Compared with the prior art, the utility model has the beneficial effects that:
the tool trolley for recycling waste oil greatly solves the problem that excessive greasy dirt and garbage of a hydropower station are generated, 90% of turbine oil of filter paper used by a pressure type oil filter can be recycled through the trolley, 50% of waste oil can be recycled from the similar greasy dirt and garbage generated by overhauling, waste of oil is avoided, and cost is saved.

As shown in fig. 1-2, the tool trolley for recycling waste oil of the utility model mainly comprises a frame body and wheels 9, wherein the frame body comprises a front panel, a rear panel, a left panel 16, a right panel 17 and a bottom plate 18, the left panel 16 and the right panel 17 are oppositely arranged left and right, the front panel and the rear panel are oppositely arranged front and back, and the front panel, the rear panel, the left panel 16, the right panel 17 and the bottom plate 18 enclose an inner space of the frame body. Wheels 9 are provided at the bottom of the frame body, and in some embodiments wheels 9 are universal wheels, which can be provided to more conveniently propel the tool trolley.
A partition plate 15 is arranged between the left panel 16 and the right panel 17, the inner space of the frame body is divided into a left side part and a right side part by the partition plate 15, wherein the left side part is provided with a plurality of first filter screens with sequentially reduced pore diameters from top to bottom, the upper end of the right side part is provided with a plurality of filter paper grids 14, and a second filter screen 10 is arranged below the filter paper grids 14.
Specifically, the first filter screen includes a first filter screen 1, a second filter screen 2, and a third filter screen 3 that are sequentially disposed up and down, and the pore diameters of the first filter screen 1, the second filter screen 2, and the third filter screen 3 are sequentially reduced, and in some embodiments, the first filter screen 1, the second filter screen 2, and the third filter screen 3 are 40 mesh, 60 mesh, and 100 mesh, respectively. In addition, the first layer of filter screen 1, the second layer of filter screen 2 and the third layer of filter screen 3 are all detachable, so that the filter screen can be conveniently replaced and maintained. The second filter screen 10 is installed between the partition 15 and the right panel 17, and likewise, the second filter screen 10 is detachably disposed, thereby facilitating replacement and maintenance of the filter screen. A plurality of filter paper grids 14 are arranged above the second filter screen 10, the filter paper grids 14 are used for placing used filter paper, the filter paper is placed at the filter paper grids 14 to separate out oil, and the separated oil is filtered through the second filter screen 10.
The left side part and the right side part bottom set up first slope oil trap 7 and second slope oil trap 12 respectively, and first slope oil trap 7 bottom sets up first oil trap drain 8, when the greasy dirt of first slope oil trap 7 bottom is discharged to needs, opens first oil trap drain 8, and second slope oil trap 12 bottom sets up second oil trap drain 11, when the greasy dirt of second slope oil trap 12 bottom is discharged to needs, opens second oil trap drain 11. The left panel 16 is provided with a first oil collecting tank oil discharging opening 6, the first oil collecting tank oil discharging opening 6 is positioned above the first slope oil collecting tank 7, the oil which is clear at the upper position of the first slope oil collecting tank 7 is discharged from the first oil collecting tank oil discharging opening 6 and enters the external pressure type oil filter for filtering and then is reused, the right panel 17 is provided with a second oil collecting tank oil discharging opening 13, the second oil collecting tank oil discharging opening 13 is positioned above the second slope oil collecting tank 12, and the oil which is clear at the upper position of the second slope oil collecting tank 12 is discharged from the second oil collecting tank oil discharging opening 13 and enters the external pressure type oil filter for filtering and then is reused.
In the use, left side part mainly carries out the layering to the greasy dirt that overhauls the production and filters, and the greasy dirt that overhauls the production is more turbid, mixes debris such as greasy filth, macroparticle in the fluid, consequently sets up three-layer filter screen and filters the back, falls into below first slope oil collecting tank 7, and comparatively clear fluid is got to above first oil collecting tank oil drain port 6 and is got pressure type oil filter and filter, and first oil collecting tank drain 8 then counts greasy dirt rubbish and carries out the rejection treatment.
The right part is mainly used for draining oil of filter paper used by the pressure type oil filter, and after the filter paper is used, the oil in the filter paper can be separated out after long-time standing due to the large viscosity coefficient of the oil. Therefore, the right part is provided with a plurality of filter paper grids 14 for standing the filter paper, oil is separated out and then passes through the second filter screen 10, then enters the second slope oil collecting groove 12 at the lower part, and is selected to be recycled according to the oil quality condition in the second slope oil collecting groove 12, the oil in the oil discharging port 13 of the second oil collecting groove at the upper part enters the pressure type oil filter for filtering, and the sewage discharging port 11 of the second oil collecting groove counts greasy dirt and garbage for scrapping treatment. The oil liquid filtered by the pressure type oil filter is clear, so that the coarse filtration is carried out without arranging excessive filter screens, and only the filter paper is required to be provided with the filter paper grating 14 which can be vertically arranged for standing.
