As can be seen from the above description of the present utility model and the preferred embodiments thereof, compared with the prior art, the technical solution of the present utility model and the preferred embodiments thereof have the following beneficial effects due to the following technical means:
The applicant can be seen through continuous observation, experiments and researches that, in the prior art, the problem of the heat island effect between cabinets is caused because the air outlet of the upstream cabinet faces the air inlet of the downstream cabinet, in the first technical scheme, the main air inlet is arranged at the side part of the air passing cavity, the air outlet is arranged at the top part of the air passing cavity, and the hot air generated by the protection cavity and the air passing cavity is discharged through the air outlet at the top part of the cabinet body, so that the density of the hot air is small, and the hot air discharged from the top part of the air passing cavity mainly flows upwards but does not flow downwards, thereby avoiding heat flow disturbance to the main air inlet of the downstream cabinet.
In the second technical scheme, the air outlet is far away from the main air outlet, so that the influence of hot air generated by the protection cavity on the first heating piece is avoided; the wind flow driving module is an exhaust fan arranged at the air outlet, and the air outlet is close to the air outlet, so that the protection cavity and the air outlet cavity can share the exhaust fan to realize wind flow driving, and the driving effect is good.
In the third technical scheme, the heat flow generated by the heat dissipation cavity is communicated with the air passing port through the air duct, so that the hot air of the heat dissipation cavity is discharged through the air outlet at the top of the cabinet body, and the heat generated by the whole cabinet is discharged from the top of the cabinet, so that the heat flow disturbance to the main air inducing port of the downstream cabinet is further avoided.
In the fourth technical scheme, the second heating element is an air heat exchanger, so that air cooling heat dissipation of the protection cavity is mainly external circulation, and the protection grade of the protection cavity is improved.
In the fifth technical scheme, the air passage extends along the vertical direction and is adjacent to the air heat exchanger, so that the air passage is prevented from occupying the space of the protection cavity and affecting the heat radiation of the electric parts in the protection cavity, and the air passage is easier to set.
In the sixth technical scheme, the first side wall is a main air inlet surface of the cabinet body, and the second side wall is a secondary air inlet surface of the cabinet body, so that other side walls of the cabinet body can be used for being combined with other cabinets; the air passage is arranged on two sides of the first heating element along the second direction, so that the occupation of the air passage to the space of the protection cavity and the influence on the heat radiation of the electric element in the protection cavity are avoided, and the air passage is easier to set; the air heat exchanger is arranged on the inner surface of the second side wall, so that the communication between the first air flow passage and the first air inlet and the air passing opening can be realized more easily.
In the seventh technical scheme, the electric parts in the protection cavity are mainly subjected to liquid cooling and air cooling heat dissipation, wherein the high-heat-generation part is subjected to liquid cooling heat dissipation, the liquid cooling heat dissipation mode is high in heat dissipation efficiency, the low-heat-generation part is subjected to air cooling heat dissipation, and the air heat exchanger and the air-liquid heat exchanger are subjected to external circulation heat dissipation, so that the protection performance of the protection cavity can be improved well; the air-liquid heat exchanger is arranged in the air passing cavity at the top, so that the air inlet of the air-liquid heat exchanger is also positioned at the top, and the air inlet is far away from the ground, so that the air inlet temperature is lower, the heat dissipation efficiency of the air-liquid heat exchanger is high, and the high heat dissipation efficiency of a high-heat-generating piece is ensured; because the air-liquid heat exchanger is arranged at the top, the side part of the cabinet body is unoccupied, and the parallel operation of a plurality of electrical cabinets is facilitated. It can be known that in the technical scheme, the heat dissipation efficiency of the high heating element and the low heating element in the protection cavity can be ensured to the maximum extent by the liquid cooling and air cooling matched heat dissipation mode, and the protection performance of the protection cavity is good; and the parallel operation of the electric cabinets is convenient, and the distance between the power cabinets is also convenient to reduce.
In the eighth technical scheme, in the conventional air-liquid heat exchanger, two heat exchange portions are V-shaped and have upward openings, a fan is arranged above an area between the two heat exchange portions, the heat exchange portions are inclined relative to the vertical direction, an air duct in the heat exchange portions is also inclined relative to the vertical direction, after the fan works, the movement direction of air flow after passing through the air duct changes, and the air flow of the two heat exchange portions blows between the two heat exchange portions, so sand is easy to accumulate in the inner included angle and the outer included angle of the bottoms of the two heat exchange portions and the air duct in the heat exchange portions under the action of gravity and the air flow, and the air resistance is large after long-term operation, so that the heat exchange efficiency is greatly influenced; according to the technical scheme, the sand accumulation problem of the heat exchange parts is improved on the basis that the air outlet is arranged at the top of the cabinet body, specifically, the two heat exchange parts are arranged at an included angle, one ends of the two heat exchange parts along the first direction are mutually intersected, the other ends of the two heat exchange parts are mutually far away to form an opening, and each air passage is suitable for passing air along the horizontal direction, so that the moving direction is basically unchanged when the air flow passes through the air passage, the resistance in the air passage is small, the air flow introduced from the main air inlet can directly blow away the sand accumulation in the air passage, and the air sand is not easy to accumulate at the included angle of the two heat exchange parts because the opening formed by the included angle of the two heat exchange parts is horizontally oriented, and meanwhile, the air passage is cooled to be cooled. In addition, two heat exchange portions are the contained angle setting for heat exchange portion all has great overwind area and small, can know, this technical scheme, can not produce the heat flow disturbance to the main induced air mouth of the rack of low reaches when a plurality of racks are along first direction side by side, also avoided the easy sand accumulation's of heat exchange portion problem when top air-out, thereby improved heat transfer efficiency decline's problem after the heat transfer device long-term operation.
In the ninth technical scheme, the first air guiding opening and the second air guiding opening are arranged so as to bring away the heat of the cooling liquid flow channels of the two heat exchange plates more quickly, thereby improving the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchange plates. When a plurality of cabinets are parallel-connected in the second direction, only the first air inlet and the second air inlet at the outermost side can be used for air inlet. The air passing cavity of the middle cabinet is not provided with air inlets for the first air inlet and the second air inlet due to the limitation of wind pressure.
In the tenth technical scheme, the cooling liquid conveying part of the heat exchange device is placed in the area between the two heat exchange plates, so that the space between the two heat exchange plates is fully utilized, the cooling liquid conveying part can be maintained only at the opening ends of the two heat exchange plates, and because one ends of the two heat exchange plates close to each other are close to the main air guiding opening, the air flow firstly dissipates heat of the heat exchange plates and then dissipates heat of the liquid cooling conveying part, and therefore the heat dissipation of the liquid cooling conveying part is realized while the heat dissipation efficiency of the heat exchange plates is guaranteed.

The heat radiation air duct 17 is located at both sides of the air heat exchanger 60 in the second direction and extends in the vertical direction. In particular, the length of the air gap 151 along the second direction should be longer than the length of the air vent 161 along the second direction.
Specifically, the cabinet 10 includes a blower module 18 corresponding to the heat dissipation chamber 10C in the present embodiment; the fan module 18 is mounted on the first side wall 11 and is used for supplying air to the second air inlet 112, so that the hot air flow of the heat dissipation cavity 10C flows to the air outlet 161. The fan module 18 is mounted on the first side wall 11, and the temperature of the fan module 18 is not higher than that of the fan module mounted on the second side wall 12, so that the fan is not easy to damage.
The first heating element, the second heating element and the third heating element are respectively arranged in the air passing cavity 10A, the protection cavity 10B and the heat dissipation cavity 10C, and the air flow driving module 30 is an induced draft fan arranged at the air outlet, so as to drive air flow to the air outlet 101 from the air leading port 111 through the first heating element, further drive air flow to the air outlet 101 from the first air inlet 121, the second heating element and the air passing port 151, and further drive air flow to the air outlet 101 from the second air inlet 112, the third heating element and the heat dissipation air duct 17.
In this embodiment, the hot air generated by the air passing cavity 10A, the protection cavity 10B and the heat dissipation cavity 10C is discharged through the air outlet 101 at the top of the cabinet body 10, so that the density of the hot air is small, and the hot air discharged from the top of the air passing cavity 10A mainly flows upwards, but does not flow downwards, so that the heat flow disturbance to the main air inlet 111 of the downstream cabinet is avoided. The air outlet 151 is far away from the main air outlet 111, so that the influence of hot air generated by the protection cavity 10B on the first heating element is avoided; the wind flow driving module 30 is an exhaust fan arranged at the air outlet, and the air outlet 151 is close to the air outlet 101, so that the protection cavity 10B and the air passing cavity 10A can share the exhaust fan to realize wind flow driving, and the driving effect is good. The heat dissipation air duct 17 extends along the vertical direction and is adjacent to the air heat exchanger 60, so that the occupation of the heat dissipation air duct 17 on the space of the protection cavity 10B and the influence on the heat radiation of electric parts in the protection cavity 10B are avoided, and the heat dissipation air duct 17 is easier to set.
In this embodiment, the first heating element is an air-liquid heat exchanger 21, the air-liquid heat exchanger 21 and a liquid cooling plate 22 disposed in the protection cavity 10B form a heat exchange device 20, see fig. 6, and the air-liquid heat exchanger 21 is communicated with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet of the liquid cooling plate 22, so as to convey cold liquid to the liquid cooling plate 22 and recover hot liquid from the liquid cooling plate, thereby realizing liquid cooling circulation. Referring to fig. 4 to 5, the air-liquid heat exchanger 21 is provided with two heat exchanging portions located in the air passing chamber 10A; the two heat exchange parts are arranged at an included angle, one ends of the two heat exchange parts in the first direction are intersected with each other, and the other ends of the two heat exchange parts are far away from each other to form an opening; the heat exchange part is provided with a part to be cooled and a plurality of air passing channels, each air passing channel is suitable for passing air along the horizontal direction, specifically, the heat exchange part is provided with heat exchange plates 211 extending along the vertical direction, the heat exchange plates 211 are inclined relative to the first direction and the second direction, the two heat exchange plates 211 are combined into a V shape, the V-shaped opening faces the second side wall 12, one end of each heat exchange plate 211 is close to the main air inlet 111, the heat exchange plates 211 extend along the vertical direction and are alternately provided with cooling liquid flow channels and air passing channels along the vertical direction, each cooling liquid flow channel forms the part to be cooled, the cooling liquid flow channels extend along the length direction of the heat exchange plates 211, and the air passing channels are suitable for passing air along the horizontal direction; in fig. 5, the cooling liquid flow channel is formed by liquid cooling tubes 2111 extending along the length direction of the heat exchange fins 211, and a zigzag heat dissipation fin 2112 is arranged in the air passage to increase heat dissipation efficiency; still referring to fig. 4, the projection of the first and second air introduction ports 131 and 141 in the second direction covers the projection of the heat exchanging fins 211 in the second direction. It should be understood that, in addition to the air-liquid heat exchanger 21 and the liquid cooling plate 22, the heat exchange device 20 further includes other components, such as a cooling liquid conveying member 23, where the cooling liquid conveying member 23 may be a water path member, such as a pump, a water tank, and a pipeline, and this part belongs to the prior art, and this embodiment will not be described herein. Because the two heat exchange plates 211 intersect with each other at one end thereof and are close to the main air inlet 111, when the cooling liquid conveying member 23 of the heat exchange device 20 is placed in the area between the two heat exchange plates 211, the space between the two heat exchange plates 211 is fully utilized, the cooling liquid conveying member 23 can be maintained only at the open ends of the two heat exchange plates 211, and the heat dissipation efficiency of the heat exchange plates 211 is ensured because the air flow firstly dissipates the heat of the heat exchange plates 211 and then dissipates the heat of the cooling liquid conveying member 23. The heat exchanger plates 211 are inclined with respect to both the first direction and the second direction, ensuring that each heat exchanger plate 211 has a larger wind passing area and a smaller volume.
In this embodiment, the cooling liquid channels of the two heat exchange plates 211 are connected in parallel through the cooling liquid conveying member 23, that is, the liquid inlet of each heat exchange plate 211 is the hottest liquid just coming out from the liquid cooling plate 22 (the temperature difference between the liquid inside the heat exchange plate 211 and the external cold air is the largest, and the heat exchange effect is the best), meanwhile, only half of the total flow of the system is on each heat exchange plate 211, so that the flow resistance of the system is greatly reduced, the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchange plate 211 is increased, and the flow resistance of the system is also reduced.
The projection of the wind flow driving module 30 along the vertical direction is spaced from the two heat exchange plates 211 along the first direction, so that the wind flow is ensured to completely flow through the air passage of the heat exchange plates 211. It should be appreciated that in this embodiment, the wind flow drive module 30 should have a higher level of protection.
On the basis of discharging hot air only from the top of the cabinet 10, when the heat exchange device 20 is placed in the air cavity 10A, two heat exchange plates of the conventional heat exchange device 20 are inclined in the vertical direction, a fan is arranged above an area between the two heat exchange plates, in the working process of the fan, the movement direction of air flow after passing through the heat exchange plates changes, because liquid cooling pipes in the heat exchange plates extend along the length direction of the heat exchange plates, when the heat exchange plates are inclined relative to the vertical direction, air channels of the heat exchange plates are inclined relative to the vertical direction, after the fan works, the movement direction of the air flow after passing through the air channels changes, and air flows of the two heat exchange parts are blown against each other, so sand is easy to accumulate in the inner included angle and the outer included angle of the bottoms of the two heat exchange parts and the air channels in the heat exchange parts under the action of gravity and the air flow, and the air resistance is large after long-term running, so that the heat exchange efficiency is greatly influenced; in this embodiment, the problem of sand accumulation of the heat exchange plates 211 is correspondingly improved on the basis that the air outlet 101 is arranged at the top of the cabinet body 10, specifically, two heat exchange portions are arranged at an included angle, one ends of the two heat exchange portions in the first direction are intersected with each other, the other ends of the two heat exchange portions are far away from each other to form an opening, and the air passing channel of the heat exchange plates 211 passes air along the horizontal direction, so that the resistance in the air passing channel is small, the air flow introduced from the main air introducing port 111 can directly blow away the sand accumulation in the air passing channel and the air passing channel, and because the opening formed by the included angle of the two heat exchange portions is horizontally oriented, the sand is not easy to accumulate at the included angle of the two heat exchange portions, and meanwhile, the air passing channel and the cooling fluid flow channel exchange heat. That is, in this embodiment, the heat flow is not generated to the main air inlet 111 of the downstream cabinet when the plurality of cabinets are arranged side by side along the first direction, and the problem that the heat exchange fins 211 are prone to sand accumulation when the top air is exhausted is avoided, so that the problem that the heat exchange efficiency is reduced after the heat exchange device is operated for a long time is improved.
In this embodiment, the first air guiding port 131 and the second air guiding port 141 are configured to take away the heat of the cooling fluid channels of the two heat exchange fins 211 more quickly, so as to improve the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchange fins 211. The side walls of the cabinet body 10 except the first side wall 11 and the second side wall 12, namely the first abutting wall 13 and the second abutting wall 14 do not need to enter and exit air or maintenance, so that the side walls and other cabinet bodies 10 can be used for cabinet combining, and the work, heat dissipation and maintenance of the cabinet are not affected; when a plurality of cabinets are parallel-connected in the second direction, only the first air inlet 131 and the second air inlet 141 at the outermost side can be used for air intake. The air passing chamber 10A of the middle cabinet is not air-fed by the first and second air introduction ports 131 and 141 due to the limitation of the air pressure.
The second heating element is an air heat exchanger 60, and the air heat exchanger 60 is arranged on the inner surface of the second side wall 12; the air heat exchanger 60 is provided with a cold air port 61 for supplying cold air to the protection cavity 10B and a hot air port 62 for recovering hot air from the protection cavity 10B; wherein, the hot air port 62 and the cold air port 61 face the first side wall 11, the hot air port 62 is higher than the cold air port 61, in practical application, an air draft fan is further installed at the hot air port 62, the axis of the air draft fan is parallel to the first direction, the air heat exchanger 60 is provided with a first air flow channel and a second air flow channel, the first air flow channel is communicated with the third air inlet 123 and the air outlet 151, and the second air flow channel is provided with the cold air port 61 and the hot air port 62; the airflow driving module 30 also drives the airflow to flow from the third air inlet 123 to the air outlet 101 through the air passing hole 151; the first air flow passage and the second air flow passage exchange heat with each other to take away heat of the second air flow passage. In this embodiment, the air heat exchanger 60 is attached to the inner surface of the second side wall 12, which is more beautiful than the air heat exchanger attached to the outer surface of the second side wall 12, and if the air heat exchanger 60 is attached to the outer surface of the second side wall 12, the hot air in the first air passage easily flows into the main air inlet 111 of the downstream cabinet 10.
Referring still to fig. 6-7, the heat generating assembly further includes a high heat generating component 40 and a low heat generating component 50 disposed within the protective cavity 10B; the high heat-generating component 40 dissipates heat by the liquid cooling plate 22, and the high heat-generating component 40 is an inversion module in the embodiment, so that the water pipe of the air-liquid heat exchanger 21 also penetrates through the supporting plate 15 to be communicated with the liquid cooling plate 22; the low heat generating component 50 comprises a direct current electric component 51, an alternating current electric component 53 and a capacitor module 52, wherein the direct current electric component 51 is close to the first side wall 11, and the alternating current electric component 53 is close to the second side wall 12 and is close to a cold air port 61 of the air heat exchanger 60; the capacitor module 52 is located between the dc electrical component 51 and the ac electrical component 53 and below the high heat generating component 40.
Wherein the dc electrical component 51 is disposed in the third region, the ac electrical component 53 is disposed in the fourth region, and the capacitor module 52 spans the third region and the fourth region and is disposed above the ac electrical component 53. The high heat generating element 40 is located above the fourth zone. The electrical connection relationship in the protection cavity 10B is that the direct current electrical component 51 is connected with the capacitor module 52, the capacitor module 52 is connected with the high heat generating component 40, and the high heat generating component 40 is connected with the alternating current electrical component 53. Wherein the high heat generating component 40 is adjacent to the hot air port 62.
In this embodiment, the electrical components in the protection cavity 10B mainly dissipate heat through liquid cooling and air cooling, wherein the high heat-generating component 40 dissipates heat through liquid cooling, the liquid cooling heat dissipation mode has high heat dissipation efficiency, the low heat-generating component 50 dissipates heat through air cooling, and the air heat exchanger 60 and the air-liquid heat exchanger 21 dissipate heat through external circulation, so that the protection performance of the protection cavity 10B can be improved well; the high heat-generating element 40 is close to the hot air port 62 of the air heat exchanger 60, so that the cold air flowing out of the cold air port 61 of the air heat exchanger 60 can take away the heat of the low heat-generating element 50 in the protection cavity 10B, and then take away the heat of the high heat-generating element 40, thereby ensuring the heat dissipation efficiency of the low heat-generating element 50. The heat dissipation efficiency of the heating component in the protection cavity 10B can be maximally ensured by the liquid cooling and air cooling matched heat dissipation mode, and the protection performance of the protection cavity 10B is good.
In this embodiment, since the hot air port 62 of the air heat exchanger 60 is higher than the cold air port 61, the cold air of the air heat exchanger 60 can gradually take away the heat of the heating component in the protection cavity 10B in the process of flowing upwards in the protection cavity 10B, and the air circulation is good; the high heat generating component 40 is lower than the hot air port 62, so that the resistance is small when hot air flows back, and because the density of hot air in the air flow is smaller than that of air, cold air is downward when the hot air passes through the high heat generating component 40 during the back flow, and the hot air is upward, so that the air heat exchanger 60 can radiate the heat of the low heat generating component 50 and simultaneously radiate the heat of the high heat generating component 40.
The heating value of the capacitor module 52 in the low heating element 50 is the largest, the capacitor module 52 is located between the direct current electric element 51 and the alternating current electric element 53 and below the high heating element 40, wiring is facilitated, cold air of the air heat exchanger 60 flows through the alternating current electric element 53, the capacitor module 52 and the direct current electric element 51 and then flows through the high heating element 40 to be recovered to the hot air port 62, the temperature of the cold air is still lower after the cold air passes through the alternating current electric element 53 due to the small heating value of the alternating current electric element 53, so that heat of the capacitor module 52 can be well taken away, and the direct current electric element 51 can radiate outwards through the first side wall 11 due to the fact that the heat of the direct current electric element 51 is close to the first side wall 11, and therefore the heat dissipation efficiency of the low heating element 50 is high.
Referring to fig. 7, the third heat generating component is a reactor 70 and an electrical connector 80 in the present embodiment, a cover is disposed outside the reactor 70 and is placed in the first area, and hot air generated by the reactor 70 and the electrical connector 80 is discharged through the air outlet 161, the heat dissipation air duct 17 and the air outlet 101.
After the arrangement, the hot air of the whole cabinet is not easy to generate turbulent flow on the air inlet of the downstream cabinet from the air outlet 101 at the top. In this embodiment, the high heat generating element 40 is disposed in the fourth region, and the reactor 70 is disposed in the first region and is arranged substantially diagonally to the reactor 70, so that two electrical elements with large heat generation are kept away as far as possible, and the heat dissipation efficiency is further improved; and the dc electrical component 51 is placed in the third zone, the ac electrical component 53 is placed in the fourth zone, and the capacitor module 52 spans the third zone and the fourth zone, and is also advantageous for wiring.
