When the drying device is used, the air cylinder 41 is started through an external power supply, the output end of the air cylinder 41 drives the movable block 37 to move upwards, so that the pressing plate 39 is driven to move upwards, then an object to be dried is placed on the bottom plate 33, the output end of the air cylinder 41 is then driven to move downwards, the pressing plate 39 is driven to move downwards until the bottom of the pressing plate 39 presses the top surface of the object to be dried, and therefore the clamping and fixing effects of the object to be dried are achieved. In use, the rotating rod 30 drives the pressing plate 39, the bottom plate 33 and the to-be-dried object to rotate, and the air outlet pipes 27 are matched with the air outlet pipes at the rear side of the rotating rod, so that the effect of uniformly drying the to-be-dried object is achieved.
After the object is dried, the motor 44 and the drying device 21 are closed, then the closed door is opened, then the cylinder 41 is started through an external power supply, the output end of the cylinder 41 moves upwards, the pressing plate 39 is driven to move upwards to be separated from contact with the surface of the object, and as the front surface of the object is not provided with shielding objects, the operator can conveniently take out the dried objects, and then the effect of conveniently taking the objects is achieved.
Preferably, the top surface of the bottom plate 33 is provided with a plurality of groups of ventilation holes 34, and the top surface of the pressing plate 39 is provided with a plurality of groups of through holes 40. Thereby facilitating the direct contact of the hot air with the surface of the object through the air holes 34 and the through holes 40 after the object is clamped and fixed.
