The packaging apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a second detection device disposed between the first end and the second end, the second detection device configured to optically detect a side of the material on the carrier tape facing away from the carrier tape to determine whether the side of the material facing away from the carrier tape is a top side of the material, and to perform quality detection.
3. The packaging apparatus according to claim 2, further comprising a third detecting device disposed on a side of the packaging device facing away from the first end, the third detecting device being configured to optically detect the packaged carrier tape to detect a packaging quality of the carrier tape.
4. A packaging apparatus according to claim 3, further comprising a fourth detection device provided on a side of the third detection device facing away from the encapsulation device, the fourth detection device being provided on the second conveying device, the fourth detection device being adapted to optically detect the bottom surface of the carrier tape for quality detection.
5. The packaging apparatus of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the first conveyor comprises a first rail assembly, a second rail assembly, a first conveyor assembly, and a second conveyor assembly, the first rail assembly and the second rail assembly being disposed on one side of the material take-off device, the first conveyor assembly and the second conveyor assembly being configured to carry the material, the first conveyor assembly being slidably coupled to the first rail assembly to be adjacent to or remote from the material take-off device, the second conveyor assembly being slidably coupled to the second rail assembly to be slidable to be adjacent to or remote from the material take-off device, wherein the second conveyor assembly is remote from the material take-off device when the first conveyor assembly is adjacent to the material take-off device, and the second conveyor assembly is adjacent to the material take-off device when the first conveyor assembly is remote from the material take-off device.
6. The packaging apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a housing means for conveying the material that is detected by the first detecting means and that is detected as being acceptable to the carrier tape at the first end, and conveying the material that is detected by the first detecting means and that is detected as being unacceptable to the housing means.
7. The packaging apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the material taking device comprises a mechanical arm and a suction nozzle assembly, the mechanical arm is arranged on one side of the first conveying device, the suction nozzle assembly is arranged on the mechanical arm, the suction nozzle assembly is used for adsorbing the material, the mechanical arm is used for driving the suction nozzle assembly to move so as to receive the material conveyed by the first conveying device and move the material to a first detection position, and the material detected by the first detection device is conveyed to the carrier tape at the first end.
8. The packaging apparatus of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the enclosure includes a supply assembly and a laminating assembly, the supply assembly and the laminating assembly being disposed at the second end, the supply assembly being configured to provide a film to the laminating assembly, the laminating assembly being configured to laminate the film to the carrier tape on which the material is disposed.
9. The packaging apparatus according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising a reel device provided on a side of the encapsulation device facing away from the first end, the reel device being adapted to receive the encapsulated carrier tape and to reel the carrier tape.
10. The packaging apparatus of claim 9, further comprising a tape cutting device disposed between the encapsulation device and the reel device, the tape cutting device configured to cut a junction between the carrier tape wound by the reel device and the remaining carrier tapes that are not wound.
11. The packaging apparatus according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising a tape release device provided at the first end, the tape release device being adapted to place a carrier tape towards the first end.
