Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of sanitary products, and in particular to an absorbent article.
Background
Sanitary napkins are an absorbent article having the ability to absorb menstrual blood from the female's physiological cycle. The sanitary towel in the current market mainly comprises a surface layer, a core layer and a bottom film layer from the structural view, and part of the sanitary towel also comprises a pair of protection wings positioned at the left side and the right side of the core layer. Wherein the facing layer is typically made of cotton material, and menstrual blood can permeate through the facing layer and penetrate into the underlying core layer. The bottom film layer is made of water-repellent material, so that menstrual blood is prevented from exuding from below.
For sanitary napkins without wings, side leakage is very likely to occur due to the narrow absorbent area. For sanitary napkins with wings, the wings only can fix the sanitary napkins, and when the menstrual blood amount is large, menstrual blood which is not absorbed in time flows from the surface of the surface layer to two sides, so that side leakage occurs. In summary, how to design an absorbent product with good side leakage prevention effect is a technical problem to be solved in the art.

The present disclosure provides an absorbent article, which may be a baby diaper, a baby pull-up diaper, an adult care product, a sanitary towel, a sanitary pad, or a menstrual pant, etc., and in the embodiment of the present application, the absorbent article is specifically described by taking the sanitary towel as an example.
The present disclosure provides an absorbent article comprising: surface course, sandwich layer, bottom membranous layer and leak protection layer. Wherein the facing layer is configured to be positioned over the core layer. The facing layer and the core layer are positioned in an intermediate position of the absorbent article and together form an absorbent region. The surface layer is a material directly adjacent to the human body and is generally made of soft, skin-friendly and liquid-conducting materials. The core layer has a certain thickness and can absorb and store a certain amount of menstrual blood. When the core layer is absorbed to a saturated state, menstrual blood in the core layer is easy to leak under the extrusion action.
To prevent menstrual blood from exuding from the bottom of the core layer to contaminate the garment, the core layer of the present disclosure is configured to be positioned over the carrier film layer. The bottom film layer is made of water-repellent materials, and menstrual blood can be blocked when flowing down to the bottom film layer, so that liquid is prevented from leaking from below the core layer.
In order to prevent menstrual blood from oozing out of both sides of the core layer to contaminate the clothing and the inner thigh of the user, the present disclosure is also provided with a leakage preventing layer. Specifically, the leakage preventing layer is configured to be located between the core layer and the bottom film layer, and two sides of the leakage preventing layer are configured to extend out of the outer side of the core layer and are configured to be folded above the surface layer so as to wrap the side edges of the core layer and the surface layer.
The leakage preventing layer is partially positioned between the core layer and the bottom film layer, that is, partially pressed under the core layer, so that menstrual blood can be further prevented from leaking from below. The two sides of the leakage-proof layer extend to a position beyond the coverage of the core layer and are folded inwards to the upper side of the surface layer, so that the core layer and the side edges of the surface layer are wrapped in the leakage-proof layer. Because the leak-proof layer material has good water-repellent performance, the two sides of the core layer and the surface layer form completely water-repellent side leak-proof areas. When the liquid in the core layer flows to two sides under the extrusion action, the liquid can only flow into the enclosed space formed by the wrapping of the leakage-proof layer, and can not continuously overflow outwards.
The present disclosure provides an absorbent article excellent in leakage preventing effect. The bottom film layer is arranged below the surface layer and the core layer, so that liquid is prevented from leaking from below; the two sides of the surface layer and the core layer are wrapped by the leakage-proof layer, thus preventing liquid from leaking from the two sides. Specifically, the leakage-proof layer is arranged between the core layer and the bottom film layer, and two sides of the leakage-proof layer outwards extend and are folded above the surface layer, so that a wrapping structure is formed. Because the leak-proof layer is made of water-repellent materials, two sides of the core layer are sealed in the water-repellent space, and the leak-proof effect of the absorbent product is effectively improved.
Specific embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the present disclosure provides an absorbent article comprising: a surface layer 1, a core layer 2, a bottom film layer 3 and a leakage-proof layer 4. Wherein the facing layer 1 is configured to be positioned over the core layer 2, as shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 4, the facing layer 1 and the core layer 2 are positioned in the middle of the absorbent article and can together form an absorbent region 10. The surface layer 1 is a material directly adjacent to the human body, and is generally made of a soft, skin-friendly and liquid-permeable material, such as cotton material, hot air non-woven fabric material, spun-laced non-woven fabric material, or other materials formed by compounding the above materials. The core layer 2 has a certain thickness and is capable of absorbing and storing a certain amount of menstrual blood. When the core layer 2 is absorbed to a saturated state, menstrual blood in the core layer 2 is liable to leak under the pressing action.
In order to prevent menstrual blood from exuding from the bottom of the core layer 2 to contaminate the garment, the core layer 2 of the present disclosure is configured to be positioned over the carrier film layer 3. The bottom film layer is made of a water-repellent material, for example, a PE film can be used for making the bottom film layer 3, and menstrual blood can be blocked when flowing down to the bottom film layer 3, so that liquid is prevented from leaking from below the core layer 2. As shown in fig. 4, the middle region of the sanitary napkin is an absorbent region 10, and the absorbent region 10 includes at least, from top to bottom: the menstrual blood flows downwards and is stored in the core layer 2 through the absorption of the surface layer 1, the core layer 2 and the bottom film layer 3, and after the core layer 2 is saturated, the menstrual blood continues to flow downwards and is blocked by the bottom film layer 3.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1, the lower surface of the bottom film layer 3 is a glue surface, and a back release paper 6 is adhered to the middle position below the bottom film layer 3, so that sanitary napkins can be conveniently stored in a clean manner. In use, the user needs to tear off the back release paper 6 and attach the back of the carrier film layer 3 to the inside of the underpants. Thus, the sanitary towel can be fixed and is not easy to move in the using process.
In order to prevent menstrual blood from oozing out of both sides of the core layer 2 and contaminating the clothing and the inner thigh of the user, the present disclosure is further provided with a leakage preventing layer 4. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the leakage preventing layer 4 is configured to be located between the core layer 2 and the base film layer 3, and both sides of the leakage preventing layer 4 are configured to protrude from the outside of the core layer 2 and configured to be folded over the face layer 1 to wrap the core layer 2 and the side edges of the face layer 1.
The leakage preventing layer 4 is partially located between the core layer 2 and the base film layer 3, that is, partially pressed under the core layer 2, so that menstrual blood can be further prevented from leaking from below. The two sides of the leakage preventing layer 4 extend to a position beyond the covering position of the core layer 2 and are folded inwards to be above the surface layer 1, so that the core layer 2 and the side edges of the surface layer 1 are wrapped in the leakage preventing layer. The hatched portion in fig. 4 is the area where the leakage preventing layer 4 is wrapped over the surface layer 1, and since the leakage preventing layer 4 material has good water repellency, the core layer 2 and the surface layer 1 form the side leakage preventing areas 40 that are completely water repellent. When the liquid in the core layer 2 flows to two sides under the extrusion action, the liquid can only flow into the enclosed space formed by wrapping the leakage-proof layer 4, and the liquid can not continuously overflow outwards.
As shown in fig. 4, the side leakage preventing areas 40 are provided on both sides of the sanitary napkin absorbent region 10, and the positions of the inner sides of the side leakage preventing areas 40 are, in order from top to bottom: leak protection layer 4, surface course 1, sandwich layer 2, leak protection layer 4 and carrier film layer 3, the outside position of preventing side leakage area 40 is from top to bottom in proper order: two leak-proof layers 4 and a bottom film layer 3. The side edges of the surface layer 1 and the core layer 2 are sealed between the two leakage-proof layers 4, thereby effectively preventing side leakage and improving the leakage-proof effect of the sanitary towel.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the width of the portion of the leakage preventing layer 4 folded over the facing layer 1 is set to 10-20mm. As shown in fig. 4, if the width of the portion of the leakage preventing layer 4 folded over the facing layer 1 is too narrow, the area of the side leakage preventing region 40 is too small, and the side leakage preventing effect is reduced. If the width of the portion of the leakage preventing layer 4 folded over the top surface layer 1 is too wide, the area of the side leakage preventing region 40 becomes too large, and the area of the absorbent region 10 becomes small, resulting in a decrease in the absorbent effect of the sanitary napkin. Therefore, it is necessary to limit the width of the leakage preventing layer 4 folded onto the facing layer 1 to a range of 10 to 20mm, so that the absorption effect and the side leakage preventing effect are simultaneously ensured.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, with continued reference to fig. 1, the leakage preventing layer 4 is formed by compounding a nonwoven fabric 42 with a water repellent film 41, wherein the water repellent film 41 is located on the side close to the core layer 2, and the nonwoven fabric 42 is located on the side away from the core layer 2. The water repellent film 41 is a material having a good liquid blocking effect, and the single-layer structure of the water repellent film 41 can realize the side leakage preventing effect of the leakage preventing layer 4. The water-repellent film 41 is folded around both side edges of the face layer 1 and the core layer 2, thereby closing both sides of the face layer 1 and the core layer 2 in the water-repellent space, thereby preventing occurrence of side leakage. However, the material of the water repellent film 41 has poor skin-friendly property and poor air permeability, is not suitable for being directly exposed at the uppermost part to contact the human body, and in order to improve the use experience of a user, the comfort of the sanitary towel is better, and the non-woven fabric 42 is compounded on the water repellent film 41. The non-woven fabric 42 is located away from the side of the core layer 2, that is, the upper surface of the material of the leakage-proof layer 4 folded above the surface layer is made of the non-woven fabric 42, and the non-woven fabric 42 has good air permeability and skin friendliness and is suitable for being directly attached to a human body.
The non-woven fabric 42 and the water repellent film 41 can be compounded together to form a leakage-proof layer 4 composite material with the non-woven fabric 42 on one side and the water repellent film 41 on the other side; the two sides of the core layer 2 and the surface layer 1 can be sequentially wrapped by two layers of materials, and a complete leakage-proof layer 4 is formed after the wrapping is finished. The composite connection mode can be gluing, heat sealing or ultrasonic bonding, and the like, and the application is not limited to the above.
The nonwoven fabric 42 may be provided with more than one layer, and the water repellent film 41 may be provided with more than one layer, that is, the leakage preventing layer 4 may be formed by compounding a plurality of layers of materials together, thereby forming a composite material having better leakage preventing performance.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the water repellent film 41 is a PE film, i.e., a polyethylene film, which has good water repellency, can well block liquid, and plays a role in leakage prevention. Specifically, the PE film may have a grammage of 8-35gsm.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the side of the water repellent film 41 remote from the core layer 2 is provided with a plurality of ventilation holes. The material of the water repellent film 41 itself has poor air permeability, which results in poor air permeability of the side leakage prevention region 40 of the sanitary napkin, and the user feels stuffy when using the sanitary napkin for a long period of time. In order to enhance the user's use experience, a plurality of ventilation holes may be perforated at a side of the water repellent film 41 away from the core layer 2. Perforation may not be performed on the side of the water repellent film 41 adjacent to the core layer in order to secure the side leakage preventing effect of the water repellent film 41, at least part of the water repellent film 41 needs to be folded entirely over the facing layer 1, thereby forming a closed water repellent space.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 2, the leakage preventing layer 4 is two sheets of material, and the two sheets of leakage preventing layer 4 are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the absorbent article in the width direction, respectively. The side of the leakage preventing layer 4 close to the core layer 2 is configured to be located between the core layer 2 and the base film layer 3, and the side remote from the core layer 2 is configured to protrude outward and fold over the face layer 1. Two pieces of leakage-proof layer 4 material are respectively wrapped on two sides of the surface layer 1 and the core layer 2, and each piece of leakage-proof layer 4 material is used for wrapping one side of the surface layer 1 and the core layer 2, so that side leakage-proof areas 40 are respectively formed on two sides of the surface layer 1 and the core layer 2. The two leakage barriers 4 may be arranged in the same size and symmetrically with respect to the centre line of the absorbent product. The width of the portions of the two leakage preventing layers 4 folded over the facing layer 1 is the same so that the two side leakage preventing regions 40 are completely uniform in size.
In another embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 1, the leakage preventing layer 4 is a single piece of material, the core layer 2 is configured to be located above the middle position of the leakage preventing layer 4, and the leakage preventing layer 4 is respectively protruded along both sides of the width direction of the absorbent article and respectively folded over the facing layer 1. As shown in fig. 1, a piece of leakage-proof layer 4 completely separates the core layer 2 from the bottom film layer 3, so that two layers of water-repellent materials, namely the leakage-proof layer 4 and the bottom film layer 3, are paved below the core layer 2, and the leakage-proof effect of the bottom of the sanitary towel is further improved. Compared with the scheme of arranging two leakproof layer 4 materials, the side leakage prevention effect of only arranging one leakproof layer 4 material is better, and in addition, the manufacturing process of the sanitary towel is simpler. Two sides of a leakage-proof layer 4 are respectively wrapped on two sides of the surface layer 1 and the core layer 2, so that two sides and the bottom of the core layer 2 are completely positioned in the water-repellent area, and leakage is prevented.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 1 and 4, the absorbent article of the present disclosure further comprises a flap layer 7, the flap layer 7 being configured to be composited over the back film layer 3 to form a flap composite layer, the middle portion of which extends outwardly as shown in fig. 4 to form a flap 70. The flap layer 7 may be a hydrophilic nonwoven, a water repellent nonwoven or a three-piece material. As shown in fig. 1, the flap layer 7 is made of two pieces of material, and the two pieces of flap layer 7 are respectively combined on both sides of the bottom film layer 3, so that two pieces of flap composite layer material are formed on both sides of the absorbent article, and two pieces of flaps 70 are formed by cutting. The upper surface of the protective wing 70 is a skin-friendly protective wing layer 7, and the lower surface is a smooth surface with glue of the bottom film layer 3. When in use, a user can fold down the protective wings 70, so that the protective wings 70 wrap from two sides of the crotch of the underpants and are adhered to the lower surface of the underpants, thereby further improving the fixing effect of the sanitary towel.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 3, the bottom film layer 3 is two sheets of material, and the two sheets of bottom film layer 3 are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the absorbent article in the width direction, respectively. The side of the base film layer 3 close to the core layer 2 is configured to be located below the leakage preventing layer 4, and the side remote from the core layer 2 is configured to protrude outward. As shown in fig. 3, the two bottom film layers 3 have the same width as the two flap layers 7. The bottom film layer 3 in this embodiment is mainly used to form a wing composite layer, and the bottom leakage-proof function of the sanitary napkin can be achieved only by the leakage-proof layer 4. Specifically, the leak-proof layer 4 in this embodiment is a single piece of material, and two sides of a piece of leak-proof layer 4 wrap up two sides of the surface layer 1 and the core layer 2 respectively, and the bottom and two sides of the core layer 2 are completely enclosed by the leak-proof layer 4, so that two sides and the bottom of the core layer 2 are completely located in the water-repellent area, and leakage is prevented.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a flap release paper 5 is adhered under the flap 70. The protective wing release paper 5 is adhered to the back of the bottom film layer 3 at the two sides corresponding to the protective wings 70, thereby facilitating the clean storage of the sanitary towel.
The present disclosure also provides another absorbent article, with reference to fig. 5, in which the leakage preventing layer 4 is not provided. The absorbent article of the present embodiment comprises a facing layer 1, a core layer 2 and a carrier film layer 3, wherein the facing layer 1 is configured to be positioned over the core layer 2 and the core layer 2 is configured to be positioned over the carrier film layer 3. The two sides of the base film layer 3 are configured to extend from the outside of the core layer 2 and are configured to be folded over the face layer 1 to wrap the sides of the core layer 2 and the face layer 1. That is, the absorbent article in this embodiment performs the function of the leakage preventing layer 4 by the base film layer 3. The bottom of the core layer 2 is provided with a base film layer 3 so as to prevent menstrual blood from oozing out from the bottom of the core layer 2. Both sides of the core layer 2 and the facing layer 1 are wrapped in a closed space formed by the base film layer 3, thereby preventing menstrual blood from oozing out from both sides of the core layer 2.
The carrier film layer 3 may be made of a material that is completely compatible with the water repellent film 41 described above, i.e., a PE film having a grammage of 8-35 gsm. The PE film has good water repellency, can effectively block liquid and plays a role in leakage prevention.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 5, a protective edge 8 is compounded on the upper surface of the portion of the bottom film layer 3 folded over the surface layer 1, and the protective edge 8 may be a skin-friendly non-woven fabric material. The material of the bottom film layer 3 has poor air permeability and poor skin-friendly property, so that the bottom film layer is not suitable for being directly attached to a human body, and two protective edges 8 are required to be arranged. The safe edge 8 can be made of non-woven fabric material, and can not feel stuffy when being directly attached to a human body, so that the user experience is improved.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, with continued reference to fig. 5, the facing layer 1 includes a first facer 11, a second facer 12, and a center facer 13. The central fabric 13 is positioned above the middle of the core layer 2, the first fabrics 11 comprise two first fabrics 11, and the two first fabrics 11 are respectively arranged above two sides of the central fabric 13; the second fabric 12 comprises two pieces, and the two pieces of second fabric 12 are respectively arranged above the two pieces of first fabric 11. Thus, the surface layer 1 forms a two-stage ladder structure from inside to outside. When liquid flows onto the facing layer 1, at least part of the liquid can flow between the central fabric 13 and the first fabric 11, and at least part of the liquid can flow between the first fabric 11 and the second fabric 12, so that the liquid absorption speed of the absorbent product is increased, the absorption efficiency of the facing layer 1 is improved, and the risk of liquid leakage is reduced. In addition, most of the liquid can be absorbed downwards layer by layer after flowing to the surface layer 1, so that the liquid can be absorbed into the core layer 2 below the surface layer 1, the multilayer structure of the surface layer 1 can play a role in isolating the liquid to a certain extent, and the leakage-proof effect of the absorbent product is further improved.
The foregoing description of the embodiments of the present disclosure has been presented for purposes of illustration and description, and is not intended to be exhaustive or limited to the embodiments disclosed. Many modifications and variations will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the scope and spirit of the various embodiments described. The terminology used herein was chosen in order to best explain the principles of the embodiments, the practical application, or the technical improvements in the marketplace, or to enable others of ordinary skill in the art to understand the embodiments disclosed herein.
