Background
The aluminum honeycomb panel is formed by matching an aluminum honeycomb core in the middle with two aluminum panels, has the advantages of excellent fireproof and flame-retardant properties, corrosion resistance and the like, and is widely applied to ceiling boards, cabinet doors, indoor doors, outdoor doors and the like manufactured by using the aluminum honeycomb panel in the household industry.
The existing aluminum honeycomb panel has a certain defect in use, the core wall of the aluminum honeycomb core is very thin, aluminum is adopted as a material, and the aluminum has better heat conductivity, so that the aluminum honeycomb core is easy to be heated at high temperature to generate bending deformation, the strength of the aluminum honeycomb core is reduced, meanwhile, the outer aluminum panel is thinner, and particularly, the position corresponding to the honeycomb holes of the honeycomb core cannot be effectively supported, is easy to be impacted to generate local concave deformation, so that the use and the appearance of the aluminum honeycomb panel are influenced.

Further, the end part of the first reinforcing column is provided with a slot, and the end part of the second reinforcing column is provided with a plug rod which is in plug-in fit with the slot.
Further, the first reinforcing column and the second reinforcing column are fixedly provided with supporting plates, and the supporting plates are in honeycomb structure and are in abutting lap joint with the inner walls of the honeycomb holes.
Further, the opposite sides of the reinforcing plate are bonded to the honeycomb core plate and the aluminum face plate through the first adhesive layer.

In the application, the reinforcing plate is arranged between the honeycomb core plate and the aluminum panel, the opposite sides of the two reinforcing plates are respectively provided with the first support column and the second support column, the first support column and the second support column are movably inserted in the honeycomb holes, and the ends of the first support column and the second support column are mutually in abutting lap joint for sharing the stress of the honeycomb core plate so as to improve the strength of the honeycomb core plate and ensure that the honeycomb core plate is not easy to bend and deform, and meanwhile, the hollow window position of the aluminum panel can be supported, thereby improving the integral strength of the honeycomb panel.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a novel aluminum honeycomb panel according to an embodiment of the present application comprises a honeycomb core plate 1 on which a plurality of honeycomb holes 2 are formed in an array; the honeycomb panel comprises two reinforcing plates 3, wherein the two reinforcing plates 3 are respectively arranged on two sides of a honeycomb core plate 1, the two reinforcing plates 3 are arranged on two sides of the honeycomb core plate 1 and used for reinforcing the strength of the honeycomb core plate 1, a plurality of first reinforcing columns 4 and second reinforcing columns 5 are respectively arranged on opposite sides of the two reinforcing plates 3 in an array mode, the first reinforcing columns 4 are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with the second reinforcing columns 5, free ends of the corresponding first reinforcing columns 4 and second reinforcing columns 5 are movably inserted into honeycomb holes 2 and are mutually overlapped, a supporting piece can be formed through overlapping of the first reinforcing columns 4 and the second reinforcing columns 5 and used for supporting the two reinforcing plates 3, when the honeycomb core plate 1 is subjected to impact force, the supporting piece is used for sharing the stress of the honeycomb core plate 1, so that the honeycomb core plate is not easy to bend and deform, the two aluminum panels 6 are respectively arranged on opposite sides of the two reinforcing plates 3, the strength of the aluminum panels 6 is improved through the arranged reinforcing plates 3, meanwhile, the supporting piece formed by the first reinforcing columns 4 and the second reinforcing columns 5 is just positioned in the honeycomb holes 2, the supporting piece is used for improving the anti-impact strength of the aluminum panels, and the service life of the supporting piece is further improved.
As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, the end of the first reinforcing column 4 is provided with a slot 7, the end of the second reinforcing column 5 is provided with a plug rod 8 in plug fit with the slot 7, and the connectivity of the first reinforcing column 4 and the second reinforcing column 5 is better and the supporting effect on the empty window position of the aluminum panel 6 is better through the provided slot 7 and the plug rod 8 in fit with the slot 7.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the first reinforcing column 4 and the second reinforcing column 5 are both fixedly provided with the supporting plate 9, and the supporting plate 9 is configured to be honeycomb and is in interference lap joint with the inner wall of the honeycomb hole 2, when the first reinforcing column 4 and the second reinforcing column 5 are connected, the supporting plate 9 is just located in the honeycomb hole 2, and since the supporting plate 9 is configured to be honeycomb, the outer peripheral side of the supporting plate just overlaps the inner wall of the honeycomb hole 2, thereby supporting the inner wall of the honeycomb hole 2, so that the strength of the honeycomb core plate 1 is improved, the bending deformation is not easy, and the practicability is improved.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the opposite sides of the reinforcing plate 3 are bonded to the honeycomb core plate 1 and the aluminum panel 6 through the first adhesive layer 10, and the bonding strength of the reinforcing plate 3, the honeycomb core plate 1 and the aluminum panel 6 is better through the first adhesive layer 10, so that the overall strength of the honeycomb panel is improved.
As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, the slot 7 and the insert rod 8 are bonded by the second adhesive layer 11, and by the second adhesive layer 11, the first reinforcing column 4 and the second reinforcing column 5 have not only an interference force but also a traction force, so that the connection strength of the two is further improved, since the honeycomb core plate 1 is provided with the plurality of honeycomb holes 2 in an array, a plurality of empty window points are arranged between the reinforcing plate 3 and the honeycomb core plate 1, and the supporting piece formed by the first reinforcing column 4 and the second reinforcing column 5 just pulls the empty window points, so that the integral strength of the honeycomb plate is further improved, wherein the first adhesive layer 10 and the second adhesive layer 11 adopt yh860 glue.
As shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4, in some embodiments, the reinforcing plate 3 is made of bamboo boards, which are made of bamboo fibers, wood fibers and other materials, and has a small shrinkage coefficient and expansion coefficient, is not easy to wear, is not easy to deform, is hard and compact, and has a low heat conductivity coefficient, so that heat is not easy to be conducted to the honeycomb core plate 1, and bending deformation of the honeycomb core plate 1 caused by heating is avoided, thereby improving practicability.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the outer peripheral sides of the honeycomb core plate 1, the reinforcing plate 3 and the aluminum panel 6 are provided with sealing frames 12, and the sealing frames 12 are used for sealing edges, so that the aesthetic property is improved, and meanwhile, the honeycomb core plate can be used as a limiting frame, so that the honeycomb core plate 1, the reinforcing plate 3 and the aluminum panel 6 are prevented from being deflected due to stress, and the strength of the honeycomb panel is further improved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in some embodiments, a PVC film 13 is disposed on a side of the aluminum panel 6 away from the reinforcing plate 3, and by disposing the PVC film 13 on an outer edge of the aluminum panel 6, an outer surface thereof is not easily scratched and worn, thereby improving aesthetic properties, and at the same time, it has a heat insulation effect, and reduces heat conduction of external heat to the aluminum panel 6, thereby improving strength thereof.
