Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the field of low-voltage electricity, in particular to an intelligent molded case circuit breaker.
Background
A molded case circuit breaker, which is one of the circuit breakers, is very widely used in the technical field of power distribution. The conventional molded case circuit breaker has overload protection, instantaneous protection functions and the like. The specific implementation function of the overload protection is divided into an electronic type form and a mechanical type form (also called a thermomagnetic type structure) according to different implementation modes, and the operating mechanism is driven to trip through the heating bending of the bimetallic strip. The electronic type tripping device is specifically realized in the mode that the electronic type tripping device comprises a controller, a current transformer and a tripping device, wherein a control module is arranged in the controller, the current transformer is electrically connected with the tripping device and the control circuit, current information is sampled through the current transformer, the control module judges whether a preset threshold value is reached or not according to the sampled current information, and when the preset threshold value is reached, a tripping signal is sent to the tripping device, and the tripping device drives an operating mechanism to trip after receiving the signal.
The technology of such electronic type molded case circuit breaker is well established, but in some specific fields, customers worry about the possible damage of the controller, and the like, so that the controller must be pluggable, so that when the controller is damaged, only the controller needs to be replaced, and the whole circuit breaker does not need to be replaced. However, the controller with such a structure is abnormally dangerous after being pulled out, for example, if a user forgets to reload the controller, the circuit breaker is directly started, and the overload protection function of the circuit breaker is not realized, so that the overload protection of the load in the circuit cannot be realized, and therefore, a great potential safety hazard exists. As disclosed in CN218333649U, the circuit breaker will lose overload protection once its control module (i.e. the controller described above) is pulled out.
There is a circuit breaker with busbar overheat protection in the art, and this kind of overheat protection is realized through control module, temperature sampling element, release, and temperature sampling element gathers busbar temperature and gives control module, when control module detects that temperature exceeds the threshold value, drives operating device brake-separating through the release. When the overload occurs in the circuit, the busbar in the circuit breaker often generates heat, and the inventor discovers that the busbar overheat protection structure (such as CN209709673U, the disclosed principle of the busbar overheat protection) can be completely applied to realize the overload protection function through a large number of experiments.
Therefore, how to design a circuit breaker capable of realizing overload protection through over-temperature protection in the circuit breaker under the condition that the controller is pulled out is a direction worthy of research.

The controller K is internally provided with a first circuit board K1, a first control module K11 (the first control module K11 is an MCU, or one of an MPU or a DSP) and a first plug-in board K12 are arranged on the first circuit board K1, and the first circuit board K1 is in plug-in connection with a second plug-in board K21 on the second circuit board K2 through the first plug-in board K12 to ensure that the first control module K11 and the second circuit board K2 are electrically connected. Meanwhile, the current transformer 4 is electrically connected (wire connected) with the first circuit board K1, and the tripper 5 is electrically connected (wire connected) with the first circuit board K1. The first control module K11, the current transformer 4 and the release 5 form a first protection component, and the working principle of the first protection component is that the current transformer 4 is connected in series to the first conductive part P2, so that relevant parameters of current flowing through the first conductive part P2 can be sampled and fed back to the first control module K11, and when the relevant parameters exceed a threshold value, the first control module K11 is used for driving the release 5 to act (triggering the traction rod 21), so as to realize the opening operation of the operating mechanism. Such a first protection component may achieve both overload protection and transient protection.

Such disabling the second overload protection component is embodied by enabling/disabling the second overload protection group by identifying whether the control pin S1 is triggered. The method controls the starting/disabling of the function through a pin of the MCU, belongs to a conventional design in the field of single chip microcomputer, does not improve the starting/disabling function on the aspect of software principle, and only applies the starting/disabling mode to the function of starting/disabling the second overload protection component. As another embodiment of the shutdown structure, as shown in fig. 10, a normally closed switch NF is further disposed on the first circuit board K1, and the normally closed switch NF is connected in series between the temperature sampling element 6 and the electrical connection of the second control module K22, that is, the electrical connection of the temperature sampling element 6 and the second control module K22 is controlled by the normally closed switch NF. The controller K is provided with a driving part KQ, which is used for triggering the normally closed switch NF to be turned into an on-off state, specifically, when the first plug-in component K12 is in plug-in connection with the second plug-in component K21 (the controller K is in the module bin 16), the driving part KQ triggers the normally closed switch NF to be turned into an on-off state, so that the electrical connection between the temperature sampling element 6 and the second control module K22 is cut off, and the second control module K22 will not receive the temperature information from the temperature sampling element 6, so as to achieve the effect of closing the function of the second overload protection component. When the controller K is pulled out, the driving portion KQ will not trigger the normally closed switch NF any more, and the normally closed switch NF is restored to the closed state, and the electrical connection between the temperature sampling element 6 and the second control module K22 is restored, so as to achieve the effect of opening the function of the second overload protection component.
In order to enable the circuit breaker to have a metering function, a metering transformer 7 is further sleeved on the first conductive part P2, the metering transformer 7 is electrically connected with the second circuit board through a wire (so that the electrical connection of the first control module K11 is also realized), and current information sampled by the metering transformer 7 can be fed back to the first control module K11.
Of course, in this embodiment, the first protection component and the second overload protection component share one trip unit, and an embodiment in which one trip unit is provided separately may also be adopted.
