Illustratively, the surface of the portion of the spacer 300 protruding from the opening 1114 to the outside of the housing 111 may be provided with grooves or raised structures to increase friction of a human hand when gripping the spacer 300, avoiding slipping when pulling the spacer 300.
In some embodiments, two sides of the spacer 300 may be provided with a limiting groove 301, and two side edges of the opening 1114 are clamped in the limiting groove 301, so that a limiting effect can be achieved on the movement of the spacer 300 in the slot 1111, and the accuracy of the position of the spacer 300 when the air outlet channel 103 is closed or opened is ensured.
The width of the spacer 300 at the position corresponding to the limit groove 301 is smaller than the width of the spacer 300 at other positions.
It is understood that the length of the limiting groove 301 along the moving direction of the spacer 300 may be approximately equal to the moving stroke of the spacer 300, and when the groove walls at the two ends of the limiting groove 301 along the moving direction of the spacer 300 are abutted with the wall of the housing 111, the spacer 300 is respectively located at the two ends of the moving stroke. In this way, the separator 300 can also be prevented from coming out of the inside of the case 111, thereby preventing the separator 300 from being lost.
For example, both side edges of the end surface of the spacer 300 facing the end of the slot 1111 may be provided with arc-shaped chamfers to provide a guiding effect for the insertion and extraction movement of the spacer 300 in the slot 1111 to prevent the spacer 300 from being jammed or locked while moving in the slot 1111.
The specific connection structure of the ventilating pipe 113 and the steam path 102 will be described in detail.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of an assembly structure of an adapter in an ironing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 8 is an exploded view of the ironing apparatus according to the embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1-8, in some embodiments, the ironing device 10 may further comprise an adapter 130, the adapter 130 being in communication with the steam channel 102. The adaptor 130 has an air inlet connector 131, and an air outlet end 1032 of the air outlet channel 103 is connected with the air inlet connector 131, so that convenience in assembly when the ventilation pipe 113 is communicated with the steam channel 102 can be improved.
It will be appreciated that the adaptor 130 may be located on top of the soleplate assembly 112, and that the soleplate assembly 112 may include a heat-generating soleplate and a cover plate disposed over the heat-generating soleplate, the two covers surrounding the steam channel 102, the steam channel 102 being in communication with the plurality of steam outlets 104 on the ironing surface 101, respectively. The adapter 130 may be coupled to a cover plate on top of the base plate assembly 112.
In some embodiments, the top wall of the steam channel 102 may be provided with a through hole 1121, and the ironing device 10 may further include a first sealing member 140, where the first sealing member 140 is sleeved on the outer side of the adapter member 130, and the circumferential outer wall of the first sealing member 140 is clamped with the inner edge of the through hole 1121, so that the sealing performance of the adapter member 130 when connected with the steam channel 102 may be improved.
The first sealing member 140 may be an annular structure, and the material of the sealing member may be an elastic material such as rubber, silicone, or the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, the ironing device 10 may further comprise a water tank 400 and a water pump 500, both the water tank 400 and the water pump 500 being provided within the device body 100. The water pump 500 has a water inlet and a water outlet, and the water tank 400 communicates with the water inlet. The adaptor 130 is provided with a steam joint 132, the water outlet is communicated with the steam joint 132, and water required by steam can be supplied into the steam channel 102 through the adaptor 130, so that the structure of the equipment is simplified, and the cost is reduced.
Wherein, the water tank 400 may be disposed inside the handle 120, the water pump 500 may be disposed inside the housing 111, and the water tank 400 may be communicated with a water inlet of the water pump 500 through a water pipe.
Illustratively, both the air inlet connector 131 and the steam connector 132 may be located at a side of the adaptor 130, and the air inlet connector 131 may be located above the steam connector 132, so that when the steam connector 132 has water flowing in, the water flows from top to bottom, preventing the water from overflowing into the ventilation pipe 113.
In some embodiments, the ironing device 10 may further comprise a second sealing member 150, the second sealing member 150 being located between the air outlet side of the blower 200 and the air inlet end 1031 of the air outlet channel 103, and the second sealing member 150 may be disposed around the air outlet side of the blower 200, so as to improve the sealing between the blower 200 and the air outlet channel 103 and prevent air leakage.
It is to be understood that the second sealing member 150 may be an annular structure, and the sealing member may be made of elastic materials such as rubber, silicone, etc., which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, the ironing device 10 may further include a fixing member 160, wherein a first end of the fixing member 160 abuts against an end of the blower fan 200 facing away from the air outlet channel 103, and a second end of the fixing member 160 abuts against an inner wall of the device body 100, so that stability and reliability of mounting the blower fan 200 in the device body 100 may be improved.
The handle 120 may include a handle body connected to the housing 111, and a grip portion connected to the handle body, the grip portion being for a user to grip in order to pick up the ironing device 10, and the blower 200 being disposed in the handle body. The top of the handle body is provided with a top plate 121, and the fixing member 160 may be disposed between the top plate 121 and the blower 200 in an abutting manner.
It will be appreciated that the top plate 121 may be provided with ventilation holes from which air may be drawn when the blower 200 is started.
In addition, the inside damping member 170 that still can set up of handle main part, damping member 170 set up in the one end that fan 200 deviates from the air-out side, damping member 170's first end and the inner wall butt of handle main part, damping member 170's second end and fan 200 butt to can improve the installation stability of fan 200 in casing 111, and reduce the noise that fan 200 during operation produced.
The fixing member 160 and the shock absorbing member 170 may be made of rubber or silica gel, or may be made of plastic with a certain elasticity, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present application.
It should be noted that, the base 110 may further include a heat insulating member 114, where the heat insulating member 114 may be covered above the base plate assembly 112, and the heat insulating member 114 is located between the base plate assembly 112 and the housing 111, that is, the housing 111 is covered outside the heat insulating member 114.
Fig. 9 is a schematic view of a control module in an ironing device according to an embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, the ironing device 10 may further comprise a controller 600, the controller 600 being provided within the device body 100, the blower 200 may be electrically connected to the controller 600; the controller 600 controls the blower 200 to blow out the air flow to the air outlet passage 103. The controller 600 may be electrically connected to the heating member 1122 on the base 110 and the water pump 500, so as to control the steam ironing function of the ironing device 10.
The handle 120 may be provided with a first switch 610 and a second switch 620, wherein the first switch 610 is used for controlling the start and stop of the water pump 500, thereby controlling the steam ironing function of the ironing device 10, and the second switch 620 is used for controlling the start and stop of the blower 200, thereby controlling the self-cleaning function of the ironing device 10. The first switch 610 and the second switch 620 may be provided at both upper and lower sides of the handle 120, respectively.
In addition, the ironing device 10 may be connected to an external power source through a power cord, and a connection position of the handle 120 and the power cord may be provided with a cord wrap, and the power cord may be threaded through the cord wrap to avoid abrasion of the power cord.
As shown in fig. 9, the heating element 1122 on the ironing device 10 is connected in a power supply circuit, the power supply of the power supply circuit may be a three-phase power supply, wherein "L" is a live wire, "N" is a neutral wire, "G" is a ground wire, the temperature adjusting unit 700 and the resistance wire are connected in the power supply circuit of the ironing board, the controller 600 may be connected in parallel in the power supply circuit, the blower 200 may be electrically connected with the controller 600 and powered by the power supply circuit, the water pump 500 may be electrically connected with the controller 600 and powered by the controller 600, the blower 200 and the water pump 500 may respectively control the on-off of the respective power supply circuits through the first switch 610 and the second switch 620, and the indicating unit 630 may be electrically connected with the controller 600 and powered by the controller 600. The indication unit 630 may be a display screen or an indication lamp for displaying the operation state of the ironing device 10.
The embodiment of the application provides ironing equipment, which comprises an equipment main body, a fan and a separator; the fan is arranged in the equipment main body, the equipment main body is provided with an ironing surface, a steam channel and an air outlet channel, and the ironing surface is provided with a steam outlet communicated with the steam channel; the air outlet channel is provided with an air inlet end and an air outlet end, the fan is communicated with the air inlet end, the air outlet end is communicated with the steam channel, the isolating piece is inserted into the air outlet channel, and the isolating piece can move relative to the air outlet channel to close or open the air outlet channel. When steam ironing is carried out, the air outlet channel is closed by the isolating piece, and when the air outlet channel is opened by the isolating piece, the air flow of the fan flows out from the steam outlet after passing through the steam channel, and impurities and powder in the steam channel can be taken away by the air flow, so that the effect of cleaning the steam channel is achieved.

Ironing apparatus (10), characterized by comprising an apparatus body (100), a blower (200) and a spacer (300); the fan (200) is arranged in the equipment main body (100), the equipment main body (100) is provided with an ironing surface (101), a steam channel (102) and an air outlet channel (103), and the ironing surface (101) is provided with a steam outlet (104) communicated with the steam channel (102); the air outlet channel (103) is provided with an air inlet end (1031) and an air outlet end (1032), the fan (200) is communicated with the air inlet end (1031), and the air outlet end (1032) is communicated with the steam channel (102);
The isolating piece (300) is inserted into the air outlet channel (103), and the isolating piece (300) can move relative to the air outlet channel (103) so as to close or open the air outlet channel (103).

Ironing apparatus (10) according to claim 1, characterized in that said apparatus body (100) comprises a base (110) and a handle (120), said handle (120) being connected to said base (110); the steam channel (102) and the air outlet channel (103) are both arranged in the base (110), the fan (200) is arranged in the handle (120), and the air outlet side of the fan (200) faces the base (110).

Ironing apparatus (10) according to claim 2, characterized in that said base (110) comprises a housing (111), a soleplate assembly (112) and a ventilating duct (113), said housing (111) being connected to said soleplate assembly (112), said handle (120) being connected to a side of said housing (111) facing away from said soleplate assembly (112); the shell (111) is provided with a slot (1111), the air outlet side of the fan (200) is communicated with the slot (1111), the slot (1111) is communicated with the ventilation pipe (113), and the ventilation pipe (113) is communicated with the steam channel (102); the slot (1111) and the ventilation pipe (113) together form the air outlet channel (103), and the isolating piece (300) is inserted into the slot (1111).

Ironing apparatus (10) according to claim 3, wherein said slot (1111) is provided with an air inlet (1112) and an air outlet (1113) on opposite sides of the insertion direction of said spacer (300), said air inlet (1112) being opposite to said air outlet (1113); the air inlet (1112) is communicated with the air outlet side of the fan (200), and the air outlet (1113) is communicated with the ventilation pipe (113).

Ironing apparatus (10) according to claim 4, characterized in that the thickness of said spacer (300) matches the height of said slot (1111); when the air outlet channel (103) is closed by the isolating piece (300), the two opposite sides of the isolating piece (300) are respectively blocked and arranged at the air inlet (1112) and the air outlet (1113); when the air outlet channel (103) is opened by the partition piece (300), the partition piece (300) is arranged in a staggered mode relative to the air inlet (1112) and the air outlet (1113).

Ironing apparatus (10) according to any one of claims 3-5, characterized in that an opening (1114) is provided on the side of the casing (111), said opening (1114) being in communication with the slot (1111); the isolation piece (300) is arranged through the opening (1114), and the isolation piece (300) at least partially protrudes to the outer side of the shell (111).
7. Ironing apparatus (10) according to claim 6, characterized in that both sides of said spacer (300) are provided with limit grooves (301), both side edges of said opening (1114) being clamped in said limit grooves (301).

Ironing apparatus (10) according to any one of claims 1-5, further comprising an adapter (130), said adapter (130) being in communication with said steam channel (102); the adapter (130) is provided with an air inlet joint (131); an air outlet end (1032) of the air outlet channel (103) is connected with the air inlet joint (131).

Ironing apparatus (10) according to claim 8, characterized in that the top wall of the steam channel (102) is provided with a through hole (1121), the ironing apparatus (10) further comprises a first sealing member (140), the first sealing member (140) is sleeved outside the adapter member (130), and the circumferential outer wall of the first sealing member (140) is clamped with the inner edge of the through hole (1121).

Ironing apparatus (10) according to claim 8, further comprising a water tank (400) and a water pump (500), said water tank (400) and said water pump (500) being both arranged inside said apparatus body (100); the water pump (500) is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, and the water tank (400) is communicated with the water inlet; the adaptor (130) has a steam fitting (132), and the water outlet communicates with the steam fitting (132).
11. Ironing apparatus (10) according to any of claims 1-5, further comprising a second seal (150), said second seal (150) being located between the air outlet side of said fan (200) and the air inlet end (1031) of said air outlet channel (103), and said second seal (150) being arranged around the air outlet side of said fan (200).
12. Ironing apparatus (10) according to any of claims 1-5, further comprising a fixing member (160), a first end of said fixing member (160) being in abutment with an end of said blower (200) facing away from said air outlet channel (103), a second end of said fixing member (160) being in abutment with an inner wall of said apparatus body (100).
