A first motor 302 is fixedly arranged on one side of the supporting table 2, a rotating rod 303 is fixedly arranged at the output end of the first motor 302, the rotating rod 303 penetrates through the supporting table 2 to be in sliding connection with the extension plate 301, a threaded sleeve 304 is fixedly arranged at the other end of the rotating rod 303, and the threaded sleeve 304 is in threaded connection with the inside of the extension plate 301.
The sliding plates 305 are installed on two sides of the extension plate 301, the first sliding grooves 306 are formed on two sides of the inner wall of the supporting table 2, and the two sliding plates 305 are respectively connected with the two first sliding grooves 306 in a sliding mode.
The edge of the supporting table 2 and one side of the extension plate 301 are fixedly provided with a guard rail 6.
The first motor 302 drives the rotating rod 303 to rotate, the rotating rod 303 drives the screw sleeve 304 with one end fixedly mounted to rotate, and the screw sleeve 304 is in threaded connection with the inside of the extension plate 301, so that the screw sleeve 304 rotates to drive the extension plate 301 to extend to one side, the extension plate 301 moves to drive the sliding plates 305 with two fixedly mounted sides to slide along the first sliding groove 306, and stability of the extension plate 301 in extension is improved. The extension assembly 3 can expand the area of the supporting table 2, the whole device is not required to be moved, the construction can be carried out on other positions, the flexibility of the device is improved, the device is suitable for different environments, and the practicability is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, in one aspect of the present embodiment, the fixing assembly 4 includes two symmetrical mounting bars 401 fixedly mounted on both sides of the base 1, a mounting frame 402 is fixedly mounted at one end of the two same-side mounting bars 401, a second motor 403 is fixedly mounted above the mounting frame 402, a first threaded rod 404 is fixedly mounted at an output end of the second motor 403, a moving plate 405 is screwed to a surface of the first threaded rod 404, two symmetrical sliding columns 406 are fixedly mounted on a lower surface of the moving plate 405, and the two sliding columns 406 penetrate through a bottom of the mounting frame 402 and are slidably connected with the mounting frame 402, and a fixing plate 407 is fixedly mounted at bottom ends of the two sliding columns 406.
Second sliding grooves 408 are formed in two sides of the inner wall of the mounting frame 402, and two ends of the moving plate 405 are respectively connected with the two second sliding grooves 408 in a sliding mode.
The fixed component 4 further comprises a supporting frame 409 fixedly installed at the bottom of the base 1, two symmetrical hydraulic rods 410 are fixedly installed on the lower surface of the base 1, a connecting plate 411 is fixedly installed below the two hydraulic rods 410, and two symmetrical universal wheels 412 are fixedly installed below the connecting plate 411.
The universal wheels 412 are drawn into the supporting frame 409 through the two hydraulic rods 410 to support the device, the second motor 403 is started, the second motor 403 drives the first threaded rod 404 to rotate, the first threaded rod 404 drives the moving plate 405 with the surface in threaded connection to move downwards along the second sliding groove 408, and the two fixedly installed sliding columns 406 below the moving plate 405 can be driven to move downwards, so that the fixed plate 407 is driven to move downwards, the fixed plate is contacted with the ground, the friction force of the fixed plate is increased, the stability of the device is improved, and shaking of the device is avoided, and accidents occur.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in one aspect of the present embodiment, the lifting assembly 5 includes a third motor 501 fixedly installed inside the base 1, a screw cylinder 502 is fixedly installed at an output end of the third motor 501, the screw cylinder 502 is rotatably connected to an upper surface of the base 1 through a bearing housing, a second threaded rod 503 is connected to an inner thread of the screw cylinder 502, and a top end of the second threaded rod 503 is fixedly connected to a lower surface of the support table 2.
Two symmetrical telescopic rods 504 are fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the base 1, and the top ends of the two telescopic rods 504 are fixedly connected with the lower surface of the supporting table 2.
The third motor 501 drives the screw cylinder 502 to rotate, and the second threaded rod 503 is in threaded connection with the inside of the screw cylinder 502, so that the screw cylinder 502 rotates to enable the second threaded rod 503 to move up and down, and further drives the telescopic rods 504 on two sides to stretch up and down, so that the supporting table 2 is lifted, the construction of workers is facilitated, and the practicability is improved.
All the electric equipment in this scheme all carry out the power supply through external power supply.
When the auxiliary support frame convenient to use is used, firstly, the hydraulic rod 410 is started to expose the universal wheel 412, the device is moved to a designated position, then the universal wheel 412 is retracted, the supporting frame 409 is contacted with the ground to support the device, then, the second motor 403 is started, the second motor 403 drives the first threaded rod 404 to rotate, the first threaded rod 404 drives the moving plate 405 with the surface in threaded connection to move downwards along the second sliding groove 408, namely, two sliding columns 406 fixedly arranged below the moving plate 405 are driven to move downwards, the fixed plate 407 is driven to move downwards to contact the ground, then, a worker carries a required tool to stand on the extending plate 301, the third motor 501 drives the threaded cylinder 502 to rotate, the threaded cylinder 503 is connected inside the threaded cylinder 502 in a threaded manner, the threaded cylinder 502 is rotated to enable the second threaded rod 503 to move up and down, then, the two side telescopic rods 504 are driven to stretch up and down, the supporting table 2 is lifted, the worker can start to construct, the rotating rod 303 drives the rotating rod 303 to rotate, one end of the fixed sleeve 304 to rotate, the threaded sleeve 304 is driven to rotate, the threaded sleeve 304 is connected to the inside the extending plate 301, and other workers can extend to the extending position to the extending plate 301 conveniently.
