It should be noted that, the piston rod 33 may be made of two coaxial coupling rods, or may be made as an integral piston rod, and similarly, the power cylinder 31 and the grease injection cylinder 32 may be formed as an integral barrel structure, and two pistons with different cross-sectional areas are connected to two ends of the built-in piston rod, so as to achieve the above-mentioned structural functions.
As shown in fig. 1, the discharge port of the screw pump 2 is connected into the rodless cavity of the grease injection cylinder 32 through a pipeline provided with the grease filling one-way valve 22, the rodless cavity of the grease injection cylinder 32 is used for sucking grease from the screw pump 2, and the grease filling one-way valve 22 can ensure unidirectional flow of the grease resistant sealing grease and prevent the grease resistant sealing grease from flowing back.

Referring to fig. 1, the high-displacement high-pressure quantifiable hydraulic grease injection device further comprises a PLC arranged in the control cabinet 7, wherein the PLC is connected with the hydraulic station 5 and the screw pump 2, the hydraulic station 5 is connected with the power cylinder 31 through a hydraulic oil path, a pressure sensor 51 is arranged on a hydraulic oil path between the hydraulic station 5 and the power cylinder 31, the pressure sensor 51 is connected with the PLC, a displacement sensor 8 is arranged on a piston rod between the two cylinders, and the displacement sensor 8 is connected with the PLC, and has the following working principle:
the hydraulic station 5 pushes oil-resistant sealing grease from the grease outlet system 1 to the screw pump 2, the screw pump 2 assists in feeding the grease injection cylinder 32, the power cylinder 31 hydraulically drives the grease injection cylinder 32 to suck grease, the PLC automatically controls the working pressure and the advancing speed of the grease injection cylinder 32, the grease injection speed (namely the displacement sensor 8) and the grease injection pressure (namely the pressure sensor 51) are controlled, and the automatic start and stop are carried out according to the grease injection pressure until the set grease injection amount is automatically stopped, so that the large-displacement, high-pressure and quantifiable grease injection of the flat valve is realized.
In the embodiment, the electric tracing bands are additionally arranged on the grease injection oil cylinder 32 and the screw pump 2, and the viscosity of the oil-resistant sealing grease is changed through the electric auxiliary tracing device so as to increase the fluidity of the oil-resistant sealing grease, and ensure that the high-displacement high-pressure quantifiable hydraulic grease injection device can still work normally under the environment with excessively low air temperature.
Referring to fig. 2, the fat discharging system 1 includes a telescopic cylinder 11 disposed right above a hopper 21 of the screw pump 2, the hydraulic station 5 is connected to the telescopic cylinder 11 through a hydraulic oil path, and the fat discharging system 1 further includes a pallet 12 for placing the fat barrel 6 between the telescopic cylinder 11 and the hopper 21, specifically:

With continued reference to fig. 2, a hole through which the grease in the grease barrel 6 passes is formed in the center of the supporting plate 12, the edge of the hole extends vertically downward to form a diversion channel 121, and the oil-resistant sealing grease enters the hopper 21 from the diversion channel 121, that is, the diversion channel 121 functions to guide the falling direction of the oil-resistant sealing grease.
