Corresponding to the second setting position, i.e. the welding member 60 is disposed above the cutting member 70, the packaging bag 80 continues to move downward after the welding member 60 is welded and sealed, and when the welding position moves below the cutting member 70, the cutting member 70 cuts to divide the packaging bag 80. After welding and cutting, the suction duct 40 stops sucking air, the first and second bag-expanding members 31 and 32 retract, and the packing bag 80 is separated from the bag-expanding members.
It should be noted that, the structure of the fixing base such as the ceiling is omitted in the schematic view, and the welding member 60 and the cutting member 70 may be fixed to the fixing base such as the ceiling or may be fixedly connected to the device frame 10 of the bagging device 100 for the home appliance.
At present, the packaging bag 80 needs to be sleeved before the household appliances such as a refrigerator, an air conditioner and the like are packaged, and the packaging bag is sleeved by using a paper box, so that the household appliances are comprehensively classified in the paper box to be conveniently transported to customers, and the packaging bag and the paper box can protect the household appliances in the transportation process.
Taking a refrigerator as an example, the packaging procedures of the refrigerator at present comprise a packaging bag, a packaging box and an attached packaging adhesive tape, and all procedures are manually operated.
The manual sleeving has low packaging efficiency due to the reasons of overhigh height of the refrigerator, overweight weight of the packaging box and the like, and influences the delivery efficiency of the household electrical appliance.
The disclosed embodiment discloses a package system for household electrical appliances, through conveyor 400 can remove household electrical appliances 90 between different processes to cooperation bagging device 100 bagging, arm 200 case, case sealer 300 are packaged to packing box 500 top, form the package system of household electrical appliances 90. The manual work only needs to supervise and encapsulate the bottom of the packaging box 500, does not need operations such as ascending height, and can effectively improve the packaging efficiency of the household appliance 90. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a packaging system for home appliances, including a conveying device 400, a bagging device 100, a robot arm 200, and a case sealer 300. The conveying device 400 is used for conveying the home appliance 90. The bagging device 100 is used for bagging the packaging bag 80 on the household appliance 90 to be packaged on the conveying device 400 to obtain the bagged household appliance 90. The mechanical arm 200 is disposed at one side of the conveying device 400, and is used for picking up the package box 500 and sleeving the package box 500 on the bagging household appliance 90 to obtain the bagging household appliance 90. The box sealing device 300 comprises a pressing plate and a sealing piece, wherein the pressing plate is used for pressing down the top end box cover of the packing box 500 of the box-packed household appliance 90, and the sealing piece is used for sealing the top end box cover of the packing box 500. Wherein the bagging device 100, the mechanical arm 200 and the box sealing device 300 are respectively provided with a bagging station, a box sleeving station and a box sealing station corresponding to the conveying device 400.
The packaging system for the home appliance includes a conveying device 400, a bagging device 100, a robot arm 200, and a box sealing device 300. The conveying device 400 is connected to the bagging device 100, the mechanical arm 200 and the box sealing device 300, and can convey the household electrical appliance 90 to be packaged to each program station. The bagging device 100 is used for sleeving the packaging bag 80 on the household appliance 90, the mechanical arm 200 is used for sleeving the packaging box 500 on the household appliance 90, and the box sealing device 300 is used for sealing the top of the packaging box 500. The manual work only needs to supervise and encapsulate the bottom of the packaging box 500, does not need operations such as ascending height, and can effectively improve the packaging efficiency of the household appliance 90. It should be noted that, the case sealer 300 includes a pressing plate and a sealing piece, the pressing plate is used for pressing down the top plate of the package case 500, and the sealing piece is used for packaging the top end of the package case 500. It should be noted that, in the schematic view, the fixing base surface such as the ceiling is omitted, and the case sealing device 300 is fixedly connected to the fixing base surface such as the ceiling, so as to realize stable arrangement and perform the case sealing function.
In some alternative embodiments, the packaging system for home appliances further includes a first picker 600 disposed on one side of the conveyor 400 and on the same side as the robot 200 for picking up the package 500 to the pick-up position of the robot 200.
The original state of the packaging box 500 is that the flat paper layers are stacked, and the packaging box 500 can be picked up by using the end pick-up device and unfolded under the action of gravity, so that the packaging box 500 can be conveniently sleeved on the household appliance 90.
In some alternative embodiments, the line connecting the pick-up location of the robotic arm 200 to the box station is perpendicular to the transport direction of the transport device 400.
As shown in fig. 7, the bottom of the device frame 10 of the bagging device 100 penetrates through the portion where the conveying device 400 is disposed, and the home appliance 90 is sleeved with the packaging bag 80 in the bagging device 100 and then moves to the mechanical arm 200 along with the conveying device 400 to be sleeved with the packaging box 500. The connection line between the pick-up position of the mechanical arm 200 and the box station is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying device 400, it can be understood that the pick-up position of the mechanical arm 200 and the box station are on the same horizontal line, and the box station can be reached only by horizontal movement after the mechanical arm 200 picks up the package box 500. The end of the mechanical arm 200 rotates to change the packaging box 500 from a horizontal state to a vertical state, and then the packaging box 500 can be sleeved.
In some alternative embodiments, the robotic arm 200 is provided with a package clamp 201 at an end, the package clamp 201 being configured to clamp a package 500 picked up by the first end effector 600 to a pick-up position of the robotic arm 200.
The first end effector 600 picks up the package 500 and expands the package 500, and the mechanical arm 200 needs to sleeve the package 500 at the first end effector 600 on the home appliance 90 on the conveyor 400, so that the package 500 package clamp 201 is disposed at the end of the mechanical arm 200, the package 500 package clamp 201 clamps the package 500 from two sides of the package 500, and the package 500 is kept in an expanded state in the process of being transversely converted into a vertical sleeve.
In some alternative embodiments, the package clamp 201 includes a connecting plate 2011 and a double clamp plate 2012. The connection plate 2011 is connected to an end of the robot arm 200. In some alternative embodiments, the packaging system for the household electrical appliance further comprises a limiting device, which is respectively arranged above the conveying device 400 corresponding to the bagging station of the bagging device 100, the bagging station of the mechanical arm 200 and the box sealing station of the box sealing device 300, so as to limit the household electrical appliance conveyed on the conveying device to reach the stations corresponding to the devices, and the packaging action is convenient.
In some alternative embodiments, the stop means comprises a bagging stop 701, a boxing stop 702, and a box sealing stop 703.
The bagging limiting device 701 comprises a fixing part arranged on one side of the conveying device 400, a telescopic push rod connected with the fixing part and a push plate positioned above the conveying device 400. When the home appliance 90 moves to the bagging device 100, the grating sensor recognizes that the control system controls the conveying device 400 to stop running, and then the bagging limiting device 701 starts to push the home appliance 90 to a set position, so that the bagging device 100 can perform bagging and packaging on the home appliance 90 from top to bottom according to the setting. Similarly, the bin stop 702 includes a fixed portion on one side of the conveyor 400, a retractable push rod coupled to the fixed portion, and a push plate positioned above the conveyor 400. When the home appliance 90 moves to the mechanical arm 200, the grating sensor recognizes that the control system controls the conveying device 400 to stop running, and then the boxing limit device 702 starts to push the home appliance 90 to a set position, so that the mechanical arm 200 can run according to a set path to sleeve the home appliance 90. Similarly, the case sealing limiting device 703 includes a fixing portion disposed on one side of the conveying device 400, a retractable push rod connected to the fixing portion, and a push plate disposed above the conveying device 400. When the household electrical appliance 90 moves to the lower side of the case sealing device 300, the grating sensor recognizes that the control system controls the conveying device 400 to stop running, and then the case sealing limiting device 703 starts to push the household electrical appliance 90 to the set position, so that the case sealing device 300 can run according to the set program to package the top of the packaging case 500 of the household electrical appliance 90.
In some alternative embodiments, the packaging system for the home appliance further includes a second end effector 800 disposed on one side of the conveying device 400 and corresponding between the bagging device 100 and the case sealer 300, where the second end effector 800 is configured to pick up the side guard 900 to a preset position. In this embodiment, the preset position is a position convenient for manual taking, and the side guard 900 is convenient for manual taking and inserting into the packaging box.
Specifically, the second picker picks up the side guard 900 stacked on the platform (e.g., table) at one side of the second picker 800, and manually inserts the side guard 900 between the refrigerator and the packing box 500, thereby further protecting the home appliance 90.
In some alternative embodiments, the bagging apparatus 100 includes an apparatus frame 10, a bag handling assembly, a bag expanding assembly, and an inflatable member. A package transport assembly is provided to the apparatus frame 10, the package transport assembly including an output member 23. The bag expanding assembly is arranged below the output piece 23 and comprises a plurality of bag expanding pieces, the bag expanding pieces are respectively arranged on the side edges of the device frame 10 on two sides of the output piece 23 in a sliding mode, and the bag expanding pieces are used for stretching and separating the packaging bags 80 to two sides and driving the packaging bags 80 to move downwards. The inflating member is rotatably connected to the bag expanding member and is used for inflating the expanded and separated packaging bag 80.
The bagging apparatus 100 for home appliances includes an apparatus frame 10, a bag transporting assembly, a bag expanding assembly, and an air charging member. The package transport assembly functions to house and transport the package 80. The bag expanding assembly is arranged below the output piece 23, a plurality of bag expanding pieces in the bag expanding assembly stretch and separate the packaging bag 80 from two directions above the household electrical appliance 90, and the inflating piece rotates and inflates the packaging bag 80 to enable the packaging bag 80 to stretch and prop greatly. As the plurality of bag-expanding members move down the device frame 10, the package 80 is wrapped around the home device 90 to complete the suit. Because the inflatable member can inflate into the packaging bag 80 to ensure the stretching of the packaging bag 80, the corner of the packaging bag 80 and the corner of the household electrical appliance 90 are kept at a distance in the sleeving process of the packaging bag 80, the packaging bag can be prevented from being damaged by the corner of the household electrical appliance 90, the integrity of the packaging bag 80 is ensured, and the packaging effect is improved. Further, the bag expanding members are respectively and slidably arranged on the side edges of the device frame 10 on two sides of the output member 23, that is, the bag expanding assembly can move up and down along the side edges of the device frame 10, so that automatic bagging of the household appliance 90 can be realized, manual procedures are reduced, and packaging efficiency is improved.
In some alternative embodiments, the plurality of gussets includes a first gusset 31 and a second gusset 32. The first bag expansion member 31 is disposed at a side edge of the device frame 10 at the output member 23 side, and the first bag expansion member 31 includes a first fixing portion 311, a first telescopic portion 312, and a first claw 313 connected to each other. The second bag expansion member 32 is disposed on the side edge of the device frame 10 on the other side of the output member 23, and the second bag expansion member 32 includes a second fixing portion 321, a second telescopic portion 322, and a second claw 323, which are connected. Wherein the first claw 313 is disposed opposite to the second claw 323.
To achieve the pulling separation of the package 80, it is necessary to operate from multiple directions. Since the package 80 is initially flat, a plurality of bag-expanding members are provided on the opposite side edges of the apparatus frame 10 below the output member 23 to separate the package 80 from the opposite stretching. Specifically, the plurality of bag-expanding members includes a first bag-expanding member 31 and a second bag-expanding member 32, which are respectively disposed at opposite side edges. The first bag expansion 31 includes a first fixing portion 311, a first telescoping portion 312, and a first claw 313 connected. The first fixing portion 311 is used for connecting the first bag expanding member 31 to a side edge of the device frame 10, the first telescopic portion 312 is extended to enable the first claw 313 to be attached to the packaging bag 80, and the first telescopic portion 312 is contracted to enable the first claw 313 to stretch the packaging bag 80. Likewise, the second bag-expanding member 32 includes a second fixing portion 321, a second expansion portion 322, and a second claw 323 connected. The second fixing portion 321 is used for connecting the second bag expanding member 32 to a side edge of the device frame 10, the second telescopic portion 322 stretches to enable the second claw 323 to be attached to the packaging bag 80, and the second telescopic portion 322 contracts to enable the second claw 323 to stretch and support the packaging bag 80.
In some alternative embodiments, the packaging system for an appliance further comprises a position sensor and a control device. The position sensor is disposed at the conveying device 400 and corresponds to one or more of a bagging station of the bagging device 100, a boxing station of the mechanical arm 200, and a boxing station of the boxing device 300, so as to detect the position of the home appliance 90. The control output end of the control device is respectively connected with the control ends of the bagging device 100, the mechanical arm 200, the box sealing device 300 and the conveying device 400, and the information input end is connected with the information output end of the position sensor; the control device receives position information of the position sensor to control the operation or stop of the bagging device 100, the robot arm 200, the box sealing device 300, and the conveying device 400.
In this embodiment, the position sensor is used to identify the position of the home device 90, so as to determine that the home device 90 is conveyed to the corresponding station. Therefore, the specific type of the position sensor is not limited, and the position sensor may be determined based on the position that can identify the home appliance 90.
Optionally, the position sensor comprises a grating sensor. The conveying device 400 is provided with a plurality of grating sensors, so that the positions of the household appliances 90 can be identified, and the control device receives information of the grating sensors and controls the operation or stop of each mechanical part so as to realize automatic packaging of the household appliances 90.
Specifically, when the control device receives the position information of the position sensor (denoted as a first position sensor) located at the bagging station of the bagging device 100, the control device controls the conveying device 400 to stop, the bagging device 100 operates, and the packaging bag 80 is sleeved on the home appliance 90 to be packaged located at the bagging station; after the bagging process is completed, controlling the conveying device 400 to operate; when the control device receives the position information of the position sensor (recorded as a second position sensor) positioned at the box sleeving station of the mechanical arm 200, the control device controls the conveying device 400 to stop, the mechanical arm 200 operates, and the bagging household appliances positioned at the box sleeving station are sleeved with the packaging box 500; after the boxing process is completed, controlling the conveying device 400 to operate; when the control device receives the position information of the position sensor (marked as a third position sensor) located at the box sealing station of the box sealing device 300, the control device 400 is controlled to stop, the box sealing device 300 operates, and the top end box cover of the packing box 500 of the box-packed household appliance located at the box sealing station is folded and packaged.
Optionally, the conveying pitch between adjacent stations on the conveying device 400 is the same. Thereby realizing synchronous packaging of a plurality of household appliances. When the conveying device 400 stops the bagging/boxing/sealing process, the operation of the conveying device 400 is controlled based on the completion of the longest process.
Optionally, along the conveying path, a bagging station, a box sleeving station and a box sealing position are sequentially arranged on the conveying device 400, and conveying intervals between two adjacent stations are the same.
Optionally, in the case where the packaging system includes the second end effector, a bagging station, a box station, a side guard board inserting station, and a box sealing station are sequentially provided on the conveying device 400 along the conveying path, and conveying intervals between adjacent two stations are the same.
Optionally, the conveying device 400 is further provided with a station to be assembled. Along the conveying path, the station to be filled is positioned before the bagging station, and the conveying distance between the station to be filled and the bagging station is the same. That is, the household electrical appliances to be packaged are preset on the station to be packaged, and after the bagging process is completed, the conveying device 400 conveys the household electrical appliances to be packaged on the station to be packaged to the bagging station while conveying the household electrical appliances to be packaged to the bagging station, so that the assembly line type packaging is realized, and the packaging efficiency is improved.
In some alternative embodiments, the conveyor 400 includes a conveyor belt.

Claims (10)

1. A bagging apparatus for a home appliance, comprising:
a device frame;
the packaging bag conveying assembly is arranged on the device frame and comprises an output piece;
the bag expanding assembly is arranged below the output piece and comprises a plurality of bag expanding pieces, the bag expanding pieces are respectively arranged on side edges of the device frame at two sides of the output piece in a sliding mode, and the bag expanding pieces are used for stretching and separating packaging bags to two sides and driving the packaging bags to move downwards;
the inflation piece is rotationally connected with the bag expanding piece and is used for inflating the pulled and supported separated packaging bags.
2. The bagging apparatus for home appliances of claim 1, wherein the plurality of bag-expanding members comprises:
the first bag expanding piece is arranged on the side edge of the device frame at one side of the output piece and comprises a first fixing part, a first telescopic part and a first claw which are connected;
the second bag expanding piece is arranged on the side edge of the device frame at the other side of the output piece and comprises a second fixed part, a second telescopic part and a second claw which are connected,
the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw are oppositely arranged.
3. The bagging apparatus for home appliances as claimed in claim 2, wherein,
the first claw comprises a first friction layer, and the first friction layer is arranged on the end face of the first claw, which faces the second claw;
the second claw comprises a second friction layer which is arranged on the end face of the second claw facing the first claw,
the first bag expanding piece and the second bag expanding piece stretch the packaging bag through interaction of the first friction layer and the second friction layer.
4. A bagging apparatus for household appliances as claimed in claim 3, wherein,
the first claw and the second claw are internally provided with an air suction pore canal which is used for sucking air to adsorb the packaging bag,
wherein, the air suction duct penetrates through the first friction layer and the second friction layer.
5. The bagging apparatus for home appliances as claimed in claim 2, wherein,
the device frame side edges are provided with slide rails, the first fixing part and the second fixing part are provided with slide blocks, and the slide blocks are clamped in the slide rails, so that the first bag expanding piece and the second bag expanding piece move along the device frame side edges.
6. The bagging apparatus for home appliances of claim 1, wherein the bag transporting assembly further comprises:
the first scroll is arranged outside the device frame and is used for winding the packaging bag;
a second reel arranged at the side edge of the upper end of the device frame,
wherein the height of the output piece is smaller than or equal to the height of the second scroll.
7. The bagging apparatus for home appliances according to claim 1, wherein the air charge member comprises:
a connecting rod;
the charging nozzle is arranged on the connecting rod;
and one end of the rotating connecting piece is connected with the connecting rod, and the other end of the rotating connecting piece is connected with the bag expanding piece.
