Detailed Description
The application is described in further detail below with reference to fig. 1-4.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application discloses a press vulcanizer, which includes a frame 1, a support table 2, an electric hot plate 3, a hydraulic assembly 4, a moving device 5, and a gripping device 6. The supporting table 2 is arranged in the frame 1, the supporting table 2 is used for supporting the electric heating plate 3, the electric heating plate 3 is used for providing the temperature required by vulcanization of rubber products, the hydraulic component 4 is arranged on one side, close to the electric heating plate 3, of the frame 1, the hydraulic component 4 and the electric heating plate 3 are arranged on the same axis direction, and the hydraulic component 4 is used for extruding the rubber products on the electric heating plate 3. The moving device 5 is arranged on the hydraulic component 4, the moving device 5 drives the clamping device 6 to move towards the side close to the electric heating plate 3, and after the clamping device 6 clamps the flat plate on the electric heating plate 3, the moving device 5 drives the clamping device 6 to move towards the side far away from the electric heating plate 3, so that the flat plate is moved out of the electric heating plate 3.
Referring to fig. 2, the moving device 5 includes a longitudinal linear module 51 and a transverse linear module 52, and the transverse linear module 52 and the longitudinal linear module 51 are both linear modules. The longitudinal linear modules 51 are mounted on the hydraulic assembly 4, the sliding direction of the longitudinal linear modules 51 being parallel to the hydraulic direction of the hydraulic assembly 4. The transverse linear module 52 is installed at one end of the longitudinal linear module 51 near the electric heating plate 3. The clamping device 6 is fixed on a sliding plate of the transverse linear module 52, so that sliding connection of the clamping device 6 on the transverse linear module 52 is realized. The transverse linear module 52 is used for driving the clamping device 6 to be far away from and close to the electric heating plate 3, and the transverse linear module 52 is perpendicular to the longitudinal linear module 51 along the length direction. The longitudinal linear module 51 is used for driving the transverse linear module 52 to be close to and far away from the electric heating plate 3, and when the longitudinal linear module 51 is close to the electric heating plate 3, the transverse linear module 52 is driven to move towards the side close to the electric heating plate 3, and the transverse linear module 52 drives the clamping device 6 to move towards the side close to the electric heating plate 3; when the clamping device 6 clamps the flat plate, the transverse linear module 52 drives the clamping device 6 to move in a direction away from the electric heating plate 3, and the longitudinal linear module 51 drives the transverse linear module to move in a direction away from the electric heating plate 3, so that the clamping device 6 clamps the pressed rubber product out of the electric heating plate 3. The clamping device 6 and the transverse linear module 52 are fixed by bolts.
Referring to fig. 3, a vertical fixing device 521 is installed between the transverse linear module 52 and the longitudinal linear module 51, and the vertical fixing device 521 is used for fixing the transverse linear module 52 and the longitudinal linear module 51, and the vertical fixing device 521 includes a first fixing plate 5211 and a second fixing plate 5212. The first fixing plate 5211 is mounted on a side of the longitudinal linear module 51 away from the hydraulic assembly 4, and the first fixing plate 5211 and the longitudinal linear module 51 can be fixed by bolts. The second fixing plate 5212 is mounted on a side of the transverse linear module 52 adjacent to the longitudinal linear module 51, and the second fixing plate 5212 and the transverse linear module 52 can be fixed by bolts. The first fixing plate 5211 is vertically installed on the second fixing plate 5212 along the length direction, a gap for installing the first fixing plate 5211 is formed between the longitudinal linear module 51 and the second fixing plate 5212, and the first fixing plate 5211 and the second fixing plate 5212 can be fixed by bolts, so that the transverse linear module 52 is fixedly connected with the longitudinal linear module 51.
The first reinforcing plate 5213 is mounted on the first fixing plate 5211, the first reinforcing plate 5213 is in a right triangle shape, one right-angle side of the first reinforcing plate 5213 is fixed with the first fixing plate 5211, the other right-angle side of the first reinforcing plate 5213 is fixed with the second fixing plate 5212, the two right-angle sides of the first reinforcing plate 5213 can be fixed with the first fixing plate 5211 and the second fixing plate 5212 through bolts, and the first reinforcing plate 5213 is used for improving the connection strength of the first fixing plate 5211 and the second fixing plate 5212.
Referring to fig. 3, the hydraulic module 4 is mounted with a parallel fixing device 41 at one side thereof adjacent to the longitudinal straight module 51, the parallel fixing device 41 including a fixing frame 411, a stabilizing plate 412 and a second reinforcing plate 413, and the parallel fixing device 41 is used to slidably connect and maintain the longitudinal straight module 51 in parallel with the hydraulic module 4. The fixing frame 411 is installed on one side of the hydraulic component 4, which is close to the longitudinal linear module 51, and the fixing frame 411 and the hydraulic component 4 are fixed by bolts. The stabilizer plate 412 is mounted on one side of the fixing frame 411, which is close to the longitudinal linear module 51, one side of the stabilizer plate 412, which is close to the hydraulic component 4, is welded on the fixing frame 411, and the stabilizer plate 412 is fixed on a sliding plate of the longitudinal linear module 51, so that sliding connection between the stabilizer plate 412 and the longitudinal linear module 51 is realized, and one side of the stabilizer plate 412, which is close to the longitudinal linear module 51, is fixed with the longitudinal linear module 51 by bolts.
The second reinforcing plate 413 symmetry is installed in the corner of mount 411 and stabilizer 412, and the second reinforcing plate 413 sets up to right triangle, and the second reinforcing plate 413 is used for strengthening the joint strength between mount 411 and the stabilizer 412, and a plurality of second reinforcing plates 413 are installed, and second reinforcing plate 413 welds on mount 411.
Referring to fig. 4, the gripping device 6 includes a lateral slide 61, a fixed seat 62, and a gripping assembly 63. The lateral sliding bar 61 is mounted on the slide of the lateral linear module 52. The fixing base 62 is installed on one side of the transverse sliding rod 61, which is close to the electric heating plate 3, and is located at one end of the transverse sliding rod 61, which is far away from the transverse linear module 52, the transverse sliding rod 61 is used for fixing the fixing base 62, and the fixing base 62 is welded and fixed with the transverse sliding rod 61. The fixed seat 62 is provided with weight reducing holes 621, the weight reducing holes 621 are used for reducing the weight of the fixed seat 62, and the weight reducing holes 621 are uniformly distributed on the fixed seat 62. The clamping assembly 63 is mounted on one side of the fixing seat 62, which is close to the electric heating plate 3, the clamping assembly 63 can be pneumatic fingers, the clamping assembly 63 is provided with a plurality of clamping assemblies 63, and the clamping assemblies 63 are uniformly distributed on the fixing seat 62.
The using process of the flat vulcanizing machine provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows:
1. When the hydraulic assembly 4 presses the rubber product, the electric heating plate 3 provides the temperature required for pressing the rubber, the hydraulic assembly 4 moves to the direction approaching the electric heating plate 3, and the hydraulic assembly 4 presses the rubber, thereby pressing the rubber product. When the hydraulic component 4 presses the rubber product, the hydraulic component 4 moves in a direction away from the electric heating plate 3, so that the longitudinal linear module 51 is driven to be away from the electric heating plate 3.
2. When the clamping assembly 63 clamps the flat plate, the longitudinal linear module 51 moves to the side close to the electric heating plate 3, so that the longitudinal linear module 51 drives the transverse linear module 52 to move to the direction close to the electric heating plate 3, the transverse linear module 52 drives the transverse sliding rod 61 to drive the clamping device 6 to move to the direction close to the electric heating plate 3, and when the clamping assembly 63 moves to the electric heating plate 3 to clamp the flat plate, the longitudinal linear module 51 drives the transverse linear module 52 to move to the direction far away from the electric heating plate 3, and the transverse linear module 52 drives the transverse sliding rod 61 to move to the direction far away from the electric heating plate 3, so that the flat plate is moved out of the electric heating plate 3.
