2. after the sensor 226 at the upper product position 201 senses the product, the conveying manipulator 221 moves the product to be stuck with the auxiliary materials from the upper product position 201 to the sticking position 202 (namely the first jig 223);
3. After the sensor 226 at the paste level 202 senses the product, the fixing piece 224 moves downwards to be buckled with the first jig 223 so as to fix the product at the paste level 202, and auxiliary materials are waited for being attached;
4. The standard feeder of the stripping device 300 lays the auxiliary materials on the coil stock on the stripping plate 301;
5. The pre-material-taking positioning device 500 positions and determines the position of the auxiliary materials on the material stripping plate 301 and guides the material pasting manipulator 401 of the material pasting device 400 to absorb the auxiliary materials on the material stripping plate 301;
6. The positioning device 600 performs second positioning on the auxiliary materials sucked by the material pasting manipulator 401 after material taking, and determines the positions of the auxiliary materials on the material pasting manipulator 401;
7. Photographing a product to be stuck with auxiliary materials at a material sticking position 202 by using a material sticking positioning device 700, correcting errors generated when the auxiliary materials are sucked by a material sticking manipulator 401 and position errors of the product on a conveying device 220 by combining information of a material taking positioning device 600, moving the material sticking manipulator 401 which has sucked the auxiliary materials to the material sticking position 202, sticking the auxiliary materials to a preset area of the product after the material sticking manipulator 401 passes through a positioning hole, and moving the material sticking manipulator 401 back to a stripping plate 301 to suck the next auxiliary materials;
8. the paste positioning device 700 photographs the product with the auxiliary materials again, and confirms whether the auxiliary materials are attached to be qualified or not;
9. the conveying mechanical arm 221 moves the product after the auxiliary materials are pasted from the pasting position 202 to the lower product position 203 (namely a third jig 228);
10. After the sensor 226 at the lower product station 203 senses the product, the product is moved from the lower product station 203 to the line by the blanking robot 231.
In another embodiment of the present utility model, an auxiliary material applying production line is provided, which includes a production line and at least one auxiliary material applying machine set beside the production line, where the feeding device 210 and the discharging device 230 are disposed at the upper part of the production line. An auxiliary material pasting production line, which is characterized by comprising a production line and at least one rack, wherein the auxiliary material pasting machine is arranged beside the production line and is any one of claims 1-9, and the feeding device and the discharging device are arranged on the upper part of the production line.
