Further, the first water inlet pipe 31 is provided with a water inlet pump 311 for pumping water and a filter 312 for filtering cleaning liquid. In an embodiment, a second water outlet (not shown) is disposed on the side wall of the ultrasonic cleaning tank 3 near the bottom, and a second water inlet (not shown) is disposed on the side wall of the water storage tank 4, and the second water outlet is connected to the second water inlet by using a first water outlet pipe 41. Further, the first water outlet pipe 41 is provided with a water outlet pump 411 for pumping water. It will be appreciated that after one round of cleaning is completed, the used cleaning liquid in the ultrasonic cleaning tank 3 is fed back to the water storage tank 4 through the water outlet pump 411 until a new round of cleaning is performed.
Specifically, in the cleaning process of the chain 8 in the baking equipment, an operator starts the water inlet pump 311 to filter the cleaning solution in the water storage tank 4 through the filter 312 and then convey the cleaning solution into the ultrasonic cleaning tank 3 until the cleaning solution submerges part of the chain 8, and the ultrasonic vibrator in the ultrasonic cleaning tank 3 cooperates with the cleaning solution in the ultrasonic cleaning tank 3 to clean the chain 8. After the cleaning is finished, the operator starts the water outlet pump 411 to convey the used cleaning liquid in the ultrasonic cleaning tank 3 back to the water storage tank 4 for storage until the next round of cleaning starts.
In an embodiment, a third water outlet (not shown) is disposed at the bottom of the ultrasonic cleaning tank 3, and the third water outlet is connected to the second water outlet pipe 32, and the second water outlet pipe 32 is communicated with the outside. Further, a fourth water outlet (not shown) is provided at the bottom of the water storage tank 4, the fourth water outlet is connected to the third water outlet pipe 43, and the third water outlet pipe 43 is communicated with the outside. Further, the water reservoir 4 is provided with a third water inlet (not shown) connected to the second water inlet pipe 42, the second water inlet pipe 42 being connected to an external water source. It will be appreciated that replacement is required when the cleanliness of the cleaning solution is below standard. The operator opens the second water outlet pipe 32 and the third water outlet pipe 43, and the cleaning liquid used in the water storage tank 4 and the ultrasonic cleaning tank 3 flows out from the third water outlet and the fourth water outlet; then the operator opens the second water inlet pipe 42 to timely supplement new cleaning liquid into the water storage tank 4. It can be appreciated that the form of storing the cleaning liquid in the water storage tank 4 is adopted in the embodiment, the dependency of the chain 8 cleaning device on external water sources can be reduced, and the external water sources are not required to be connected in real time, so that the placing position of the baking device can be selected more highly, and the convenience is improved.
In one embodiment, a fixing plate 5 is disposed in the ultrasonic cleaning tank 3, the fixing plate 5 is fixedly connected to one side of the chain conveying frame 21, and the first sprocket 22, the second sprocket 23, the third sprocket 24 and the fourth sprocket 25 are rotatably connected to the fixing plate 5. Specifically, the fixing plate 5 is sunk in the ultrasonic cleaning tank 3, the chain wheel assembly 2 is arranged on the fixing plate 5, the chain 8 is connected with the output end of the driving device, and the chain is sequentially wound on the first chain wheel 22, the second chain wheel 23, the third chain wheel 24 and the fourth chain wheel 25 so as to be driven by the driving device to perform chain transmission. It will be appreciated that the heights and angles of the second sprocket 23 and the third sprocket 24 can be adjusted according to actual demands, so as to adjust the length of the chain 8 immersed in the ultrasonic cleaning tank 3 in the baking apparatus, thereby improving the practicability.
In an embodiment, a hollow first cover plate 6 is arranged above the water storage groove 4, a plurality of drying devices 7 for drying chains 8 are arranged on the first cover plate 6, and the chains 8 are arranged between the first cover plate 6 and the water storage groove 4 in a penetrating mode. Specifically, in order to improve the use efficiency of the chain 8, a drying device such as a drying device 7 may be added at one end of the ultrasonic cleaning tank 3 outputting the chain 8, for drying the cleaned chain 8. When the on-line automatic ultrasonic cleaning of the chain 8 is carried out in the operation process of the baking equipment, the use ratio of the chain 8 can be improved by accelerating the drying of the chain 8, the downtime of the baking equipment is reduced, and the production efficiency of the baking equipment is further improved. Preferably, a hollow second cover plate 9 is also arranged above the ultrasonic cleaning tank 3. The chain conveying frame 21 is arranged between the second cover plate 9 and the ultrasonic cleaning tank 3 in a penetrating way. By adopting the second cover plate 9, dust in the workshop can be reduced from entering the ultrasonic cleaning tank 3, thereby ensuring the cleanliness of the cleaning liquid.
