Detailed Description
In order to better understand the aspects of the present utility model, the present utility model will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, embodiments of the utility model. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the utility model without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the utility model.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a support bracket of a photovoltaic module according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 2 is a schematic partial structure diagram of a triangle structure in a support bracket of a photovoltaic module according to an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 3 is a schematic view of a partial structure of an interconnection between a push-pull rod and a transmission cross rod according to an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 4 is a schematic view of another partial structure of the interconnection between a push-pull rod and a transmission rail according to an embodiment of the present application.
In one embodiment of the present application, the support bracket of the photovoltaic module may include:
A supporting upright column 1, a push-pull rod 2 with a telescopic length and a movable connecting piece 3 which are sequentially connected end to form a triangular framework; wherein the bottom end of the supporting upright post 1 is hinged with the bottom end of the push-pull rod 2; two ends of the movable connecting piece 3 are respectively hinged with the top end of the push-pull rod 2 and the top end of the supporting upright post 1;
The triangular framework is at least provided with two groups, and a supporting cross rod 4 is connected between the top ends of the supporting upright posts 1 in the adjacent two groups of triangular frameworks; a transmission cross rod 5 is connected between the top ends of the push-pull rods 2 in the two adjacent groups of triangular structures;
wherein the support rails 4 and the drive rails 5 are commonly used to support and connect each photovoltaic module 100.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the support rails 4 and the drive rails 5 between two adjacent sets of triangular structures in this embodiment are disposed substantially parallel to each other, thereby collectively carrying the structure of the photovoltaic module 100. Each photovoltaic module 100 is connected with the supporting cross rod 4 and the transmission cross rod 5 at the same time; when there is a relative motion in the vertical direction between the transmission cross bar 5 and the support cross bar 4, the pitch angle of the photovoltaic module 100 can be changed, so as to adapt to the incident angle change of the solar rays. And the relative movement between the transmission cross rod 5 and the support cross rod 4 in the vertical direction can be realized through the telescopic movement of the push-pull rod 2 in the triangular framework.
Based on the basic structural characteristics of the triangle, when the length of the three sides of the triangle is fixed, the triangle structure is a stable triangle. In the application, for the triangular structure formed by the support upright 1, the push-pull rod 2 and the movable connecting piece 3, the length of the push-pull rod 2 can be adjusted in a telescopic way, namely the triangular structure is a deformable triangular structure. On the basis, the bottom end of the supporting upright post 1 and the bottom end of the push-pull rod 2 are hinged, and the hinged connection between the two is along with the extension and retraction of the push-pull rod 2, so that the included angle between the supporting upright post 1 and the push-pull rod 2 is changed, and the push-pull rod 2 cannot rotate and swing around the supporting upright post 1; the two ends of the movable connecting piece 3 are respectively hinged with the top end of the supporting upright post 1 and the top end of the push-pull rod 2, and the included angle between the movable connecting piece 3 and the supporting upright post 1 is only changed along with the extension and retraction of the push-pull rod 2, so that the movable connecting piece 3 can not rotate and swing by taking the supporting upright post 1 as the center. Therefore, the movable connecting piece 3 and the push-pull rod 2 can only move in the plane where the triangular frame is located, namely the plane where the triangular frame is located does not move along with the movement of the movable connecting piece 3 and the push-pull rod 2 relative to the support upright 1.
Under the condition that the supporting upright 1 is kept fixed, the supporting cross rod 4 connected with the top end of the supporting upright 1 can be kept fixed, and because the movable connecting piece 3 and the push-pull rod 2 can move relative to the supporting upright 1 along with the expansion and contraction of the push-pull rod 2, namely, the end parts of the movable connecting piece 3 and the push-pull rod 2, which are connected with each other, move in the plane where the triangular framework is located, so that the transmission cross rod 5 is driven to move along with the movement, namely, the transmission cross rod 5 moves relatively to the supporting cross rod 4, and therefore, the pitch angle of the photovoltaic module 100 supported by the transmission cross rod 5 and the supporting cross rod 4 together is adjusted.
As shown in fig. 2, when the length of the push-pull rod 2 is extended, it is obvious that the transmission cross rod 5 can be driven to move obliquely upwards relative to the support cross rod 4, that is, one side of the photovoltaic module 100, which is close to the transmission cross rod 5, is lifted and the other side is lowered; conversely, when the length of the push-pull rod 2 is contracted, the transmission cross rod 5 can be driven to move obliquely downwards relative to the support cross rod 4, namely, one side of the photovoltaic module 100, which is close to the transmission cross rod 5, is lowered and the other side is raised, so that the pitching angle of the photovoltaic module 100 in a plane perpendicular to the support cross rod 4 is adjusted.
Two ends of the movable connecting piece 3 can be respectively connected with the top end of the supporting upright post 1 and the top end of the push-pull rod 2 through bearings; both ends of the movable connecting piece 3 can be connected with the top end of the supporting upright 1 and the top end of the push-pull rod 2 through other connecting structures, so long as the movable connecting piece 3 can move relative to the supporting upright 1 and the push-pull rod 2, and the plane where the movable connecting piece 3 is located is not moved.
In addition, the push-pull rod 2 with telescopic length in the present embodiment may be a telescopic cylinder connected with a driving electrode. The push-pull rod 2 can also comprise a threaded long rod with a threaded structure on the surface and a threaded sleeve sleeved on the threaded rod; the motor drives the threaded rod to rotate so as to adjust the depth of the threaded rod inserted into the threaded sleeve, and then the overall length of the threaded rod and the threaded sleeve is changed, so that the length expansion of the push-pull rod 2 can be realized. In this embodiment, other rod-shaped structures capable of electrically controlling the expansion and contraction can be adopted, and even a rod-shaped structure capable of being manually adjusted can be considered, so that the application is not particularly limited.
As described above, in practical application, the triangular structure includes at least two groups, and it is obvious that in practical application, in the process of adjusting the pitch angle of the photovoltaic module 100, in each group of angular structures connected sequentially through the support cross rod 4 and the transmission cross rod 5, the expansion and contraction of each push-pull rod 2 should be synchronous, so as to ensure that the pitch angle of the photovoltaic module 100 in the same row is synchronously adjusted. However, in the process of actually controlling the expansion and contraction of the push-pull rods 2, the expansion and contraction of each push-pull rod 2 is difficult to achieve absolute synchronization, or a certain error may exist between the actual expansion and contraction lengths of the push-pull rods 2. In combination with the manner that the push-pull rod 2 stretches and contracts to drive the movable connecting piece 3 to move in the triangular framework, the actual movement track of the top end of the push-pull rod 2 along with the stretching and contracting of the push-pull rod 2 is an arc track taking the top end of the supporting upright post 1 as a circle center and the length of the movable connecting piece 3 as a radius; when the expansion and contraction between two adjacent push-pull rods 2 are asynchronous, or the expansion and contraction distance has relative error, the end parts of the push-pull rods 2 connected with the two ends of the transmission cross rod 5 inevitably generate a torque for the transmission cross rod 5, and the torque can increase the expansion and contraction resistance of the push-pull rods 2 to a certain extent, reduce the transmission efficiency of the transmission cross rod 5, increase the energy loss and also cause the vibration of the whole support bracket and the supported photovoltaic module 100.
To this end, in another alternative embodiment of the present application, it may further include:
The transmission cross rod 5 is connected with the top end of the push-pull rod 2 through a universal joint connector, so that the end part of the transmission cross rod 5 can move along the vertical direction relative to the top end of the push-pull rod 2.
In the embodiment, the transmission cross rod 5 and the push-pull rod 2 are connected by adopting the universal joint connecting piece, namely, a movement space capable of relatively moving exists between the end part of the transmission cross rod 5 and the top end of the push-pull rod 2, and the relative movement can relieve the torque generated by the top end of the push-pull rod to the transmission cross rod 5 to a certain extent, and meanwhile, the push-pull rod 2 does not influence the movement of the transmission cross rod 5.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in one embodiment of the present application, the universal joint connector may include:
A transmission shaft 21 fixedly connected with the top end of the push-pull rod 2; a universal joint cylinder 71 sleeved on the transmission shaft; one end of the universal joint coupler 72 is fixedly connected with the transmission cross rod 5, and the other end of the universal joint coupler is movably connected with the end part of the universal joint cylinder 71 through a bolt 73;
Wherein, bolt holes are arranged on the universal joint cylinder 71 and the universal joint coupler 72; the bolt 73 is inserted into the bolt hole; the universal joint cylinder 71 and the universal joint coupler 72 can rotate relatively by taking the straight line of the bolt 73 as a rotation center axis; the straight line where the bolt 73 is located and the plane where the triangular structure is located are mutually planar and perpendicular to the straight line where the two endpoints of the motion track of the push-pull rod 2 are located.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the universal joint cylinder 71 is connected to a transmission shaft 21 fixedly connected to the top end of the push-pull rod 2, a strip-shaped groove can be formed on the surface of the transmission shaft 21, a strip-shaped protrusion matched with the strip-shaped groove can be formed on the inner wall of the universal joint cylinder 71, and the strip-shaped groove and the strip-shaped protrusion are parallel to the central axis of the universal joint cylinder 71; the strip-shaped grooves and the strip-shaped protrusions facilitate the mutual insertion between the universal joint circular through sleeve 71 and the transmission shaft 21, and realize the relative positioning between the universal joint cylinder 71 and the transmission shaft 21.
The end of the universal joint cylinder 71, which is far away from the transmission shaft 21, is hinged with the universal joint coupler 72 through a bolt 73, bolt holes are formed in the end of the universal joint cylinder 71 and the universal joint coupler 72, and when the bolt 73 is inserted into the bolt holes in the universal joint cylinder 71 and the universal joint coupler 72 in a penetrating manner, the universal joint cylinder 71 and the universal joint coupler 72 can relatively rotate around the straight line where the bolt 73 is located.
It will be appreciated that the line of the bolt 73 should be parallel to the plane of the triangular structure. As mentioned above, the track of the movement of the top ends of the push-pull rods 2 is an arc track, and the straight line where the bolts 73 are located can be perpendicular to the straight line where the end points of the two ends of the arc track are located, so that the relative movement between the universal joint cylinder 71 and the universal joint coupler 72 is ensured, and the torsion applied by the top ends of the two adjacent push-pull rods 2 to the transmission cross rod 5 between the two can be reduced to the greatest extent.
Furthermore, referring to fig. 3 and 4, in another alternative embodiment of the present application, the universal joint coupling 72 may include two bar-shaped connection plates 721; the ends of the two strip-shaped connection plates 721 are respectively provided on opposite sides of the gimbal cylinder 71; and the bolt 73 penetrates the end of the strip-shaped connection plate 721 and the joint cylinder 71.
In this embodiment, the two strip-shaped connection plates 721 of the universal joint coupling 72 are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the universal joint circular sleeve 71, which is beneficial to ensuring the stability of the relative movement of the universal joint coupling 72 and the universal joint circular sleeve 71.
Furthermore, the transmission cross bar 5 is of tubular structure; the end of the universal joint coupling 72 that is connected to the drive rail 5 is an end structure 722 having a thin top and a thick bottom, the end structure 722 being inserted into the tubular structure of the drive rail 5.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the end structure 722 of the universal joint coupling 72 is shown in fig. 3 inserted into the tubular structure of the drive rail 5, while the end structure 722 of the universal joint coupling 72 is shown in fig. 4 not inserted into the tubular structure of the drive rail 5.
The end structure 722 of the universal joint coupling 72 in this embodiment is fixedly connected between the universal joint coupling 72 and the drive rail 5 by means of a tubular structure inserted into the drive rail 5. In order to realize the insertion of the universal joint coupling 72 into the tubular structure of the drive rail 5, the end of the universal joint coupling 72 facing away from the universal joint circular sleeve 71 is provided with an end structure 722 with a conical table with a thin top and a thick bottom, and on this basis, the end structure 722 should also be provided with a through hole, so that the tubular structure of the drive rail 5 and the end structure 722 are connected through a positioning bolt or a screw or the like, and the fixed connection between the universal joint coupling 72 and the end of the drive rail 5 is realized.
In the above embodiments, the pitch angle of the photovoltaic module 100 in the direction perpendicular to the support rail 4 is mainly implemented by the triangular frame, but in a practical application process, the photovoltaic module 100 may not need to be adjusted in the angular direction only in one dimension. To this end, in another alternative embodiment of the present application, it may further include:
The bottom end of the supporting upright post 1 is connected with a mounting seat 6; the mounting seat 6 is provided with a driving component capable of driving the supporting upright column 1 to move up and down along the vertical direction.
It will be appreciated that the mounting 6 in this embodiment is primarily intended for use in a structure for securing the support post 1 to the ground. Each triangular structure is respectively connected with one mounting seat 6, when one of the two adjacent mounting seats 6 drives the supporting upright 1 to extend upwards through the driving component so that the supporting upright 1 is lifted, and the supporting upright 1 supported and fixed by the other mounting seat 6 is kept still, the top ends of the two supporting uprights 1 are also subjected to height difference, so that each photovoltaic component 100 between the two supporting uprights 1 is subjected to adjustment of an inclination angle perpendicular to a second dimension, namely the inclination angle in the vertical plane where the supporting cross rod 4 is located to a certain extent. Therefore, in practical application, the inclination angle of the photovoltaic module 100 can be adjusted in two different dimensions, so that the photovoltaic module 100 can better follow the irradiation direction of sunlight to adjust, and the luminous efficiency of the photovoltaic module 100 is improved to a certain extent. It will be understood, of course, that, unlike the push-pull rods 2 which need to be adjusted in a synchronous telescopic manner, the respective support seats 6 should be independent of each other for driving the corresponding support uprights 1 up or down.
In order to more accurately realize the adjustment of the pitch angle direction of the photovoltaic module 100, in another alternative embodiment of the present application, an illumination angle sensor may be further provided, and in practical application, the irradiation angle of solar rays may be monitored in real time, so as to realize more reasonable adjustment of the photovoltaic module 100.
In summary, the support bracket of the application forms a movable triangle structure through the head-tail movable connection among the support upright post, the push-pull rod with telescopic length and the movable connecting piece; on the basis, a supporting cross rod and a transmission cross rod are further arranged between the adjacent triangular frameworks and used for supporting the photovoltaic module; therefore, in practical application, only the telescopic adjustment of the push-pull rods in each triangular framework is required to be controlled, the transmission cross rod can also generate high-low position change along with the deformation of the triangular framework, and accordingly the pitching angle range of the photovoltaic module arranged on the support cross rod and the transmission cross rod also changes, and the adjustment of the pitching angle and the direction of the photovoltaic module is realized. The supporting bracket is simple in structure, the adjustment of the photovoltaic module in the pitch angle direction can be realized by only stretching the length of the push-pull rod, and the excessive complicated adjusting equipment is not needed, so that the pitch angle adjusting cost of the photovoltaic module can be reduced on the basis of improving the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic module, and the economic benefit of the photovoltaic module is improved.
The application also provides an embodiment of a photovoltaic module power generation device, which comprises the support bracket of the photovoltaic module and the photovoltaic module arranged on the support bracket of the photovoltaic module.
