In this embodiment, the second groove 311 is formed in the first plate 31, so that the strength of the first cover plate 1 is improved, and the mounting of the electrical box 3 is not affected by the back-off profiled portion 13.
In some embodiments, the first plate 31 is provided with a third groove 312 for passing the wire near the first side of the first cover plate 1, and the first side is provided with a fifth folded edge 313 in a region other than the third groove 312, and the fifth folded edge 313 is angled to the first plate 31 and extends in a direction away from the second plate 32.
Specifically, the third groove 312 may also be configured as a trapezoidal groove, and the width at the opening is greater than the width of the groove bottom to reduce the stress at both sides of the groove bottom. The third groove 312 is used for guiding the wires of the inner parts of the return air frame assembly to the circuit board, and as shown in fig. 5, a groove is also arranged at a position corresponding to the third groove 312 of the fixing plate 6, so as to facilitate the wire guiding.
This embodiment can conveniently realize the lead wire through the third groove 312, and considering that the second groove 311 and the third groove 312 are provided on the first side edge, by providing the fifth folded edge 313 in the area other than the third groove 312, the structural strength at the first side edge can be increased, and the whole inner edge of the second groove 311 is provided with the fifth folded edge 313 to form plane abutment with the profiling part 13, so that the installation stability of the electrical box 3 is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, a protrusion 314 is provided on the fifth flange 313 at a position at the bottom of the third groove 312, and the protrusion 314 extends toward the outer side of the fifth flange 313, for being selectively fixed with the first cover plate 1.
Specifically, the protrusions 314 and the fifth folded edge 313 are flush toward the surface of the first cover plate 1, and fifth holes 314' may be provided in the protrusions 314 to connect the protrusions 314 with the first cover plate 1 by fasteners.
This embodiment can further increase the joint strength of electrical apparatus box body 3 and first apron 1, improves the structural stability of whole return air frame subassembly.
In some embodiments, the inner side wall of the third groove 312 is provided with a second stacking edge 315, and the second stacking edge 315 is stacked on the side of the first plate 31 away from the electrical box cover 4.
By arranging the second overlapping edge 315, the embodiment can eliminate the sharp edge of the third groove 312, prevent the problem that the cutting line damages the wires when the wires are routed, and improve the working reliability of the equipment.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, a wiring hole 318 is formed on the first plate 31 for guiding the wires of the fan in the air return frame assembly to the circuit board, and a third stacking edge 318 'is formed at the edge of the wiring hole 318, and the third stacking edge 318' is stacked on the side, away from the electrical box cover 4, of the first plate 31.
Because the wires of the fan are thicker, if the wire guiding path is far from the third groove 312, the wire guiding hole 318 is opened on the first plate 31 near the second plate 32, so that the wires of the fan can be directly led out in a short path, the bending of the wires of the fan can be reduced, the length of the wires is shortened, and the wires are convenient to be wired.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the second side edge of the first plate 31 near the second cover plate 2 is provided with a fourth groove 316 for guiding the wires of the ambient temperature sensor to the circuit board, and the portions of the second side edge located at both sides of the fourth groove 316 are provided with sixth folded edges 317, and the sixth folded edges 317 are angled with respect to the first plate 31 and extend in a direction away from the second plate 32.
Specifically, sixth fold 317 may be perpendicular to first plate 31. For example, the fourth groove 316 may be a rectangular groove.
By arranging the fourth groove 316 on the second side edge, the strength of the second side edge can be weakened, and by arranging the sixth folded edge 317, the influence of the fourth groove 316 can be reduced, and the structural strength of the electrical box body 3 is ensured.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the fourth groove 316 has a first edge 316A, a second edge 316B, and a third edge 316C, where the first edge 316A and the second edge 316B are disposed opposite each other, and the first ends of the first edge 316A and the second edge 316B are connected by the third edge 316C, and the second ends of the first edge 316A, the second edge 316B, and the third edge 316C are each provided with a seventh folded edge 319, and the seventh folded edge 319 is angled with respect to the first plate 31 and extends in a direction away from the second plate 32.
Specifically, the seventh folded edge 319 is perpendicular to the first plate 31, and a folded height of the seventh folded edge 319 may be smaller than a folded height of the sixth folded edge 319.
This embodiment eliminates the sharp edge of the fourth recess 316 by providing the seventh folded edge 319, preventing scratch of the fixing plate 6.
In some embodiments, the seventh folds 319 corresponding to the first edge 316A, the second edge 316B, and the third edge 316C are independent of each other.
Because the sixth folded edges 317 on both sides of the fourth groove 316 are larger, the edge strength is guaranteed, and the seventh folded edges 319 are independently arranged on each side of the fourth groove 316, and the adjacent seventh folded edges 319 are not connected, so that the manufacturing cost of the die can be reduced, and meanwhile, the material cost is also saved.
In some embodiments, the seventh fold 319 is trapezoidal and the width of the top of the seventh fold 319 is less than the width of the root. The seventh folded edge 319 with the structure is convenient to bend, and the damage to the fixing plate 6 caused by the corner position of the free end of the seventh folded edge 319 can be reduced.
The electric appliance box has the advantages that the strength of the box body is greatly enhanced by the characteristics of folding edges, overlapping edges and the like, meanwhile, the manufacturing cost is reduced on the premise of ensuring the expected function of the electric appliance box, and the production efficiency is improved. The whole electric box can adopt a 0.6mm thick steel plate, compared with the common electric box with 0.8mm and 0.95mm, the volume of the material is reduced by 25 percent and 37 percent respectively, the material cost is greatly reduced, and simultaneously, thinner materials have greater advantages in the production links of die manufacture and the like, and the production efficiency and the finished product qualification rate are also increased.
Next, the present disclosure provides an air conditioning apparatus including the return air frame assembly of the above embodiment. Because the return air frame assembly has better overall structural strength, the deformation is smaller when the return air frame assembly is influenced by assembly, vibration or falling, and therefore the use reliability of the air conditioning equipment can be improved.
In some embodiments, the air conditioning apparatus includes an air duct or a ceiling.

Claims (21)

1. A return air frame assembly comprising:
a first cover plate (1);
A second cover plate (2) arranged opposite to the first cover plate (1) along a first direction (z);
The electrical box body (3) comprises a first plate (31) and a second plate (32), wherein the first plate (31) is positioned between the first cover plate (1) and the second cover plate (2), and the first plate (31) is positioned at the end part of the second cover plate (2) along the second direction (x) and is used for installing a circuit board; the second plate (32) is connected angularly to the end of the first plate (31) along a third direction (y), the second direction (x) being perpendicular to the first direction (z), the third direction (y) being perpendicular to both the first direction (z) and the second direction (x); and
The electric appliance box cover (4) is buckled on one side, far away from the second cover plate (2), of the electric appliance box body (3) to form a cavity, the electric appliance box cover (4) comprises a third plate (41) and a fourth plate (42), the third plate (41) and the first plate (31) are oppositely arranged along the second direction (x), and the fourth plate (42) is connected with one end, close to the second cover plate (2), of the third plate (41) along the first direction (z) in an angled manner;

2. The return air frame assembly of claim 1, further comprising a wire retaining member (7) mounted to the inside of the second plate (32) by fasteners (8) for retaining wires drawn from the circuit board.

The return air frame assembly according to claim 1, wherein the first groove (321) has a first side wall (321A), a second side wall (321B) and a third side wall (321C), first ends of the first side wall (321A) and the second side wall (321B) are connected by the third side wall (321C) to form a groove bottom, an opening is formed between second ends of the first side wall (321A) and the second side wall (321B), and a width of the first groove (321) at the opening is larger than a width of the groove bottom.
4. The return air frame assembly of claim 1, wherein the first recess (321) tapers in width from the opening to the bottom of the slot to form a trapezoidal recess.
5. The return air frame assembly of claim 1, wherein the first flap (322) is folded toward the inside of the second panel (32).
6. The return air frame assembly according to claim 1, wherein a first folded edge (323) is disposed on a side of the first folded edge (322) away from the second plate (32) in a length section of a bottom of the first groove (321), and the first folded edge (323) is stacked on an inner side of the first folded edge (322).
7. The return air frame assembly according to claim 1, wherein the second plate (32) has a second flange (324) at the edges of the second plate (32) at both sides of the first recess (321), and the second flange (324) is located inside the third plate (41) and is used for transitional connection with the third plate (41).
8. The return air frame assembly of claim 7, wherein a fold width of the first flap (322) relative to the second panel (32) is less than a fold width of the second flap (324) relative to the second panel (32).
9. The return air frame assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein two sides of the second plate (32) adjacent to the first plate (31) are respectively provided with a third folded edge (326) and a fourth folded edge (327), the third folded edge (326) is disposed at an angle to the second plate (32) and is abutted to the first cover plate (1), and the fourth folded edge (327) is disposed at an angle to the second plate (32) and is abutted to the second cover plate (2).

The return air frame assembly according to any one of claims 1-8, further comprising a bracket (5), the bracket (5) comprising first and second mounting plates (51, 52) connected at an angle, the first mounting plate (51) welded to a region of the first plate (31) facing away from the second plate (32) and extending in the first direction (z), the second mounting plate (52) extending in a direction facing away from the second plate (32);
The first cover plate (1) comprises a first main body plate (11) and a first flanging (12), the first flanging (12) is at least arranged at one end of the first main body plate (11) close to the second plate (32) along the third direction (y), and the first flanging (12) is positioned at the outer side of the second mounting plate (52) and connected with one end of the second mounting plate (52);
The second cover plate (2) comprises a second main body plate (21) and a second flanging (22), the second flanging (22) is at least arranged at one end, close to the second plate (32), of the first main body plate (11) along the third direction (y), and the second flanging (22) is positioned at the outer side of the second mounting plate (52) and connected with the other end of the second mounting plate (52).

The return air frame assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the first cover plate (1) is provided with a profiling part (13), the profiling part (13) integrally protrudes towards the inner side of the first cover plate (1), and the first plate (31) is provided with a second groove (311) for accommodating the profiling part (13) near the first side edge of the first cover plate (1).
12. The return air frame assembly according to claim 11, characterized in that the first plate (31) is provided with a third groove (312) for passing a wire near a first side of the first cover plate (1), the first side being provided with a fifth folded edge (313) in a region outside the third groove (312), the fifth folded edge (313) being angled to the first plate (31) and extending in a direction away from the second plate (32).
13. The return air frame assembly according to claim 12, characterized in that the fifth flange (313) is provided with a protrusion (314) at a position at the bottom of the third groove (312), and the protrusion (314) extends towards the outer side of the fifth flange (313) for being optionally fixed with the first cover plate (1).
14. The return air frame assembly according to claim 12, wherein the inner side wall of the third groove (312) is provided with a second stacking edge (315), and the second stacking edge (315) is stacked on one side of the first plate (31) away from the electrical box cover (4).
15. The return air frame assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the first plate (31) is provided with a routing hole (318) for guiding a wire of a fan in the return air frame assembly to the circuit board, a third stacking edge (318 ') is arranged at an edge of the routing hole (318), and the third stacking edge (318') is stacked on one side, far away from the electrical box cover (4), of the first plate (31).

The return air frame assembly according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein the first plate (31) is provided with a fourth recess (316) adjacent to the second side of the second cover plate (2) for guiding the wires of the ambient temperature sensor to the circuit board, and the portions of the second side on both sides of the fourth recess (316) are each provided with a sixth fold (317), the sixth fold (317) being angled with respect to the first plate (31) and extending in a direction away from the second plate (32).

The return air frame assembly according to claim 16, wherein the fourth groove (316) has a first edge (316A), a second edge (316B) and a third edge (316C), the first edge (316A) and the second edge (316B) are disposed opposite each other, and the first ends of the first edge (316A) and the second edge (316B) are connected by the third edge (316C), and the second ends of the first edge (316A), the second edge (316B) and the third edge (316C) are each provided with a seventh flap (319), the seventh flap (319) being angled with respect to the first plate (31) and extending in a direction away from the second plate (32).
18. The return air frame assembly of claim 17, wherein the seventh flaps (319) corresponding to the first edge (316A), second edge (316B), and third edge (316C) are independent of each other.
19. The return air frame assembly of claim 17, wherein the seventh flap (319) is trapezoidal and a width of a top portion of the seventh flap (319) is less than a width of a root portion.
20. An air conditioning apparatus comprising a return air frame assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 19.
21. The air conditioning apparatus of claim 20, wherein the air conditioning apparatus comprises an air duct machine or a ceiling machine.
