Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present utility model are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are merely for explaining the technical principles of the present utility model, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present utility model.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the utility model provides a quick clamping tool for a boring machine to process a plate workpiece 2, which comprises a counter-pulling base 3, a first bolt 4, a second bolt 5, a third bolt 7 and a positioning pin 6.
The counter pulling base 3 comprises a support flat plate 34 and support rib plates 35 which are arranged in a crisscross mode, the support flat plate 34 is positioned above the support rib plates 35, and the whole counter pulling base 3 is integrally formed. The counter-pulling base 3 is used for being fixed on the machine tool fixing table 1 and carrying the workpiece 2.
The support plate 34 is provided with a plurality of first counter sunk holes 31, a plurality of second counter sunk holes 32 and a plurality of straight holes 33.
The first bolt 4 is adapted to project downwardly from the first counterbore 31 and threadedly engage the fastener 8. The fastening piece 8 is a T-shaped block body and is used for being placed in a clamping groove of the machine tool fixed table 1, and when the first bolt 4 and the fastening piece 8 are screwed down, the counter-pulling base 3 can be fastened on the machine tool fixed table 1. Since the first bolts 4 are used to fasten the counter base 3 without frequent adjustment of the position, the number of the first bolts 4 and the number of the first counter bores 31 are six.
The third bolt 7 is used to penetrate the positioning pin 6 and is screwed with the second counter bore 32 to fix the positioning pin 6 in the second counter bore 32. The positioning pin 6 is used for limiting the workpiece 2, and has the effect of easy assembly and disassembly. In contrast, the second counter bore 32 has a lower counter depth than the first counter bore 31, thereby facilitating the positioning pin 6 to protrude upward from the upper surface of the counter base 3. The positioning pins 6 and the third bolts 7 are only two, the number of the positioning pins is enough to position the workpiece 2, but the number of the second countersunk holes 32 is more than the number of the third bolts 7, so that the purpose is to meet the processing requirements of the workpiece 2 with different specifications, and when the workpiece 2 is replaced, the new workpiece 2 can be quickly clamped and positioned by only adjusting the positions of the positioning pins 6 in advance.
The second bolt 5 is used to penetrate the straight hole 33, protrude upward from the upper surface of the counter-pulling base 3, and screw-connect the workpiece 2, so that the workpiece 2 can be fastened to the counter-pulling base 3. The number of the second bolts 5 is four, but the number of the straight holes 33 is also more than that of the second bolts 5, so as to meet the processing requirements of workpieces 2 with different specifications, and further fasten the workpieces 2 with different specifications on the counter-pulling base 3.
The vacancies of the straight hole 33 and the second counter bore 32 are designed in advance according to the production and processing requirements, and when in actual processing, the corresponding straight hole 33 and second counter bore 32 are selected according to the workpiece 2, and the second bolt 5 and the positioning pin 6 are placed.
In the implementation process of the scheme, the positioning pin 6 is utilized to rapidly determine the position of the workpiece 2, the alignment process is omitted, and the position of the workpiece 2 on the counter-pulling base 3 is determined based on the positioning pin 6. In the scheme, the second bolt 5 is used for rapidly fastening the workpiece 2, and the position of the second counter bore 32 for fixing the workpiece 2 is well determined, so that the second bolt 5 can be directly screwed during fastening. In summary, the method omits the steps of alignment, position finding and the like in the implementation process, thereby remarkably improving the card loading efficiency.
