The embodiment of the application discloses an environment-friendly automatic car washer, which comprises two mounting plates 1, wherein a conveyor 2 is arranged between the two mounting plates 1, cleaning mechanisms 3 are arranged on two sides of the top ends of the two mounting plates 1, and a foaming mechanism 4 and a brushing mechanism 5 are sequentially arranged in the middle of the top ends of the two mounting plates 1 from front to back. Through the two cleaning mechanisms 3, water is conveniently sprayed through the first spray heads 33 on the rear cleaning mechanism 3, so that sediment on an automobile is primarily cleaned, and residual foam after further cleaning through the foaming mechanism 4 and the brushing mechanism 5 is washed through water sprayed through the first spray heads 33 on the front cleaning mechanism 3; through the bubble mechanism 4 and the scrubbing mechanism 5 that set up, conveniently fill the foam on the car through booster pump 46 and the cooperation of second shower nozzle 43, afterwards first tight spring 534 and second tight spring 544 are supported respectively and are moved first connecting piece 532 and second connecting piece 542 for first motorized roll 533 and second motorized roll 543 support respectively in the both sides and the top of car, and first motorized roll 533 and second motorized roll 543 rotate, scrub the car, conveniently scrub the spot that is difficult to wash on the car.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the two cleaning mechanisms 3 each include a first mounting frame 31, a first water supply pipe 32 is installed inside the first mounting frame 31, and a plurality of first spray heads 33 are installed at the top and both sides of the inside of the first mounting frame 31. The first spray nozzle 33 on the rear side cleaning mechanism 3 is conveniently used for spraying water, so that sediment on an automobile is primarily cleaned, and residual foam after further cleaning through the foaming mechanism 4 and the brushing mechanism 5 is washed through spraying water from the first spray nozzle 33 on the front side cleaning mechanism 3.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, one end of the first water supply pipe 32 penetrates through the bottom of the outside of the first mounting frame 31, and one end of the first water supply pipe 32 is connected to an external water source, and a plurality of first spray heads 33 are all connected to the first water supply pipe 32. The first water supply pipe 32 is conveniently continuously supplied with water through an external water source.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the bubbling mechanism 4 includes a second mounting frame 41, a second water supply pipe 42 is installed inside the second mounting frame 41, a plurality of second spray heads 43 are installed at the top end and both sides of the inner side of the second mounting frame 41, and the plurality of second spray heads 43 are all arranged in communication with the second water supply pipe 42. The foam is conveniently sprayed onto the automobile through the second water supply pipe 42 and the second spray nozzle 43, thereby facilitating the subsequent brushing of the automobile.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the bubbling mechanism 4 further includes a mounting block 44, the mounting block 44 is mounted on one side of the second mounting frame 41, a foam water tank 45 is mounted at the top end of the mounting block 44, a booster pump 46 is mounted inside the mounting block 44, and the foam water tank 45, the booster pump 46 and the second water supply pipe 42 are communicated with each other. Conveniently through booster pump 46 and second shower nozzle 43 cooperation, will fill the foam on the car, booster pump 46 can promote the mobility of second shower nozzle 43 spun foam.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 5, the brushing mechanism 5 includes a third mounting frame 51, movable slots 52 are respectively formed in two ends of the inner side of the third mounting frame 51, first brushing assemblies 53 are respectively mounted in the two movable slots 52, second brushing assemblies 54 are mounted on the top end of the inner side of the third mounting frame 51, motors 55 are respectively mounted on two sides of the top end of the third mounting frame 51, threaded rods 56 are respectively and fixedly mounted at the end parts of output shafts of the two motors 55, and the two threaded rods 56 are respectively in threaded connection with the two first brushing assemblies 53. The motor 55 drives the threaded rod 56 to rotate conveniently according to the height difference of the vehicle types, so that the heights of the two first brushing assemblies 53 are adjusted.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 5, the two first brushing assemblies 53 each include a first telescopic member 531, one end of the first telescopic member 531 is movably mounted in the movable groove 52, one side of the first telescopic member 531 is in threaded connection with the threaded rod 56, the other end of the first telescopic member 531 is mounted with a first connecting member 532, two first electric rollers 533 are rotatably mounted on the first connecting member 532, and a first tightening spring 534 is mounted in the first telescopic member 531. The first connecting piece 532 is conveniently pushed by the first pushing spring 534, so that the first electric roller 533 pushes against the two sides of the automobile, and the first electric roller 533 rotates to brush the two sides of the automobile, so that stains which are difficult to wash on the two sides of the automobile can be conveniently brushed.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 5, the second brushing assembly 54 includes two second telescopic members 541, the two second telescopic members 541 are all mounted at the top ends of the third mounting frame, the second connecting members 542 are all mounted at the bottom ends of the two second telescopic members 541, the two second electric rollers 543 are rotatably mounted in the second connecting members 542, and the second abutting springs 544 are mounted inside the second telescopic members 541. The second connecting piece 542 is conveniently pushed by the second pushing spring 544, so that the second electric roller 543 pushes against the top end of the automobile, and the second electric roller 543 rotates to brush the top end of the automobile, so that stains which are difficult to wash on the top end of the automobile can be conveniently brushed.
The implementation principle of the environment-friendly automatic car washer provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows: firstly, according to the difference of the vehicle type height, the motor 55 drives the threaded rod 56 to rotate, thereby adjusting the heights of the two first brushing assemblies 53, then, through the two cleaning mechanisms 3 which are arranged, water is conveniently sprayed through the first spray nozzles 33 on the rear cleaning mechanism 3, thereby carrying out preliminary cleaning on sediment on the vehicle, through the cooperation of the foaming mechanism 4 and the brushing mechanism 5 which are arranged, the foam is conveniently filled on the vehicle through the matching of the booster pump 46 and the second spray nozzles 43, then the first abutting spring 534 and the second abutting spring 544 respectively push the first connecting piece 532 and the second connecting piece 542, so that the first electric roller 533 and the second electric roller 543 respectively abut against the two sides and the top end of the vehicle, and the first electric roller 533 and the second electric roller 543 rotate, brush the vehicle, conveniently brush the dirt which is difficult to wash on the vehicle, and wash the residual foam which is further cleaned through the foaming mechanism 4 and the brushing mechanism 5 through the first spray nozzles 33 on the front cleaning mechanism 3.
