The steel wire rope surface cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the flushing mechanism comprises a high-pressure water pump, a plurality of three-way pipes, a plurality of connecting pipes and a plurality of cleaning spray heads, the high-pressure water pump is fixedly installed on one side outer wall of the water tank, the water inlet end of the high-pressure water pump is fixedly communicated with the water tank, a drain pipe is fixedly installed at the drain end of the high-pressure water pump, a fixed block is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the top of the cleaning tank, the three-way pipes are respectively and fixedly installed at the bottom of the fixed block and on the inner walls of two sides of the cleaning tank, the drain pipe is communicated with any one of the three-way pipes, and the connecting pipes are respectively and fixedly installed on the corresponding three-way pipes.
