Technical Field
The application belongs to the field of furniture, and particularly relates to a folding table and a combined structure of the folding table and a folding chair.
Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, the desk and chair combination can be carried when people go out for camping. Conventional folding tables and chairs are often stored separately and often are inconvenient to handle and store. In view of this problem, CN2200343Y proposes a box-type travel table and stool, in which two table top boards can be closed to form a cavity for storing chairs, however, in general, this structure can only store one to two chairs, if more folding chairs are needed to be combined, the thickness of the table top boards needs to be increased to obtain a larger cavity, which clearly greatly increases the weight of the folding table and reduces the portability of the box-type travel table and stool.
Disclosure of utility model
The application aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a folding table.
Another object of the present application is to provide a combined structure comprising the above folding table and folding chair.
The technical scheme of the application is as follows:
a folding table comprises two foldable table top boards and foldable table legs, wherein the two table top boards are hinged through a hinge piece, two ends of the hinge piece are respectively hinged to hinge points on the same sides of the two table top boards, and the length of the hinge piece between the two hinge points is larger than the overlapped thickness of the two table top boards.
In a preferred embodiment of the application, the length of the hinge between the two hinge points is the thickness of the fold of the two or four or six fold chair after folding.
In a preferred embodiment of the application, the hinge members extend inwardly parallel to the table top to form a support surface that abuts both table top sections when the folding table is in the unfolded position.
Further preferably, the edge of the table top extends downwardly to form a lip, the hinge member includes two opposing hinge surfaces, the hinge member is hinged to the table top by the hinge surfaces, the support surface is disposed between the two hinge surfaces, and the support surface abuts the table top at the lip.
Further preferably, the tabletop plate is provided with a positioning piece near the edge, one end of the positioning piece is fixed on the tabletop plate, the other end of the positioning piece extends downwards perpendicular to the bottom surface of the tabletop plate, and the positioning piece is used for positioning the folding chair.
In a preferred embodiment of the present application, the opposite ends of the two table tops are releasably connected at the end that is in contact in the extended position.
Further preferably, the side of the table top is provided with a handle.
The folding table comprises two foldable table boards and foldable table legs, the two table boards are hinged by a hinge piece, the hinge piece is hinged at a hinge point on the side face of the table boards, the length of the hinge piece between the two hinge points is greater than the overlapped thickness of the two table boards, a positioning piece is arranged at the position, close to the edge, of the table boards, one end of the positioning piece is fixed on the table boards, the other end of the positioning piece extends downwards perpendicular to the bottom face of the table boards, and the positioning piece is used for positioning the folding chair;
When the folding table is in a folded state, the folding chair can be folded and placed between the two table top boards.
In a preferred embodiment of the application, the length of the hinge between the two hinge points is the thickness of the fold of the two or four or six fold chair after folding.
In a preferred embodiment of the application, the hinge members extend inwardly parallel to the table top to form a support surface that abuts both table top sections when the folding table is in the unfolded position.
The beneficial effects of the application are as follows:
1. According to the folding table, the table top is divided into two table tops which are hinged through the hinge parts, the length of the hinge parts between two hinge points is larger than the overlapped thickness of the two table tops, when the folding table is in a folded state, the table tops and the hinge parts form a cavity capable of storing a folding chair, and compared with a traditional folding table, the folding table further saves storage space.
2. In some preferred embodiments, the hinge members may extend to form a support surface that may provide support to the table top and may improve the structural stability of the folding table in the unfolded position. It is further preferred that the hinge comprises two hinge surfaces and a support surface arranged between the two hinge surfaces, which structure further improves the structural stability of the folding table in the unfolded state.
3. In some preferred embodiments, the folding table further includes a handle disposed on the outer side of the table top and carried by the user.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the application is further illustrated and described through the following specific embodiments. As used herein, the term "bottom surface" refers to the surface of the table top that is facing downward when the folding table is in the unfolded position, "downward" refers to the direction away from the table top, and "inward" refers to the direction toward the bottom, and "inward" refers to the direction extending from the exterior of the table top toward the interior of the table top.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the folding table 600 may include two table tops 100, two hinge members 200, a securing member 300, and a leg 400. Wherein the legs 400 may be folded (see figure 3), and the two table tops 100 may be hinged at hinge points 110 in the sides of the table top 100 by the hinge members 200. Specifically, the hinge member 200 may have a length between two hinge points 110 that is greater than the thickness of the four fold chairs 700 (not shown) when folded and the two table top 100 are folded, the table top 100 may extend downward to form the lip 120, the hinge member 200 may have a support surface 210 that partially abuts the lip 120 of the two table top 100, and the support surface 210 may be configured to improve the structural stability of the table top 100 in the unfolded state. The table top 100 is provided with a plurality of positioning members 200 near the edge, one end of the positioning member 300 is fixed on the flange 120, the other end extends downward, and the plurality of positioning members cooperate to form a shape substantially identical to the profile of the folded folding chair 700 (see fig. 6), and the positioning member 300 can position the folding chair 700 placed in the folding table 600.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the opposite ends of the end contacted in the unfolded state of the table top 100 are provided with the handle 130 and the case buckle 140, the case buckle 140 can realize the detachable connection of the opposite ends when the folding table 600 is in the folded state, and the handle 130 can improve the portability of the folding table 100. In other possible implementations, the handles 130 may be provided on either side of the table top 100 and the removable attachment of the opposite ends may be accomplished by other conventional removable attachment structures known to those skilled in the art.
In the folding table 600 shown in fig. 3, the legs 400 are folded onto the bottom surface of the table top 100. It should be apparent from the figures that the end of the table top 100 that is in contact with the table top 100 in the unfolded position is not fixed, but rather is hinged to the side of the table top 100 by two hinge members 200. During folding, the two table top 100 may pivot about axes defined by two hinge points 110 located on the side of the table top 100, respectively, and when the fully folded position (i.e., the position shown in fig. 5) is achieved, the two table top 100 may be opposite and the two table top 100 may be spaced apart by the hinge members 200. The distance between the two table top 100 may be approximately equal to the length of the hinge members 200 between the two hinge points 110.
Fig. 4 is an enlarged view of fig. 3, and the specific configuration of the hinge assembly 200 of the present embodiment may be clearly seen in fig. 4. As shown, the hinge assembly 200 may include two opposing hinge surfaces 220 and a support surface 210 disposed between the two hinge surfaces 220, each hinge surface 220 may be pivotally connected to two table top 100 at a hinge point 110. This configuration may further improve the structural stability of the table top 110 in the extended position. Since the table top 100 has the lip 120 in this embodiment, the lip 120 at the end of the table top 100 that is adjacent to the inner side may be required to be offset from the lip 120 at the end of the table top 100 that is adjacent to the outer side, and thus the lip 220 may be substantially divided into two sub-lip surfaces that are each connected to the support surface 210 and opposite the lip 220 adjacent to the outer side.
Fig. 5 illustrates the folding table 600 in a collapsed position, as shown, wherein the two table top 100 are opposite and the two table top 100 are spaced apart by the hinge member 200, wherein the spacing between the two table top 100 is approximately the same as the length of the hinge member 200 between the hinge points 110. The opposite ends of the table top 100 that are in contact with each other in the unfolded position may be snapped into place to secure the folding table 600 in the collapsed position.
Fig. 6 and 7 are schematic views of the folding table 600 in an unfolded state and a folded state after the folding chair 700 is put into the folding table 600 according to the table and chair combination provided in the present embodiment. The basic structure of the folding table 600 will not be described in detail here, and as can be seen from fig. 6, the plurality of positioning members 300 enclose a shape substantially identical to that of the folding chair 700 after being folded, and the folding chair 700 plays a role in positioning the folding chair after being put in. As can be seen in FIG. 7, the spacing between the two table top boards 100 is approximately the thickness of the fold-over fold of the four folding chairs 700, and the securing members 300, hinge members 200 and box clasps 140 cooperate to limit the folding chairs 700 placed into the folding table 600 to prevent the folding chairs 700 from being removed from the folding table 600.
