When the sand box on the roller way of the casting production line moves to the box turning mechanism, the box turning mechanism rotates the roller group to clamp the sand box to turn the box after the automatic sand cleaning device finishes the cleaning of the residual sand, so that the scattered sand accumulated in the sand box cavity automatically drops off to thoroughly clean the residual sand in the sand box cavity.

The sand cleaning mechanism and the driving mechanism are arranged on the reciprocating mechanism, and the sand cleaning mechanism and the driving mechanism are in corresponding 2 groups; the 2 groups of sand cleaning mechanisms are correspondingly arranged on the sand boxes of the casting production line, namely, the 2 groups of sand cleaning mechanisms are correspondingly arranged on the reciprocating trolley with the sand boxes of the casting production line. The moving direction of the moving vehicle is vertical to the running direction of the casting production line, and two groups of sand cleaning mechanisms with different specifications are arranged below the moving vehicle.
