Working principle: when the lamp holder is used, the second cuttage 22 is in threaded connection with the connecting groove 12, then the second cuttage 22 is fixed at a place needing illumination, the first cuttage 213 is inserted into the ground, the stability of the base 1 is enhanced through the connecting rod 211, the sleeve rod 31 is in threaded connection with the connecting column 11 through the fixing ring 4, the drawing rod 32 is rotated out of the sleeve rod 31 in a spiral mode, the height of the lamp holder is adjusted, the supporting plate 5 is fixed with one end of the drawing rod 32 in a threaded connection mode, the mounting column 61 is clamped with the mounting groove 51, the clamping block 62 is clamped and fixed, the clamping block 71 is connected with the clamping groove 64 in a sliding mode, the lamp holder is protected through the rain shelter 72, corrosion of rainwater on parts of the lamp holder is avoided, and the service life of the lamp holder is prolonged.
