背景技术
精神科是医院中治疗表现在行为、心理活动上的紊乱为主的神经系统疾病的科室。研究所得到的结果认为主要是由于家庭、社会环境等外在原因，和患者自身的生理遗传因素、神经生化因素等内在原因相互作用所导致的心理活动、行为、及其神经系统功能紊乱为主要特征的病症。
随着医学的发展，精神科这一领域已经划分出了更多专科，其中包括：儿童青年精神医学、成人精神医学、老年精神医学、照会精神医学、急诊精神医学、成瘾精神医学、司法精神医学、睡眠医学、行为医学、身心医学等。精神科患者往往具有精神类疾病，由于精神类疾病发病具有不定时性、不确定性，因此精神科患者在医院所用的用具具有特殊的结构。
口腔护理是对口腔器官里的牙、舌、腭、颊等部位的清洁和保护，而精神病人由于受病情影响，会出现认知、思想等方面的故障，使得病人不能很好进行自理，需要医护人员帮助患者进行口腔护理。
现有的精神科病人口腔护理清洗装置在对患者进行口腔护理时，由于患者躁动清理不便，在清理口腔的时候容易出现咬舌等危险情况发生，因此设计了一种口腔防护清洁装置。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术方案的不足，本实用新型提供一种口腔防护清洁装置，能有效的解决背景技术提出的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种口腔防护清洁装置，包括清洁刷柄与压舌板，所述压舌板上设置有压舌板操作柄，所述压舌板侧边提供过铰接轴有固定套，所述清洁刷柄前端通过硅胶刷柄连接有清洁牙刷，所述硅胶刷柄外壁上设置有内陷凹槽，所述固定套内设置有轴承，所述轴承内壁上设置有滚珠，所述滚珠卡放在内陷凹槽内，所述清洁牙刷包括刷头支架，所述刷头支架外围设置有硅胶刷头，所述硅胶刷头上设置有毛刷刷头。
进一步地，所述压舌板上设置有防滑凸起。
进一步地，所述压舌板下端设置有吸水凹槽，所述吸水凹槽内设置有吸水垫层。
进一步地，所述刷头支架截面呈X型结构。

本实用新型通过压舌板配合清洁牙刷结构，可针对精神科患者使用，对躁动的患者舌头进行保护，口腔防护清洁的时候有效防止躁动的患者发生咬舌等情况，利用可来回移动的清洁牙刷结构对患者的牙齿以及口腔内壁进行清洁，操作方便快捷，减轻了医护人员的工作负担，值得推广。

如图1至图3所示，本实用新型提供了一种口腔防护清洁装置，包括清洁刷柄1与压舌板2，所述压舌板2上设置有压舌板操作柄3，所述压舌板2侧边提供过铰接轴4有固定套5，所述清洁刷柄1前端通过硅胶刷柄6连接有清洁牙刷7，所述硅胶刷柄6外壁上设置有内陷凹槽8，所述固定套5内设置有轴承9，所述轴承9内壁上设置有滚珠10，所述滚珠10卡放在内陷凹槽8内，所述清洁牙刷7包括刷头支架11，所述刷头支架11外围设置有硅胶刷头12，所述硅胶刷头12上设置有毛刷刷头13。
本实用新型的工作原理为：在给患者进行口腔防护清洁的时候，通过压舌板操作柄3调节压舌板2的位置，利用压舌板2将患者舌头压住，避免出现咬舌情况，随后利用清洁刷柄1，可调节硅胶刷柄6的位置，其中采用具有韧性的硅胶刷柄6结构，可保持口腔清洁操作的同时，弯折一定弧度，贴合患者的牙齿与口腔内壁，其中固定套5决定了前端的清洁牙刷7的朝向，可通过铰接轴4调节固定套5的角度，以对准需要清洁的位置；清洁的时候有两种方式，一种是来回推拉清洁刷柄1，使得末端的清洁牙刷7来回对牙齿侧边以及口腔内壁进行快速清洁操作，另一种是定位到合适位置之后，转动清洁刷柄1，在轴承9的作用下，整个清洁牙刷7可转动起来，对局部进行充分彻底的防护清洁操作。
作为优选的实施方式，所述压舌板2上设置有防滑凸起14，提高防滑性，确保将舌头固定稳定，避免发生躁动导致的咬舌行为。
作为优选的实施方式，所述压舌板2下端设置有吸水凹槽15，所述吸水凹槽15内设置有吸水垫层16，增加吸水能力，保持干燥卫生，提高了口腔清洁时的舒适性。
作为优选的实施方式，所述刷头支架11截面呈X型结构。
作为优选的实施方式，所述毛刷刷头13长度由外向内逐渐增大。
综上所述，本实用新型的主要特点在于：
