The carbon black flushing collecting device according to claim 1, wherein the brush is a rolling brush, an axis of the rolling brush is perpendicular to a moving direction of the cleaning cover, and the rolling brush is located at a front end of the cleaning cover; the first power part is used for driving the rolling brush to rotate.

The carbon black flushing and collecting device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein an air knife is provided in the cleaning hood, a length direction of the air knife is perpendicular to a moving direction of the cleaning hood, and the air knife has a plurality of air nozzles arranged in sequence along the length direction thereof.
