The rotating wheel 3 is provided with a movable clamp 3 protruding out of the wheel surface, the movable clamp 3 forms a jaw for clamping the sample 9 with the fixed clamp surface 8 when the rotating wheel 3 rotates to a preset angle, the rotating wheel 3 rotates, the movable clamp 3 gradually approaches the fixed clamp surface 8 along with the rotating wheel 3, the gap between the movable clamp 3 and the fixed clamp surface 8 gradually decreases, and when the sample 9 is positioned in the gap between the movable clamp 3 and the fixed clamp surface 8, the movable clamp 3 rotates to a certain angle, and the movable clamp 3 and the fixed clamp surface 8 clamp the sample 9.
