A hand-push pedal sit-up exercise apparatus as claimed in claim 1 or 4, wherein the sit-up plate (33) in the sit-up device is formed by the exercise seat (2) being folded and unfolded forward by the exercise seat folding hinges (41), (42) and supported by the sit-up plate support attachment frame (43) of the front half of the support frame (1), and the exercise seat back (4) at the rear of the exercise seat (2) is locked and unfolded backward by the exercise seat back folding hinges (44), (45) and supported by the exercise seat back support attachment frame (46) at the rear of the support frame (1).

The hand-push pedal sit-up exercise machine according to claim 2, wherein tension springs can be installed between the bottoms of the left rear driving weight pallet (5) and the right rear driving weight pallet (6) in the double-arm rear pushing driving weight device and the lower left and right sides of the rear half part of the support frame (1).

A hand-push pedal sit-up exercise machine according to claim 3, wherein tension springs are installed between the bottoms of the left front driving weight tray (21) and the right front driving weight tray (22) of the double pedal driving weight device and the lower half parts of the left and right sides of the front end stand (3) of the support frame.
