As shown in fig. 1-2, a DVD-to-USB copying apparatus 100, which may be a portable industrial computer, includes a housing 110, a main control circuit board 120, a first USB socket 131, a second USB socket 132, a DVD slot 140, and a display 150, wherein the main control circuit board 120 is disposed in the housing 110 and has an audio/video file conversion module 121, a first USB interface 122a, a second USB interface 122b, a DVD interface 123, and a display interface 124.
The video file conversion module 121 is coupled to the first USB interface 122a, the second USB interface 122b, the DVD interface 123 and the display interface 124, respectively.
The first USB socket 131 is disposed on the housing 110 and electrically coupled to the first USB interface 122a for plugging a USB storage device; the second USB socket 132 is disposed on the housing 110 and electrically coupled to the second USB interface 122b, for plugging a USB hub, and the USB hub is used for plugging a plurality of USB storage devices to be copied.
The DVD slot 140 is disposed on the housing 110 and electrically coupled to the DVD interface 123 for plugging an optical disc.
The display 150 is coupled to the display interface 124 to display an operation interface.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic diagram of a DVD-to-USB copying operation performed by the DVD-to-USB copying apparatus of fig. 1 is shown. As shown in fig. 3, the DVD slot 140 is plugged with an optical disc 200, and the first USB socket 131 is plugged with a USB storage device 300.
In operation, the audio/video file conversion module 121 receives a first audio/video format signal via the DVD interface 123, converts the first audio/video format signal into a second audio/video format signal, and outputs the second audio/video format signal to the USB storage device 300 via the first USB interface 122a, wherein the first audio/video format signal is a Video Object (VOB) format signal, and the second audio/video format signal is an MP4 format signal.
In addition, a menu screen in the audio-visual content of the optical disc 200 can be displayed on the display 150. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a menu screen in the audio/video content of the optical disc 200. In addition, the second video format signal can be an encrypted signal; the USB storage device 300 is used for playing on a corresponding multimedia player, and the corresponding multimedia player is capable of decrypting the encrypted signal.

A DVD slot arranged on the shell and electrically coupled with the DVD interface for inserting an optical disk;
The audio-video file conversion module is used for receiving a first audio-video format signal through the DVD interface, converting the first audio-video format signal into a second audio-video format signal, and outputting the second audio-video format signal to the USB storage device through the USB interface.
2. The DVD-to-USB copying apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a display electrically coupled to said host circuit board.
3. The DVD-to-USB copying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said first video format signal is a video object VOB format signal.
4. The DVD-to-USB copying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said second video format signal is an MP4 format signal.
5. The DVD-to-USB copying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said housing further comprises another USB socket for plugging in a USB hub, said master control circuit board further comprises another USB interface for electrically coupling with said another USB socket, said USB hub is for plugging in a plurality of USB storage devices to be copied, and said av file conversion module is further for outputting data stored in said USB storage devices to be copied via said second av format signal.
6. The DVD-to-USB copying apparatus according to claim 2, wherein said display is adapted to display an operation interface.
7. The DVD-to-USB copying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said second video format signal is an encrypted signal.
8. The DVD-to-USB copying apparatus according to claim 7, wherein said USB storage device is adapted to be played on a corresponding multimedia player, said corresponding multimedia player being capable of decrypting said encrypted signal.
