Compared with the symmetrical arrangement of the two side wings in the related art, the metal shell 100 provided by the embodiment of the utility model fully utilizes the space inside the electronic equipment and has higher assembly efficiency.
Wherein the first direction may refer to the X direction in fig. 1, the second direction may refer to the Y direction in fig. 1, and the third direction may refer to the Z direction in fig. 1.
It should be noted that, the housing body 110 may be formed by extrusion of a metal profile, and an accommodating cavity is formed therein, and then the positioning portion 120 and the connecting portion 130 are respectively connected to the outside of the housing body 110 by means of welding connection.
Alternatively, the housing body 110 may include a first housing and a second housing, the positioning portion 120 is integrally formed with the first housing, the connecting portion 130 is integrally formed with the second housing, and then the first housing and the second housing are connected together by welding connection, thereby forming the metal shell 100 having the positioning portion 120 and the connecting portion 130.
The battery provided by the embodiment of the utility model comprises a metal shell 100 and a battery cell 200, wherein the metal shell 100 comprises a shell body 110, a positioning part 120 and a connecting part 130, the shell body 110 comprises a containing cavity, and the battery cell 200 comprises a battery cell body 210. The battery cell 200 is used for reacting with electrolyte to generate current to supply to the electronic device, the metal shell 100 is used for forming a containing cavity through the shell body 110, so that the battery cell 210 is subjected to charge-discharge reaction in the containing cavity, the positioning part 120 is used for preliminary positioning before the battery is fixedly connected with the electronic device, the difficulty of assembling the battery to the electronic device is reduced, the efficiency of assembling the battery to the electronic device is improved, the connecting part 130 is used for connecting with the electronic device, the metal shell 100 is further fixed to the electronic device, the positioning part 120 and the connecting part 130 are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the shell body 110 along the first direction, the positions of the connecting part 130 and the positioning part 120 along the second direction are staggered, so that the space of the electronic device in the second direction is fully utilized by the positioning part 120 and the connecting part 130, and the small space of the electronic device is occupied by the positioning part 120 and the connecting part 130 in the first direction, and the structure of the electronic device is more compact. Therefore, the battery of the embodiment of the utility model occupies smaller space of the electronic equipment, and is convenient and quick to assemble.
In one possible implementation, the connection part 130 and the positioning part 120 are respectively located at opposite ends of the housing body 110 in the second direction.
In this way, the positions of the positioning portion 120 and the connecting portion 130 along the second direction are not only staggered, which is favorable for the positioning portion 120 and the connecting portion 130 to fully utilize the space of the electronic device in the second direction, but also the positioning portion 120 and the connecting portion 130 are respectively located at two opposite ends of the housing body 110 along the second direction, so that the positioning portion 120 and the connecting portion 130 can be symmetrically arranged along the diagonal line of the housing body 110, and are arranged between the two ends of the housing body 110 along the second direction relative to the positioning portion 120 and the connecting portion 130, the positioning portion 120 is arranged at one end of the housing body 110 along the second direction, and the connecting portion 130 is arranged at the other end of the housing body 110 along the second direction, so that a larger avoiding space is formed between the positioning portion 120 and the inner wall of the electronic device and between the connecting portion 130 and the inner wall of the electronic device, thereby facilitating the arrangement and installation of other electronic components.
In some embodiments, the positioning portion 120 is strip-shaped, and the positioning portion 120 extends along the first direction. Therefore, the strip-shaped positioning portion 120 not only saves more space, but also can better position the installation position of the electronic device in a clamping manner, so that the subsequent connection portion 130 is connected with the electronic device.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in order to avoid the positioning portion 120 protruding from the housing body 110, in a practical implementation, the positioning portion 120 has a first side wall 121 that is flush with and smoothly transitions with the first outer wall 111 of the housing body 110, where the first outer wall 111 extends along the first direction and is located on a side of the housing body 110 facing the positioning portion 120.
In this way, the first side wall 121 of the positioning portion 120 is flush with the first outer wall 111 of the housing body 110, so that the first side wall 121 and the first outer wall 111 together form an outer side wall of the metal casing 100, and the positioning portion 120 does not protrude from the first outer wall 111 of the housing body 110, so as to prevent the positioning portion 120 from additionally occupying the space of the electronic device in the second direction.
With continued reference to fig. 3 and 4, as an alternative embodiment, the positioning portion 120 further has a second side wall 122 parallel to the first side wall 121, and an end wall 123 connected between the first side wall 121 and the second side wall 122, and the first side wall 121, the second side wall 122, and the end wall 123 together form a positioning step.
Thus, the first side wall 121, the second side wall 122 and the end wall 123 are jointly enclosed to form the positioning step so as to form the step-shaped positioning part 120, so that the processing technology is simple, the positioning function of the positioning part 120 can be effectively realized, and the battery is accurately positioned inside the electronic equipment when assembled through the positioning step and the electronic equipment.
In one possible implementation, the extension of the positioning step in the second direction is 0.3-2.5mm and the extension of the positioning step in the third direction is 0.3-1mm. Wherein, the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to the third direction.
It should be understood that if the extension length of the positioning step in the second direction is less than 0.3mm, the extension length of the positioning step in the second direction is less, and the positioning step cannot well realize the positioning function, if the extension length of the positioning step in the second direction is greater than 2.5mm, the extension length of the positioning step in the second direction is greater, and the positioning step occupies more space of the electronic device in the second direction, which is not beneficial to the structural compactness of the electronic device.
Similarly, if the extension length of the positioning step in the third direction is smaller than 0.3mm, the extension length of the positioning step in the third direction is smaller, the positioning step cannot realize the positioning function well, and if the extension length of the positioning step in the third direction is larger than 1mm, the extension length of the positioning step in the third direction is larger, and the positioning step occupies more space of the electronic equipment in the third direction.
Therefore, the extension length of the positioning step in the second direction is set to be 0.3-2.5mm, and the extension length of the positioning step in the third direction is set to be 0.3-1mm, so that the positioning step can be positioned, and the occupied space of the positioning step can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, as an alternative embodiment, the battery provided by the present utility model, the connection part 130 has a third side wall 131 that is flush with and smoothly transitions from the second outer wall 112 of the case body 110. The second outer wall 112 extends along the first direction and is located at a side of the housing body 110 facing the connection portion 130.
Thus, the third side wall 131 of the connecting portion 130 is flush with the second outer wall 112 of the housing body 110, so that the third side wall 131 and the second outer wall 112 together form another outer side wall of the metal housing 100, and the connecting portion 130 does not protrude from the second outer wall 112 of the housing body 110, so as to prevent the connecting portion 130 from additionally occupying the space of the electronic device in the second direction.
In one possible implementation, the extension length of the connection part 130 in the second direction is 0.3-2.5mm, and the extension length of the connection part 130 in the third direction is 0.3-1mm.
It should be understood that, if the extension length of the connection portion 130 in the second direction is less than 0.3mm, the extension length of the connection portion 130 in the second direction is smaller, so that it is inconvenient to arrange a specific connection structure on the connection portion 130, the connection portion 130 cannot be firmly connected with the electronic device, and if the extension length of the connection portion 130 in the second direction is greater than 2.5mm, the extension length of the connection portion 130 in the second direction is greater, the connection portion 130 occupies more space of the electronic device in the second direction, which is unfavorable for the structural compactness of the electronic device.
Similarly, if the extension length of the connection portion 130 in the third direction is less than 0.3mm, the extension length of the connection portion 130 in the third direction is smaller, so that it is inconvenient to arrange a specific connection structure on the connection portion 130, the connection portion 130 cannot be firmly connected with the electronic device, and if the extension length of the connection portion 130 in the third direction is greater than 1mm, the extension length of the connection portion 130 in the third direction is greater, and the connection portion 130 occupies more space of the electronic device in the third direction.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the connection part 130 is provided with a connection hole 132, and the connection part 130 is configured to be connected with an electronic device through a connection member penetrating the connection hole 132.
In this way, after the positioning portion 120 performs the preliminary positioning, the connection portion 130 and the electronic device can be connected by the connection member, thereby stably fixing the metal case 100 to the inside of the electronic device.
For example, the connecting member may be a screw provided with external threads, and the wall of the connecting hole 132 is provided with internal threads corresponding to the external threads for mating engagement with the connecting member. Thus, the connection part 130 and the electronic device are connected by the screw, so that the battery and the electronic device can be reliably connected, and the battery can be conveniently detached from the electronic device to be replaced.
As an alternative embodiment, the number of the connection parts 130 is two or more, and the connection parts 130 are spaced apart in the first direction, thereby improving connection reliability of the connection parts 130 and the electronic device.
