As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the extrusion screw 3 includes a rod body 31 extending from front to back and a screw thread 32 extending helically along the rod body 31, the rod body 31 sequentially comprising a charging section 311, a compression section 312, a homogenizing section 313 and a kneading section 314 from front to back, the screw thread 32 being disposed on the charging section 311, the compression section 312 and the homogenizing section 313. The bottom diameter of the compression section 312 gradually increases from front to back, the bottom diameter of the feeding section 311 is equal to the minimum bottom diameter of the compression section 312, and the bottom diameter of the homogenizing section 313 is equal to the maximum bottom diameter of the compression section 312. The outer diameter of the thread 32 on the shank 31 is equally constant from front to back. The screw thread 32 of the feeding section 311 and the screw thread 32 of the homogenizing section 313 are both equally arranged on the rod body 31, and the lead S1 of the screw thread 32 of the feeding section 311 coincides with the lead S3 of the screw thread 32 of the homogenizing section 313, so that the screw groove volume of the screw thread 32 in the feeding section 311 is larger than that in the homogenizing section 313, and in the present application, the ratio of the screw groove volume of the screw thread 32 in the feeding section 311 to the screw groove volume in the homogenizing section 313 is 2.5-4.0, i.e. the compression ratio of the extrusion screw 3 is 2.5-4.0, and the extrusion screw 3 of the compression ratio can be used for sufficient melting and plasticizing of the composite material, which is advantageous for improving the production efficiency.
The screw thread 32 of the compression section 312 is provided with a liquid phase groove 33, the liquid phase groove 33 divides the screw thread 32 into a main rib 321 and a secondary rib 322 which extend spirally, a solid phase groove 34 adjacent to the liquid phase groove 33 is formed between the secondary rib 322 and the main rib 321, and the solid phase groove 34 extends spirally along the rod body 31 in the same direction as the liquid phase groove 33. The lead S21 of the main edge 321 is equal from front to back, and the lead S22 of the auxiliary edge 322 is equal from front to back, wherein the lead S21 is less than the lead S22; the liquid phase tank 33 has a gradually increasing tank width from front to back, and the solid phase tank 34 has a gradually decreasing tank width from front to back. The mixing section 314 includes a plurality of mixing groups 35, the plurality of mixing groups 35 are sequentially distributed from front to back along the axial direction of the rod body 31, each mixing group 35 includes a plurality of mixing portions 351, and the plurality of mixing portions 351 are sequentially distributed along the circumferential direction of the rod body 31 and extend radially outward from the outer surface of the rod body 31.

The extrusion device of claim 1, wherein the extruder comprises a driving mechanism in transmission connection with the extrusion screw, the driving mechanism is used for driving the extrusion screw to rotate around the axis of the driving mechanism, and a cooling assembly is arranged at the joint of the driving mechanism and the extrusion screw.
7. The extrusion apparatus of claim 1 wherein said extruder comprises a melt metering pump disposed between said barrel and said extrusion die and a screen changer matingly mounted with said melt metering pump.
