The application aims to provide a rim and a spectacle frame, which have simple structures, can be assembled and formed without auxiliary connecting pieces, and are more convenient to assemble, thereby effectively solving the defects in the prior art.
To this end, in a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a rim, including:
A first frame having two ends;
the second frames are provided with first end parts and second end parts, two second frames are arranged, and the two second frames and the first frames are respectively enclosed into an installation space for installing lenses;
the first end of the second frame is provided with a hook, the first end of the second frame is connected to the middle of the first frame through the hook, and the second end of the second frame is hooked with the end of the first frame.
In one possible implementation, the first frame encloses an upper portion of the installation space, and the second frame encloses a lower portion of the installation space.
In one possible implementation, the hooks are integrally formed with the second frame, the hooks being formed by locally continuously bending the first end of the second frame.
In one possible implementation, the hook is formed at a tip of the first end of the second frame, and the tip of the hook is provided with a connection portion for mounting the nose pad.
In one possible implementation manner, the first frame includes a middle section and two side sections respectively connected to two ends of the middle section, the side sections and the second frame enclose an installation space, and the hooks are hooked at the connection positions of the middle section and the side sections from top to bottom.
In one possible implementation, the middle section and the two side sections are integrally formed.
In one possible implementation, one of the second end of the second frame and the end of the first frame is provided with a hook and the other is provided with a hanging ring, the hook and hanging ring being hooked to connect the second end of the second frame and the end of the first frame.
In a second aspect, the application further provides a glasses frame, which comprises the rim and further comprises glasses legs, wherein hinge sleeves are arranged on the glasses legs, hinge shafts are arranged on the first frame or the second frame, and the hinge sleeves are sleeved on the hinge shafts so that the glasses legs are hinged to the rim.
In one possible implementation, the hinge sleeve is formed by a continuous spiral wrap of the end of the temple.
In one possible implementation, a spacer tube is provided between the hinge shaft and the hinge sleeve to stabilize the rotation of the hinge sleeve on the hinge shaft.
The glasses ring and the glasses frame provided by the embodiment of the application have the advantages of simple structure, simple components, low technological requirement level, convenience in operation, no need of tools, and no defects of welding and screw connection modes, and can be assembled in a hooking mode without auxiliary connecting pieces such as screws.
Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
As shown in fig. 1-8, the embodiment of the application provides a rim, which is applied to a spectacle frame, and can be used as a part of the spectacle frame, and also can be used as a frame part of a legless spectacle frame, in a traditional spectacle frame, particularly, a metallic spectacle frame is generally connected with each connecting point by welding or screws, and both the two processes have certain disadvantages, for example, the welding process has higher requirements, because the welding process is operated on fine spectacle frame parts, the defects of unstable welding spots or overlarge welding spots and the like easily occur, the quality problem of products is caused, the welding is one-time connection, after the welding spots appear, the spectacle frame is difficult to repair, the screw loosening condition easily occurs in the connecting mode of screws, the lens falling easily occurs, the damage of the parts is caused, the wearer can finish the repair by means of special auxiliary tools after the screw loosening, and the repair process has certain difficulties.
The rim comprises a first frame 1 and a second frame 2, the first frame 1 and the second frame 2 are elongated members, the specific cross-sectional shape is not limited, preferably circular, or the cross-sectional shape can be changed along the length direction of the members, the first frame 1 is provided with two ends according to the modeling of an actual spectacle frame, the second frame 2 is provided with a first end and a second end, here, the first end and the second end of the second frame 2 do not only refer to the extreme end position of the second frame 2 in the length direction, but also refer to the end position and the local position close to the end, the second frame 2 is provided with two, each second frame 2 can be matched with the first frame 1 to enclose into an installation space for installing lenses, and the two second frames 2 are symmetrically arranged at the two end positions of the first frame 1 in the length direction to enclose into two installation spaces for installing two lenses.
In this embodiment, the first end portion of the second frame 2 is provided with the hook 201, the first end portion of the second frame 2 is connected with the middle portion of the first frame 1 through the hook 201, the second end portion of the second frame 2 is hooked with the end portion of the first frame 1, so that the first end portion and the second end portion of the second frame 2 are both connected with the first frame 1 through the hooked mode, at this time, a lens is arranged in the installation space, the second frame 2 and the first frame 1 tighten the lens, and simultaneously the lens tightly supports the reaction force outwards for the first frame 1 and the second frame 2, so that the first frame 1 and the second frame 2 are tightly hooked with each other.
In this embodiment, when the mirror ring is in the normal position, it is preferable that the second frame 2 is located below the first frame 1, that is, the first frame 1 encloses on the upper portion of the installation space, the second frame 2 encloses on the lower portion of the installation space, the first frame 1 is integrally a top structure of the mirror ring, and the second frame 2 encloses on the lower portions of the two installation spaces respectively, so that the overall center of gravity is more stable, and the stability during wearing is improved.
In an example, the hook 201 and the second frame 2 are integrally formed, the hook 201 is formed by partially and continuously bending a first end portion of the second frame 2, the second frame 2 is preferably a wire section, and the processing is more convenient, in this example, the hook 201 may be formed at an end position of the first end portion on the second frame 2, the end portion of the first frame 1 forms the hook 201 in a folded manner, the folded portion is the end portion of the hook 201, a connection portion 2011 may be disposed at the end portion of the hook 201, the connection portion 2011 is used for mounting a nose support, the connection portion 2011 and the hook 201 are also integrally formed, and also formed by continuously bending the second frame 2, the connection portion 2011 may be in a loop structure form so as to be connected with the nose support, in this example, the setting of the hook 201 is convenient, and the hook connection between the hook 201 and the first frame 1 is also enabled to be used for mounting the nose support, and the layout is more reasonable and concise.
For the first frame 1, it is preferable that the first frame includes a middle section 101 and two side sections 102, the two side sections 102 are respectively connected to two ends of the middle section 101, the middle section 101 forms a middle beam of the mirror ring, the side sections 102 are used for being matched with the second frame 2 to enclose a mounting space, the hook 201 is hooked at a connection position of the middle section 101 and the side sections 102, specifically, the hook 201 is hooked at the connection position of the middle section 101 and the side sections 102 from top to bottom, the side sections 102 are of a structure of a middle arch, a downward opening is formed, the second frame 2 is of a structure of a middle arch, an upward opening is formed, the middle section 101 is preferably of a structure of a middle arch, the whole is in a horizontal state, and then a concave folding angle is formed at the top of the connection position of the middle section 101 and the side sections 102, the hook 201 is hooked at the folding angle downwards, so that a limit effect on the hook 201 can be increased, the hook 201 is prevented from sliding along the length direction of the first frame 1, the connection is more stable, and for the middle section 101 and the two side sections 102 are preferably of an integrally formed structure, and the three sections are formed by a continuous bending line, and a simple process is achieved.
So far, the first frame 1 and the second frame 2 can be formed by continuously bending linear materials, and then a groove can be formed in the edge end face of the lens, so that the linear materials with circular cross sections are conveniently and appropriately matched in a clamping manner, the mounting stability of the lens is improved, the deformation degree of the linear materials is higher, and the lens ring is convenient to assemble and the lens is convenient to mount.
In some embodiments, for the hooking connection between the second end of the second frame 2 and the end of the first frame 1, a hook 1021 is provided on one of the second end of the second frame 2 and the end of the first frame 1, and a hanging ring 202 is provided on the other of the second end of the second frame 2 and the end of the first frame 1, where the hook 1021 and the hanging ring 202 can form a hooking connection, so that the second end of the second frame 2 and the end of the first frame 1 are connected, preferably the end of the first frame 1 is provided with a hook 1021, the end of the second frame 2 is provided with a hanging ring 202, and the hanging ring 202 is formed by bending the hook 201 on the second frame 2 at the connection between the middle section 101 and the side section 102, and the hanging ring 202 on the second frame 2 is sleeved on the hook 1021 at the end of the first frame 1, where the hook 1021 and the first frame 1 are preferably integrally formed structures, the hanging ring 1021 is formed by bending the end of the first frame 1, and the hanging ring 202 is also integrally formed by bending the end of the second frame 1 at the end of the second frame 1021, and the side section 102 is formed by bending the end of the second frame 1 at the end of the middle section 102, and the continuous side section 102 is formed by the hook 1021 at the end of the second frame 1.
In an example, two second frames 2 correspond to two side sections 102 respectively, the hooks 201 at the first ends of the second frames 2 are hooked at the connection positions of the corresponding side sections 102 and the middle section 101, nose pads can be mounted on the connection portions 2011, the hanging rings 202 at the second ends of the second frames 2 are sleeved on the hooks 1021 at the tail ends of the corresponding side sections 102, namely a complete mirror circle is formed, in the example, the openings of the hooks 1021 formed on the side sections 102 face upwards, the virtual axis direction of the hanging rings 202 is approximately vertical, the two hooks are more convenient to cooperate, and after a lens is mounted, the hooks 1021 and the hanging rings 202 are hooked under the supporting action of the lens.
The embodiment of the application also provides a spectacle frame, which comprises the rim, the spectacle frame further comprises a spectacle leg 3, the spectacle leg 3 is arranged in a long shape, one end of the spectacle leg 3 is provided with a hinging sleeve 301, the hinging sleeve 301 is arranged in a cylindrical shape, the first frame 1 or the second frame 2 is provided with a hinging shaft 402, the hinging shaft 402 is arranged in a cylindrical shape, the hinging sleeve 301 can be sleeved on the hinging shaft 402, the hinging connection between the spectacle leg 3 and the rim is realized, so that the spectacle leg 3 swings and opens and closes, and the spectacle leg 3 is arranged in two and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the rim.
In some embodiments, the hinge sleeve 301 may be a cylindrical sleeve, preferably formed by continuously and spirally encircling an end portion of the temple 3, the end of the temple 3 is a linear material, the end of the temple 3 is continuously and spirally encircling to form a virtual cylinder structure, the spiral virtual cylinder structure can be sleeved on the hinge shaft 402 to realize installation of the temple 3, further, the spectacle frame is wholly free of auxiliary parts and can be conveniently assembled, and the spectacle frame is simple in integral structure, low in requirements on the process level in the production and assembly process, beneficial to reducing production cost, free of problems of loosening auxiliary connectors and the like, safer in use, convenient to repair by a wearer after unexpected disconnection, and greatly improved in convenience.
In one example, the hinge shaft 402 is disposed on the first frame 1, specifically disposed at a position near the end of the side segment 102, more preferably, the end of the side segment 102 is bent to form a hook 1021, an outer arch is disposed on the side segment 102 at a position farther from the end of the side segment 102 than the hook 1021, the outer arch and the side segment 102 are integrally formed, the outer arch is also formed by continuously bending the side segment 102, the outer arch includes a first connecting segment 501, a shaft segment and a second connecting segment 502, both ends of the shaft segment are respectively connected with the first connecting segment 501 and the second connecting segment 502, the shaft segment is formed as the hinge shaft 402, the first frame 1 extends along the direction of the outer edge of the lens and then extends in a bending direction near the face of the wearer along the running direction of the middle of the first frame 1 toward the end, i.e. forming the first engagement section 501, then bending downwards to form the shaft section, then bending downwards to form the second engagement section 502, bending upwards to form the hook 1021, and for the angle of the hook 201 and the angle between the second engagement section 502 and the shaft section, as long as the hinging sleeve 301 on the glasses leg 3 can be sleeved on the shaft section from the hook 1021, preferably, the included angle between the hook 1021 and the second engagement section 502 is not less than 90 degrees, and the included angle between the second engagement section 502 and the shaft section is not less than 90 degrees, because the hinging sleeve 301 is formed by spirally encircling the glasses leg 3, the hinging sleeve 301 has a certain deformability, the hinging sleeve 301 is sleeved on the shaft section by virtue of the deformability of the hinging sleeve 301, in daily swinging of the glasses leg 3, the first engagement section 501 and the second engagement section 502 also have an axial limiting effect on the hinge sleeve 301.
The spacer tube 6 can be further arranged between the hinge shaft 402 and the hinge sleeve 301, the spacer tube 6 plays a role in stabilizing the hinge sleeve 301, so that the hinge sleeve 301 can stably rotate on the hinge shaft 402, when the spacer tube 6 is arranged, the glasses leg 3 can swing, the spacer tube 6 can be made of polytetrafluoroethylene, the lubricating effect can be achieved, the swinging of the glasses leg 3 is smoother, an excessive gap between the hinge sleeve 301 and the hinge shaft 402 can be filled, the swinging is prevented, and in addition, the hinge sleeve 301 is formed by continuously and spirally encircling the end part of the glasses leg 3, so that the hinge sleeve 301 can produce an adaptive expansion effect, and the clamping and the stopping are prevented in the swinging process of the glasses leg 3.
