3. The portable ultraviolet disinfection apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a mounting base, said housing further having a disinfection window, said mounting base being at said disinfection window, wherein said mounting base is removably mounted to said mounting base.
4. The portable ultraviolet disinfection apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a functional assembly disposed within said housing, wherein said functional assembly comprises a heat sink; the heat dissipation part is used for dissipating heat inside the shell.
5. The portable ultraviolet disinfection apparatus of claim 4, wherein said functional module further comprises a power switch and a power jack.
6. The portable ultraviolet disinfection apparatus of claim 5, further comprising a controller mounted within said housing and electrically connected to said power switch.
