam 1, is improved, and the protection effect of the boundary waterproof structure 4 on the boundary position of the parapet wall 2 and the ring beam 1 is further improved.
Inside parapet 2, the roofing repair structure includes floor structure 6 and anti-bank 7, and wherein, floor structure 6 connects the lateral inner of circle roof beam 1, and anti-bank 7 sets up the reentrant corner position between brickwork structure 201 and floor structure 6. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the portion of the first waterproof paint layer 5 covering the inner side surface of the parapet wall 2 does not exceed the junction between the counter ridge 7 and the inner side surface of the parapet wall 2, in other words, the portion of the first waterproof paint layer 5 covering the inner side surface of the parapet wall 2 extends downward to the top surface of the counter ridge 7, so that it is ensured that the first waterproof paint layer 5 can cover a waterproof structure such as a water-break tank provided on the inner side surface of the parapet wall 2.
In an alternative or preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the roof repairing structure further comprises a masonry block 9, a floor block 10 and a composite waterproof layer 8, wherein the masonry block 9 is formed on a part of an inner side surface of the masonry structure 201 above the counter-sill 7, and the floor block 10 is formed on a part of a top surface of the floor structure 6 on a lateral side of the counter-sill 7.
It should be noted that, in the case of being provided with the inverse bank 7, the internal corner between the masonry structure 201 and the floor structure 6 is converted into the external corner, so that, for performing the wrapped waterproof construction on the external corner, the composite waterproof layer 8 may be covered on the surface of the inverse bank 7, and the two ends of the composite waterproof layer 8 may extend to the masonry water-breaking groove 9 and the floor water-breaking groove 10, so that the composite waterproof layer 8 may cover the masonry structure 201 and a part of the surface of the floor structure 6, thereby covering the boundary position between the masonry structure 201 and the inverse bank 7 and the boundary position between the floor structure 6 and the inverse bank 7.
In this embodiment, the composite waterproof layer 8 includes a cement mortar layer, a second waterproof paint layer, a new waterproof roll 801 and a concrete protection layer 802 sequentially layered from inside to outside, wherein one end of the new waterproof roll 801 is closed in the masonry water-break tank 9, the other end is closed in the floor water-break tank 10, a portion of the concrete protection layer 802 covering the masonry structure 201 is covered at least to the masonry water-break tank 9, and a portion of the first waterproof paint layer 5 covering the inner side surface of the parapet wall 2 is covered at least to the concrete protection layer 802 aligned with the masonry water-break tank 9.
In addition, the roofing repairing structure of this embodiment further includes old waterproofing membrane 11 that sets up in the one side that the floor water-break tank 10 kept away from the anti-bank 7, and this old waterproofing membrane 11 can be by the old waterproofing membrane that remains in the former roofing waterproof layer for overlap joint is on new waterproofing membrane 801 in order to cover floor water-break tank 10, makes floor water-break tank 10 more sealed, and the water-proof effects is better.
A second exemplary embodiment of the present application provides a roof assembly including the above-mentioned roof repairing structure, and it is obvious that the roof assembly of the present exemplary embodiment has all the technical features brought by the above-mentioned roof repairing structure, so that the description thereof will not be repeated here.
In the present application, unless otherwise indicated, terms such as "inner and outer" are used to refer to the difference between the inside and outside of a building such as a house, for example, the outside and the outside, and the relationship between the inside and outside of a laminated structure, for example, the innermost layer in the case of a vertically laminated structure, and the outermost layer in the case of a top layer.
The construction method of the roof repairing structure is explained below by combining the roof repairing structure, and the concrete flow is as follows:
(1) Finding out a roof water seepage area, and carrying out elastic line marking on the parapet root in the area;
(2) Drilling a surface layer and a mortar layer to a masonry structure layer in the marking range by using a cutting machine and an electric hammer;
(3) Cleaning the basal plane, and keeping a section of original roof waterproof coiled material on one side of the excavated floor structure far away from the masonry structure without sundries such as floating dust, water and the like;
(4) Roughening the surface of the floor slab structure positioned at the internal corner of the masonry structure;
(5) Pouring a reverse bank between the masonry structure and the floor structure;
(6) Repairing and trowelling the ground between the inverse bank and the floor slab structure by cement mortar;
(6) Arc chamfering is carried out on the internal corner between the inverted ridge and the floor slab structure;
(7) Paving a composite waterproof layer among a masonry structure, a reverse ridge and a floor structure, wherein a second waterproof coating layer adopts KS-100X bionic fiber waterproof mortar with the thickness of 3mm, a second waterproof coating layer adopts non-asphalt non-curing waterproof coating with the thickness of 2mm, a new waterproof coiled material adopts a non-asphalt self-adhesive high polymer waterproof coiled material with the thickness of 2mm, a concrete protective layer adopts a 40mm fine stone concrete protective layer, mortar is recycled for a facade, the new waterproof coiled material is closed up in a masonry water-breaking tank and a floor water-breaking tank, and is fixed by a pressing strip and sealed by sealant, and the pre-reserved original roof waterproof coiled material is lapped on the new waterproof coiled material;
(8) Reserving a drainage ditch within the range of 300mm outside the reverse bank, finding a slope by the drainage ditch and extending to a roof ground leakage opening, and reserving an old waterproof coiled material on the original roof on one side of the drainage ditch away from the reverse bank;
(9) Cutting V-shaped grooves at the joint of the outer wall of the parapet wall and the concrete ring beam, wherein the width of each V-shaped groove is 3-5cm, and the depth of each V-shaped groove is 2-3cm;
(10) Cleaning the cutting part, and avoiding dust and sundries;
(11) Repairing and filling the gap by using butyl mortar, repairing and trowelling by using first waterproof mortar, and finally recovering the outer wall finish layer;
(12) The parapet wall is integrally coated with a polyurea transparent waterproof adhesive layer serving as a first waterproof coating layer at least twice, and the thickness of the polyurea transparent waterproof adhesive layer is 1cm.
