DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The prone mat 10 includes a rear end 60, a front end 70, at least one layer of a pad body and at least one height adjustment leg 30. The at least one layer of the pad body includes a first layer of a pad body 12 and a second layer of a pad body 20, the first layer of a pad body 12 and the second layer of a pad body 20 are bonded together, and the second layer of a pad body 20 is located on the bottom surface of the first layer of a pad body 12. A receiving cavity 24 is provided on the bottom surface of the second layer of a pad body 20, and at least one height adjustment leg 30 is detachably mounted in the receiving cavity 24 of the second layer of a pad body 20. As shown in FIGS. 3 , 7 and 9 , a fastener 36 is provided on the receiving cavity 24, and the height adjustment leg 30 is detachably mounted in the receiving cavity 24 through the fastener 36 for easy storage and transportation. The fastener 36 adopts a hook and loop structure, a magnetic adsorption structure, or other similar fastening structures. In other embodiments, the accommodating cavity 24 may also adopt an external storage structure instead of being arranged on the prone mat 10 body.

The material of the second layer of cushion body 20 is denser than that of the first layer of cushion body 12 . Specifically, the second layer of cushion body 20 can be made of sponge material or hard material such as metal plate or hard plastic plate, so that the second layer of cushion body 20 has stronger supporting force.

As shown in Figure 10, the height adjustment leg 30 includes a rigid first adjustment leg and a second adjustment leg, and the purpose of height adjustment is achieved by stacking the adjustment legs. In other embodiments, the height adjustment leg 30 can be replaced by some known structures with height adjustment functions such as gears, panels, inflatables or springs.

When using the prone mat 10, the user can place the prone mat 10 on a suitable plane, and then lie on the prone mat 10 in a prone position, wherein the user's neck rests on the neck support portion 14, and the body rests on the trunk support portion 16. As shown in FIG10 , if the prone mat 10 is too low, the height adjustment leg 30 can be removed from the fastener 36 of the accommodating cavity 24, and then replaced with another height adjustment leg 30 of a different height to adjust the height of the prone mat 10.

Although the prone mat 10 is described as a prone positioning mat, the content disclosed in the present utility model does not limit the prone mat 10 to be only used as a prone positioning mat. For example, the prone mat 10 also has another use, and the prone mat 10 can be used as a backrest by leaning against a vertical plane.
