Detailed Description
The application is described in further detail below with reference to fig. 1-5.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application discloses a plate grooving machine, which includes a table 1, and a cutting mechanism 2 and a pressing roller mechanism 3 mounted on the table 1, the pressing roller mechanism 3 including a plurality of pressing rollers 31 arranged along a length direction of the table 1; the workbench 1 is provided with a table top 11, two positioning mechanisms 4 symmetrically arranged on two sides of the press roller 31 along the arrangement direction are arranged on the table top 11, and the positioning mechanisms 4 are arranged along the length direction of the table top 11 and respectively abut against two side surfaces of the plate along the moving direction. Two positioning mechanisms 4 which are abutted against two sides of the plate are arranged on two sides of the press roller 31 to form a channel 7 for the plate to pass through, so that the plate deflection can be limited in the moving process of the press roller 31 to drive the plate, the grooves cut by the cutter 21 can not incline, the generation of waste products is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the table top 11 is square, and the table 1 further includes posts at four corners of the table top 11 for supporting the table top 11. The cutting mechanism 2 comprises a cutter 21 penetrating through the table top 11 and a first driving component 22 for driving the cutter 21 to rotate, the cutter 21 is positioned below the press roller 31, and the first driving component 22 is arranged below the table top 11; the press roller mechanism 3 comprises a machine body 33, the press roller 31 is arranged on the machine body 33 and protrudes downwards from the bottom surface of the machine body 33, the press roller 31 is connected with a second driving component 32 for driving the press roller 31 to rotate, the height of the machine body 33 can be adjusted so that the press roller 31 can adapt to the compaction of plates without thickness, and a dust collection mechanism for absorbing waste scraps of the plates is arranged in the machine body 33. The first driving assembly 22 and the second driving assembly 32 can be used in the prior art, and thus are not described in detail. When the pressing roller 31 presses the top surface of the plate and drives the plate to move, the bottom surface of the plate is cut into a straight groove by the cutter 21.
In other embodiments, the positioning mechanism 4 may further include positioning strips 41, and the positioning strips 41 are fixed on the table 11, and when the board moves, two sides of the board along the moving direction respectively abut against the two positioning strips 41 to perform limiting.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 3, in order to be able to accommodate boards of different widths, the positioning bar 41 is movably placed on the table top 11, the length of the positioning bar 41 is consistent with the length of the table top 11, and two ends of the positioning bar 41 in the length direction are connected with clamps 42 for fixing the positioning bar 41 on the table top 11; the clamp 42 comprises a pressing arm 421 and a cantilever 422 which are respectively arranged on two sides of the table top 11 along the vertical direction, and a connecting rod 423 for connecting the pressing arm 421 and the cantilever 422, namely, the pressing arm 421, the cantilever 422 and the connecting rod 423 are connected to form an arch structure, and the pressing arm 421, the cantilever 422 and the connecting rod 423 can be integrally formed by adopting metal in a casting mode; the pressing arm 421 is abutted to the positioning bar 41, a threaded column provided with a threaded groove is arranged on the cantilever 422, a threaded screw 424 in threaded connection is vertically arranged in the threaded groove in a penetrating mode, the bottom surface of the screw 424 is abutted to the bottom surface of the table top 11, an operating rod is radially arranged at the bottom end of the screw 424 in a penetrating mode, so that workers can screw the screw 424 conveniently, and the positioning bar 41 is stably fixed on the table top 11. During adjustment, the screw 424 is unscrewed, and after the two positioning strips 41 are adjusted to the required positions according to the width of the plate, the pressing arm 421 is pressed on the positioning strips 41 and screws the screw 424, so that the positioning strips 41 are fixed.
The positioning strip 41 can slide on the table top 11 at will, in order to improve the accuracy of positioning strip 41 to the panel location direction, further, referring to fig. 4, the both ends of positioning strip 41 along length direction are provided with the spacing portion 411 that extends along the length direction of positioning strip 41 respectively, spacing portion 411 can be the spacing groove, press arm 421 butt is provided with the cooperation portion 425 of cooperating grafting with spacing portion 411 in the one side of positioning strip 41, cooperation portion 425 is the stopper unanimous with spacing groove shape, connecting rod 423 plane butt is in the side of table top 11. The connecting rod 423 of the clamp 42 is arranged to be in plane butt connection with the side surface of the table top 11, the pressing arms 421 of the two clamps 42 can be kept in a parallel state, and the positioning strips 41 can be positioned by the cooperation of the limiting parts 411 and the cooperation parts 425, so that the positioning strips 41 can be kept in a parallel state with the arranged pressing rollers 31, the installation of the positioning mechanism 4 is more convenient, the positioning accuracy is improved, and the quality of a plate finished product is further ensured.
Further, the positioning strip 41 may be configured as a step, the limiting portion 411 is disposed at a lower layer of the step, and when the fixture 42 fixes the positioning strip 41, the side surface of the pressing arm 421 will abut against the vertical surface at the connection position of the step, so that the accuracy of mounting the positioning strip 41 is further improved through the step-shaped positioning strip 41 and the limiting portion 411.
In one embodiment, the two positioning strips 41 with adjustable spacing are directly abutted against the side surface of the plate.
In this embodiment, in order to reduce the forward resistance when the plate moves, the positioning strip 41 has a protruding roller 43 arranged along the length direction on one side of the other positioning strip 41, the roller 43 is rotatably connected to the positioning strip 41 by taking the vertical axis as the axis, the roller 43 is made of a metal material with a smooth surface, and compared with other plastics, the friction resistance can be reduced. The roller 43 enables the friction between the positioning mechanism 4 and the plate to be rolling friction, so that the friction resistance of the plate, which is deviated from the moving direction, can be reduced when the plate moves, the plate can better advance, the effect of cutting grooves cannot be affected due to the blocking of the plate, and the production efficiency and quality are improved.
In addition, because more scraps can be generated when the plate is grooved, a space needs to exist between two adjacent rollers 43, so that the situation that the rollers 43 are blocked due to scraps clamped between the rollers 43 can be avoided, and the dust collection mechanism is convenient for absorbing scraps.
In other embodiments, the roller 43 may include a rotating shaft 431 rotatably connected to the positioning bar 41 vertically and a wheel body 432 fixed to the rotating shaft 431.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 5, in order to facilitate the sheet material to enter under the pressing roller 31 after being positioned, the plurality of rollers 43 may be divided into a fixed wheel set 5 and a moving wheel set 6. The moving wheel set 6 is located at one end of the plate entering channel 7, the number of rollers 43 in the moving wheel set 6 can be 1-3, the rollers 43 are slidably connected to the positioning strips 41, and the positioning strips 41 are connected with elastic pieces 44 for driving the rollers 43 to slide towards the other positioning strips 41. Specifically, a moving seat 45 is connected between the roller 43 and the positioning bar 41 in the moving wheel set 6, and the moving seat 45 includes a connection column 451 slidably connected with the positioning bar 41 and a connection frame 452 fixed with the connection column 451; the positioning bar 41 is provided with a movable groove 412 for the sliding of the connecting column 451, the elastic piece 44 is preferably a spring, the elastic piece 44 is positioned in the movable groove 412, one end of the elastic piece 44 is abutted against the inner wall of the movable groove 412, the other end is abutted against the end face of the connecting column 451, the end face of the connecting column 451 extends along the circumferential direction to form a limiting ring, the inner diameter of the movable groove 412 is consistent with the outer diameter of the limiting ring, and the inner diameter of a notch of the movable groove 412 is consistent with the outer diameter of the connecting column 451 so as to limit the movable seat 45 from being separated from the positioning bar 41; the connecting frame 452 is 匚 -shaped, a limiting structure for limiting the connecting frame 452 to slide along the direction approaching and separating from the press roller 31 is also arranged between the top of the connecting frame 452 and the positioning strip 41, and the roller 43 comprises a rotating shaft 431 vertically rotatably connected in the connecting frame 452 and a wheel body 432 fixed with the rotating shaft 431. The movable seat 45 in the fixed wheel set 5 is fixedly connected with the positioning strip 41, that is, the roller 43 is rotatably connected in the connecting frame 452, and the connecting column 451 is fixed on the positioning strip 41. The plate can extrude the gyro wheel 43 of moving the wheelset 6 so as to get into between two positioning mechanism 4 when just getting into the compression roller 31 bottom, and the elastic component 44 can drive two relative gyro wheels 43 and be close to rectify again the plate that gets into, so that the plate continues to get into between the fixed wheelset 5 of two location strips 41, thereby fix a position the plate, make the material loading of plate more convenient.
Optionally, but not limited to, the bottom of the positioning strip 41 is provided with through grooves 413 penetrating through two ends of the positioning strip 41 along the width direction along the length direction, and the through grooves 413 are provided with a plurality of through grooves along the length direction of the positioning strip 41, so that the dust collection mechanism can absorb the scraps, and the possibility that the scraps are blocked at the bottom of the roller 43 is reduced.
The implementation principle of the plate grooving machine provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows:
