A fire alarm sensing early warning device comprises a mounting plate, a mounting box, a connecting structure, a first connecting column, a second connecting column and a camera;
the connecting structure comprises a connecting plate, the connecting plate is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the mounting plate, the mounting box is positioned below the mounting plate, the top end of the mounting box is clamped on the surface of the connecting plate, and a sealing gasket is arranged at the contact part of the mounting box and the mounting plate; the side surface of the connecting plate is provided with a threaded hole, the outer side of the top end of the mounting box is provided with a fastening bolt, and the tail end of the fastening bolt penetrates through the mounting box and is in threaded connection with the threaded hole;
the inside of the installation box is provided with a baffle, the outer edge of the baffle is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the installation box, the side surface of the baffle is provided with a connecting hole and a side hole, and the connecting hole is positioned below the side hole; the left side of the partition board is provided with a gas sensor, the gas sensor penetrates through the side hole and is fixedly connected with the partition board, the right side of the partition board is provided with a fan, and the fan is fixedly connected with one side of the installation box.
Further, the inside hollow structure that is of installation case, the connecting plate is rectangular frame structure, just the installation case top with the connecting plate size phase-match.
Further, the top end of the mounting plate is fixedly connected with an exhaust port, the exhaust port is communicated with the left cavity inside the mounting box, and four mounting holes are symmetrically distributed on the upper surface of the mounting plate.
Further, the partition plate is of an L-shaped structure, the partition plate divides the inside of the installation box into two cavities, and the two cavities are communicated through the connecting hole.
Further, a first connecting column is arranged below the mounting box, the top end of the first connecting column is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the mounting box, a connecting shaft is arranged inside the first connecting column, and the connecting shaft is rotatably connected with the first connecting column through a bearing.
Further, the top end of the connecting shaft penetrates through the mounting box, the top end of the connecting shaft is sleeved with a second gear, the upper surface of the partition plate is fixedly connected with a motor, the output end of the motor is sleeved with a first gear, and the first gear is meshed with the second gear.

Further, the number of the fastening bolts is eight, two fastening bolts are in a group, one group of fastening bolts are symmetrically distributed on one side of the installation box, and four groups of fastening bolts are symmetrically distributed on four outer side surfaces of the installation box.

Through the embodiment of the application, the mounting box adopts a detachable structure, the mounting box and the connecting plate can be detached through the detaching fastening bolt, the top end of the mounting box is of an open structure, the internal structure of the mounting box is convenient to repair and maintain, and the detachment is relatively simple; the flow of indoor gas can be quickened through the operation of the fan, the indoor gas can flow to the left side of the partition board through the connecting hole, at the moment, the indoor gas can be detected through the gas sensor, the smoke after fire can be found in time, and early warning can be sent out in time; the indoor picture can be monitored in real time through the camera, and the fire position can be found in time through analyzing the image and the video; meanwhile, the camera can be rotated by the motor, so that the shooting range of the camera is improved, and the monitoring range is wider.

Referring to fig. 1-3, a fire alarm sensing and early warning device comprises a mounting plate 3, a mounting box 4, a connecting structure, a first connecting column 5, a second connecting column 6 and a camera 7;
the connecting structure comprises a connecting plate 13, the connecting plate 13 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the mounting plate 3, the mounting box 4 is positioned below the mounting plate 3, the top end of the mounting box 4 is clamped on the surface of the connecting plate 13, and a sealing gasket 14 is arranged at the contact part of the mounting box 4 and the mounting plate 3; a threaded hole 131 is formed in the side face of the connecting plate 13, a fastening bolt 8 is arranged on the outer side of the top end of the mounting box 4, and the tail end of the fastening bolt 8 penetrates through the mounting box 4 and is in threaded connection with the threaded hole 131;
the inside of the installation box 4 is provided with a partition plate 12, the outer edge of the partition plate 12 is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the installation box 4, the side surface of the partition plate 12 is provided with a connecting hole 121 and a side hole 122, and the connecting hole 121 is positioned below the side hole 122; the left side of the partition plate 12 is provided with a gas sensor 9, the gas sensor 9 penetrates through the side hole 122 and is fixedly connected with the partition plate 12, the right side of the partition plate 12 is provided with a fan 15, and the fan 15 is fixedly connected with one side of the installation box 4.
The inside of the installation box 4 is of a hollow structure, the connecting plate 13 is of a rectangular frame type structure, and the top end of the installation box 4 is matched with the connecting plate 13 in size; the top end of the mounting plate 3 is fixedly connected with an exhaust port 1, the exhaust port 1 is communicated with a left cavity in the mounting box 4, and four mounting holes 2 are symmetrically distributed on the upper surface of the mounting plate 3; the partition board 12 has an L-shaped structure, the partition board 12 divides the inside of the installation box 4 into two cavities, and the two cavities are communicated through the connecting hole 121; a first connecting column 5 is arranged below the mounting box 4, the top end of the first connecting column 5 is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the mounting box 4, a connecting shaft 17 is arranged inside the first connecting column 5, and the connecting shaft 17 is rotatably connected with the first connecting column 5 through a bearing 18; the top end of the connecting shaft 17 penetrates into the installation box 4, a second gear 16 is sleeved at the top end of the connecting shaft 17, a motor 10 is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the partition plate 12, a first gear 11 is sleeved at the output end of the motor 10, and the first gear 11 is meshed with the second gear 16; the top end of the camera 7 is fixedly connected with a second connecting column 6, the bottom end of the connecting shaft 17 penetrates through the bottom end of the first connecting column 5, and the bottom end of the connecting shaft 17 is fixedly connected with the top end of the second connecting column 6; the number of the fastening bolts 8 is eight, two fastening bolts 8 are in a group, one group of the fastening bolts 8 are symmetrically distributed on one side of the installation box 4, and four groups of the fastening bolts 8 are symmetrically distributed on four outer sides of the installation box 4; the sealing gasket 14 is of a rectangular structure, the sealing gasket 14 is sleeved on the surface of the connecting plate 13, and the sealing gasket 14 is a rubber gasket; the connecting plate 13 is of a rectangular frame structure, and eight threaded holes 131 are symmetrically distributed on four sides of the connecting plate 13.
When the mounting box is used, firstly, the mounting plate 3 can be fixed on the hanging top by using bolts, then the top end of the mounting box 4 is clamped on the surface of the connecting plate 13, and the fastening bolts 8 penetrate through the side surface of the mounting box 4 and are screwed with the threaded holes 131; then the fan 15 is enabled to work, the fan 15 can convey indoor gas to the inside of the installation box 4, the indoor gas can flow to the left side of the partition plate 12 through the connecting hole 121, at the moment, the indoor gas can be detected through the gas sensor 9, and smoke after fire can be found in time;
then, the indoor picture can be monitored in real time through the work of the camera 7, and the fire disaster position can be found in time through the analysis of the image and the video; meanwhile, the motor 10 works to drive the first gear 11 at the tail end of the camera to rotate, the camera 7 can rotate under the engagement of the first gear 11 and the second gear 16, so that the shooting range of the camera 7 is improved, and the monitoring range is wider.
The beneficial point of the application lies in:
1. the mounting box adopts a detachable structure, the mounting box and the connecting plate can be detached through the detaching fastening bolts, the top end of the mounting box is of an open structure, the inner structure of the mounting box is convenient to repair and maintain, and the dismounting is simple;
2. according to the device, the flow of indoor gas can be accelerated through the operation of the fan, the indoor gas can flow to the left side of the partition board through the connecting hole, at the moment, the indoor gas can be detected through the gas sensor, the smoke after a fire disaster can be found in time, and early warning can be sent out in time;
3. according to the method, the indoor picture can be monitored in real time through the camera, and the fire disaster position can be found in time through analysis of the image and the video; meanwhile, the camera can be rotated by the motor, so that the shooting range of the camera is improved, and the monitoring range is wider.
