In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 of the specification, the utility model provides a shell manufacturing mold, which can ensure smooth demolding of a finished product, and form an integral cavity adapted to a shell 13 by utilizing a two-side wrapping mode, so that the problem that the mold cannot be demolding due to the back-off generated during demolding is avoided, the production efficiency is improved, and the mold is also beneficial to diversified production.
Referring to fig. 1, 6 and 7 of the drawings, the present utility model provides a mold for manufacturing a housing, which includes a core 100, a first slider 11, a second slider 12, a glue injection port 210, a glue injection tube 211 and a movable assembly, wherein the core 100 is provided with a glue outlet, the first slider 11 has at least one first cavity 110, and the second slider 12 has at least one second cavity 120.
The glue injection port 210 is communicated with the glue injection pipe 211, the glue injection port 210 is used for injecting injection molding raw materials, the glue injection pipe 211 is connected with the corresponding mold core 100, and the glue injection pipe 211 penetrates through the mold core 100 and is communicated with the glue outlet.
When the first slider 11 is attached to the second slider 12, the corresponding first cavity 110 and second cavity 120 double-side wrap the core 100 to form an integral cavity, so that injection molding raw materials are injected into the integral cavity through the glue outlet, and the integral contour of the shell can be obtained after injection molding.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the integral molding cavity is disposed on the first slider 11 and the second slider 12, respectively, instead of directly making the integral molding cavity on a plate. The integral cavity is designed in a split type, so that the outline of the shell can be symmetrically and uniformly distributed in the first cavity 110 and the second cavity 120; particularly, in the case of a case where the parting line exceeds the center parting line, undercut may occur when molding is performed using a number of molds designed for the integral cavity, resulting in the case being hindered from being opened.
Therefore, the die is well suited for manufacturing a shell or cover with irregular edges of openings, such as a curved edge or a bulge. For example, in the razor protecting cover of fig. 13, the first slider 11 and the second slider 12 may be disposed corresponding to the contour thereof, and the edge of the cavity of one slider may be adjusted to be of a cambered design.
The movable assembly is movably connected with the first slider 11 and the second slider 12, and when the movable assembly is displaced, the first slider 11 and the second slider 12 are synchronously displaced along with the movement of the movable assembly, and the displacement directions of the first slider 11 and the second slider 12 are different, so as to adjust the relative distance between the first slider 11 and the second slider 12.
The movable assembly provides conditions for the displacement of the two sliding blocks, so that the finished product can be smoothly ejected, and the movable assembly is not excessively limited in the embodiment; in the following description, the term "slider" is used to refer to the first slider 11 and the second slider 12 unless otherwise specified.
The movable component can be two independent traction mechanisms which are respectively connected with the first slide block 11 and the second slide block 12, so that the two are attached or separated; the elastic piece can also be arranged between the first sliding block 11 and the second sliding block 12, meanwhile, the clamping pieces are arranged on two sides of the first sliding block 11 and the second sliding block 12 to form a movable assembly, and an operator can synchronously adjust the stretching degree of the elastic piece by adjusting the relative positions of the clamping pieces and the two sliding blocks so as to achieve the closing or separation of the two sliding blocks, so long as the technical effect of the embodiment is not affected, and the movable assembly can be correspondingly deformed or changed.
The number of the parts can be correspondingly adjusted according to the number of the shells which are required to be molded once for each die, and the number in the drawing is only referred to and is not limited or restricted by the embodiment.
It will be appreciated that in one embodiment the housing manufacturing mold further includes a front template 24 and a rear template 25.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the first slider 11 and the second slider 12 are both located between the front mold plate 24 and the rear mold plate 25, and the side of the injection tube 211 away from the injection port 210 is connected to the core 100 through the front mold plate 24.
Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 2, the shell manufacturing mold further comprises a panel 21, a stripper plate 22, a nozzle plate 23, mold legs and a bottom plate, wherein the glue injection port 210 is disposed on the panel 21, but these are conventional disposition of the mold and are not the utility model points of the present utility model, so that the description thereof will not be repeated here.
In one embodiment, each movable component includes two inclined guide posts 3, one ends of the two inclined guide posts 3 are fixedly arranged on the rear mold plate 25, the other ends of the two inclined guide posts are respectively arranged on the first slide block 11 and the second slide block 12 in a penetrating manner, and when the rear mold plate 25 is displaced, the relative positions of the first slide block 11, the second slide block 12 and the corresponding inclined guide posts 3 are adjusted.
When the rear template 25 is displaced towards the first movement direction, the relative distance is reduced until the first slide block 11 is attached to the second slide block 12, and the forming of the shell is suitable; when the rear die plate 25 is displaced in the second moving direction, the relative distance increases until the first slider 11 is separated from the second slider 12, and the die-stripping of the housing is adapted.
It can be understood that the distance between the first slider 11 and the second slider 12 is adjusted by setting the inclined guide pillar 3, so that the first slider 11 and the second slider 12 are attached or separated, and the pouring of injection molding raw materials and the demolding of the molded shell are matched, and the inclined guide pillar 3 is not easily affected by water vapor or impurities in the air, so that the service life and the practicability of the mold can be ensured.
In addition, the first movement direction and the second movement direction described above can be understood from the drawings. The first moving direction of the rear template 25 is the direction when the rear template moves upwards in the drawing, namely, the rear template moves towards the direction close to the front template 24, the relative positions of the two sliding blocks and the inclined guide pillar 3 gradually move downwards and gradually move to the middle section or even the lower section of the inclined guide pillar 3, and the relative distance between the first sliding block 11 and the second sliding block 12 is reduced until the two sliding blocks are attached in the process; similarly, the second movement direction of the rear die plate 25 is the direction of displacement downward in the drawing, i.e. the direction away from the front die plate 24, and the principle is similar to that described above, and the description thereof will be omitted.
The number of the movable components is adjusted by an operator according to the actual sizes of the first slide block 11 and the second slide block 12, and the number, the positions and the like of the inclined guide posts 3 are timely increased or decreased or adjusted, so that the smooth movement degree of the slide blocks is ensured.
In another embodiment, the side surfaces of the first slider 11 and the second slider 12 away from the core 100 are each configured as an inclined end surface.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the inclined directions of the two inclined guide posts 3 are close to the center of the rear mold plate 25, and the inclined directions of the inclined end surfaces are basically consistent with those of the inclined guide posts 3, and in other embodiments, the inclined directions of the inclined guide posts 3 and the inclined end surfaces can be adjusted, so long as the opening and closing of the two sliding blocks can be realized finally, and the orientations, the sizes and the like of the corresponding components can be replaced or adjusted to a certain extent.
Correspondingly, the rear template 25 is fixedly provided with two locking blocks 4 which are arranged opposite to the inclined end face, and the first sliding block 11 and the second sliding block 12 are limited between the two locking blocks 4.
It should be noted that, limit is carried out to two sliders through the locking piece 4, also prevents to a certain extent that two sliders from taking place to drop, and the slope terminal surface on the slider can cooperate with the terminal surface of locking piece 4 simultaneously, makes first slider 11 and second slider 12 lateral wall have the support all the time when the injection molding raw materials is poured into, has guaranteed the stability when the mould is used.
The present embodiment may also be used in combination with the above embodiment, for example, in the embodiment of the oblique guide post 3, as shown in the drawings, the lock block 4 is fixed on the rear template 25, and can move together with the rear template 25, when the first slider 11 and the second slider 12 displace, the position of the lock block 4 will also correspondingly move upwards or downwards, although the position where the lock block 4 and the slider relatively attach is changed, the end face and the oblique end face of the lock block 4 always attach, so that the lock block 4 not only can play a certain limiting and pressing role, but also guides the displacement of the two sliders.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 7, the front mold plate 24 is provided with at least two first beads 51, the track of the first beads 51 points to the core 100, and the first slide 11 and the second slide 12 are respectively provided with a first guide groove 52 which is in butt joint with the first beads 51, so that the first slide 11 and the second slide 12 can guide along the track of the corresponding first beads 51 when being displaced.
It should be noted that the first bead 51, the first guiding groove 52, and the like are merely distinguished by terms of "first", "second", and the like, and the importance thereof is not implied by terms of "first", "second", and the like.
In this embodiment, the first pressing strip 51 and the first guide groove 52 provided can be mutually matched, so that corresponding sliding connection relationship can be established between the first sliding block 11, the second sliding block 12 and the front template 24, and the displacement directions of the first sliding block 11 and the second sliding block 12 can be provided through the first pressing strip 51, so that the displacement processes of the first sliding strip 11 and the second sliding block 12 are more reliable, and in this embodiment, specific position, size, shape and the like of the first pressing strip 51 and the first guide groove 52 are not limited, and an operator can pertinently adjust the first pressing strip 51 and the first guide groove 52.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the front mold plate 24 covers the surfaces of the first slider 11 and the second slider 12, so that the surface of the front mold plate 24 is distinguished into a first surface 501, a second surface 502 and a third surface by the overall contour of the first slider 11 and the second slider 12.
Wherein the second surface 502 is parallel to the top wall of the rear template 25; the first surface 501 is opposite to the third surface and is perpendicular to the second surface 502.
The first pressing strip 51 is disposed on the first surface 501 and/or the third surface, and the first pressing strip 51 abuts against the first guiding groove 52 to limit the displacement of the first slider 11 and the second slider 12 in the falling direction.
Specifically, as will be understood with reference to fig. 4 and 5, first, the definition of the first surface 501, the second surface 502 and the third surface is that the front mold plate 24 covers the outer surfaces of the two sliding blocks, so that a certain hollow space or cavity is formed in the front mold plate 24, and the first surface 501, the second surface 502 and the third surface are formed by the hollow space.
The number of the first pressing strips 51 is actually four in the drawing, that is, the first surface 501 and the third surface are provided with pressing strips, and two first pressing strips 51 are arranged at the same position on the other side, so that the pressing strips on the first sliding block 11 and the second sliding block 12 are symmetrical to the guide groove structure, and the number and the positions of the first pressing strips 51 can be adjusted in other embodiments, for example, the pressing strips on the same surface are communicated to form a large pressing strip, or only one surface is provided with the pressing strips, and only one implementation case is shown in the drawing.
In addition, we also note that this cavity is towards the rear mould plate 25, and if the first bead 51 is not provided, the slide is easily slid downwards when the rear mould plate 25 is moved downwards, since it is apparent that the first bead 51 can hold the slide against it by being caught in the first guide groove 52.
In one embodiment, on the basis of the above embodiment, the front mold plate 24 is further provided with at least two second pressing strips 53, and the first sliding block 11 and the second sliding block 12 are respectively provided with second guide grooves 54 which are in butt joint with the second pressing strips 53.
The second pressing strip 53 is located on the second surface 502, and the track of the second pressing strip 53 is parallel to the track of the first pressing strip 51, so that the first slider 11 and the second slider 12 can be displaced along the track of the second pressing strip 53, and the first slider 11 and the second slider 12 can be prevented from being offset.
It will be appreciated that, similar to the arrangement of the first bead 51 described above, the second bead 53 is also provided on the front panel 24, except that the second bead 53 is provided on the second surface 502, which can limit the displacement of the slider when it is displaced in the horizontal direction, i.e. to the first surface 501 or the third surface.
And when the second pressing strip 53 and the first pressing strip 51 in the embodiment are matched for use, two or three side walls of the sliding block, namely any two or all surfaces of the first surface 501, the second surface 502 and the third surface, can be simultaneously abutted, a certain guarantee effect is achieved on the displacement of the sliding block, the situation of dislocation and the like can be avoided, meanwhile, the sliding block has guiding performance, and the displacement of the sliding block can be smoother.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 to 10, the housing manufacturing mold further includes a thimble 62, a needle plate 61, and a driving mechanism, wherein one end of the thimble 62 is connected to the needle plate 61, and the thimble 62 penetrates through the core 100 to slide relative to the core 100.
The driving mechanism is connected with the needle plate 61 and is used for driving the needle plate 61 to move, so that when the needle plate 61 moves, the ejector pins 62 are driven to move towards the direction of the shell, the formed shell moves away from the core 100, and the formed shell is used for demolding of the shell.
Here, referring to fig. 10 and 11 of the drawings, the ejector pins 62 and the needle plate 61 are provided to match the ejector die of the housing 13. The needle plate 61 drives the thimble 62 to move, so that the thimble 62 can eject the formed shell 13 to separate the formed shell from the mold core 100, and the two sliding blocks are matched to synchronously move away, thereby ensuring that the shell 13 cannot be adhered with the mold core 100 during mold stripping and improving the mold stripping quality of products.
It will be appreciated that the driving mechanism may take many forms, and the cylinder 63 is shown in the drawings, and the cylinder rod 64 thereof is used to drive the needle plate 61 to move, and similarly, a cylinder or the like may be used, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
It should be noted that, in the drawing, there are an upper needle plate 61 and a lower needle plate 61, the edge of the lower needle plate 61 has a clamping hole, the edge of the upper needle plate 61 is provided with a via hole, the via hole is wider than the clamping hole, the periphery of the oil cylinder rod 64 is correspondingly provided with a groove, the oil cylinder rod 64 is fixed with the lower needle plate 61 through the clamping between the groove and the clamping hole, and meanwhile, part of the oil cylinder rod 64 is embedded into the via hole of the upper needle plate 61 to avoid the bulge to affect the overall outline of the needle plate 61, however, in other embodiments, only one needle plate 61 may be provided, and only one kind of the drawing shows.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in a natural state, the ejector pin 62 is flat with the surface profile of the core 100 on the side close to the housing 13.
It will be appreciated that the profiles of the ejector pin 62 and the core 100 are flat in the natural state, so that no protrusion or recess can be generated at the position of the housing 13 opposite to the ejector pin 62 in the injection molding process of the housing 13, and the integrity of the profile of the molded housing 13 is ensured, for example, in fig. 12, the profile of the end portion of the core 100 is circular, and the end portion of the ejector pin 62 is also circular with a matched shape, so that the surfaces of the two parts can be very flat.
Further, the number of the ejector pins 62 is plural, and the ejector pins 62 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the rubber injection tube 211, respectively, for uniform stress of the housing 13.
Specifically, referring to fig. 11, each core 100 has four pins 62 to match with demolding (two pins 62 are corresponding in the cross-sectional view), and the contact points between the four pins 62 and the housing 13 can be increased, so that the housing 13 can realize multi-point stress in the process of separating from the core 100, and thus, demolding can be completed quickly and efficiently, and in other embodiments, the number of the pins 62 can be adjusted, reduced to two or more, and the modification is within an acceptable range as long as the modification does not affect the normal demolding operation of the pins 62.
In other embodiments, the core 100 is further provided with a heating element in a penetrating manner, so as to properly heat the injection tube 211, prevent a part of injection molding material from solidifying during the conveying process, and the solidifying on the inner wall of the injection tube 211 may cause waste of the injection molding material, or even blockage of the injection tube 211.
In one embodiment, the surface of the first slider 11 and the second slider 12 near the side of the core 100 each have an oppositely disposed concave-convex portion, and the concave-convex portions form avoidance for the first cavity 110 and the second cavity 120, respectively.
When the first slider 11 is attached to the second slider 12, the corresponding concave-convex portions are engaged with each other, so that the first slider 11 and the second slider 12 are prevented from being displaced or offset.
It can be appreciated that the concave-convex portion between the first slider 11 and the second slider 12 can ensure the accuracy of the butt joint of the two sliders, and ensure that the first cavity 110 and the second cavity 120 are not dislocated, thereby being beneficial to the molding and quality of the housing 13.
The present embodiment may be used in combination with the bead-channel structure described above, and the cooperation of the bead and the channel may provide guidance and limiting functions when the first slider 11 and the second slider 12 are displaced, and the provision of the concave-convex portion may provide guidance and butt joint between the first slider 11 and the second slider 12, and these components may cooperate with each other, so that accuracy of both the two sliders may be ensured when they are independently moved or when they are butt-jointed with each other.
Specifically, the concave-convex parts can be arranged in various forms, two types are shown in fig. 7, one type is arranged at two ends of the abutting surface of the sliding block, namely the strip-shaped groove and the abutting strip in the drawing, the other type is an abutting bulge arranged in the middle of the sliding block, the abutting bulge can abut against the groove on the other sliding block, and the two concave-convex parts are combined in the drawing, and can be independently used in other embodiments.
It should be noted that the above embodiments can be freely combined as needed. The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present utility model and it should be noted that modifications and adaptations to those skilled in the art may be made without departing from the principles of the present utility model, which are intended to be comprehended within the scope of the present utility model.
