Detailed Description
In order that the above-recited aspects may be better understood, a detailed description of exemplary embodiments of the application will be presented below with reference to the drawings, it being apparent that the described embodiments are only a subset of the embodiments of the application, and not all of the embodiments of the application, it being understood that the application is not limited by the exemplary embodiments described herein.
Fig. 1 is an exploded view of a display panel, fig. 2 is a view showing a structure of a light emitting module, fig. 3 and 4 are views showing a display surface and a mounting surface of a panel housing, respectively, and referring to fig. 1 to 4, a display panel includes a panel housing 10 and a display light emitting module 20 mounted on the panel housing 10; the panel housing 10 includes a mounting surface 11 and a display surface 12 disposed opposite one another; the display light-emitting module 20 is fixedly arranged on the mounting surface 11, and the display light-emitting module 20 comprises a display screen 21 and an indicator light 22 which is arranged beside the display screen 21; the panel housing 10 is provided with a display window 13 corresponding to the position of the display screen 21, and the display window 13 is used for allowing light emitted by the display screen 21 to penetrate through the panel housing 10; the indicator lamp 22 is arranged with its light emission direction in a direction parallel to the mounting surface 11 and facing away from the display screen 21.
Wherein, in the light emitting area corresponding to the indicator lamp 22, the display surface 12 comprises a light reflecting portion 14, and one end of the light reflecting portion 14 near the indicator lamp 22 is inclined towards one side of the mounting surface 11; and, at the bending joint 15 of the end of the reflecting part 14 near the indicator light 22 and the panel housing 10, the panel housing 10 is provided with a light through hole 16, so that the light emitted by the indicator light 22 passes through the light through hole 16 and irradiates the reflecting part 14 of the display surface 12.
In this embodiment, in general, the display panel includes a panel housing and a display light emitting module mounted on the panel housing, where the panel housing includes a mounting surface and a display surface that are disposed opposite to each other, i.e., one surface of the panel housing is the mounting surface and the other surface is the display surface; the display lighting module generally comprises a display screen and at least one indicator light; the display screen and the indicator lamp are arranged on the installation surface of the panel shell, and then the display surface opposite to the installation surface is the outer surface of the panel shell when the panel shell is arranged on the electronic equipment, and the installation surface is the inner surface of the panel shell when the panel shell is arranged on the electronic equipment.
In this embodiment, specifically, the panel housing should be provided with a display window at a position corresponding to the display screen, where the display window may be, for example, in the form of a transparent cover plate, so that light emitted by the display screen can be seen by an observer through the display window; then, the indicator light of this embodiment is configured such that the light emitting direction thereof is along a direction parallel to the mounting surface (or parallel to the plane in which the display screen is located) and away from the display screen, and it can be understood that, at this time, the indicator light is in a side-emitting form with respect to the display screen, for example, the indicator light may be mounted in a horizontal type light bead and in a side-emitting form with respect to the display screen.
Wherein, in the luminous area corresponding to the pilot lamp, or from the top end of the lamp bead of the pilot lamp and along the luminous direction, the display surface comprises a reflecting part, and one end of the reflecting part, which is close to the pilot lamp, is obliquely arranged towards one side of the installation surface; for example, the light reflecting portion may be a square area in the display surface, where one end of the square area near the indicator light is inclined towards the mounting surface, and in combination with fig. 3 or fig. 5, the square area is a slope shape with one end near the indicator light being lower and one end far from the indicator light being higher; in addition, in this embodiment, a light hole is further formed at a bending connection position between one end of the light reflecting portion, which is close to the indicator light, and the panel housing, that is, a light hole penetrating through the panel housing is formed at a bending connection position between the lower end of the square area and the panel housing.
It can be understood that through the arrangement (the indicator light is side-emitting, the reflective part of the display surface is inclined, and the light-passing holes are arranged), the light emitted by the indicator light firstly passes through the light-passing holes on the plane where the display screen is located and then irradiates the reflective part of the display surface; therefore, on one hand, an observer can see the content of the display screen and the luminous state of the indicator lamp at the same time, and on the other hand, the light rays emitted by the indicator lamp are projected to the reflecting part of the display surface of the panel shell on the plane where the display screen is located, and the point-shaped light sources of the indicator lamp can be converted into planar light sources, so that adverse effects of the light rays emitted by the indicator lamp on the display content of the display screen can be greatly eliminated.
It will be appreciated that the above-described light reflecting portion having square areas is merely illustrative, and that the light reflecting portion may have other shapes as desired.
It can be appreciated that the indicator light can adopt one or more horizontal LED lamp beads according to actual needs, and the indicator light is not limited herein.
It can be understood that the display window can be made of glass, acrylic, PC sheets and other materials which are convenient to process and are beneficial to improving the display attractiveness of the screen. The shape and material of the display window are not limited in this embodiment, and may be set according to actual situations.
Furthermore, as mentioned above, in one aspect, the display lighting module should include at least one indicator light, for example, in connection with fig. 2, the display lighting module may include three indicator lights, although other numbers of indicator lights may be provided.
On the other hand, the panel shell should be provided with at least one display light-emitting module, wherein the display light-emitting module should be in one-to-one correspondence with the light-reflecting part on the display surface; for example, in connection with fig. 5, a display lighting module and a light reflecting portion may be provided on the panel housing; of course, according to practical needs, for example, when the area of the panel housing is large, a plurality of display light emitting modules may be mounted on the panel housing in an array form, and a plurality of light reflecting portions should be simultaneously arranged on the panel housing in an array form.
The embodiment of the application provides a display panel and electronic equipment with the display panel, wherein the display panel comprises a panel shell and a display light-emitting module arranged on the panel shell; the panel housing comprises a mounting surface and a display surface which are opposite to each other, wherein the mounting surface is used for mounting a display screen and an indicator light of the display light-emitting module, and the display surface is an outer surface when the panel housing is mounted on the electronic equipment; the panel shell is provided with a display window corresponding to the position of the display screen, so that the display content of the display screen can be displayed through the display window; the indicator lamp is configured such that its light emitting direction is in a direction parallel to the mounting surface and facing away from the display screen, that is, the indicator lamp of the present embodiment is in a side light emitting form with respect to the display screen.
Wherein, in the luminous area corresponding to the indicator lamp, the display surface comprises a reflecting part, and one end of the reflecting part, which is close to the indicator lamp, is obliquely arranged towards one side of the installation surface; and the light-transmitting hole is arranged on the bending connection part of one end of the light-reflecting part, which is close to the indicator light, and the panel shell; accordingly, it can be understood that the light emitted from the indicator lamp mounted on the panel housing mounting surface side can be irradiated to the light reflecting portion on the display surface side through the light passing hole.
