Referring to fig. 1, the present utility model shows a filter media adding device that can be used for adding filter media, which can include, but is not limited to, activated carbon, resins for instruments, multimedia, etc.
The filter material adding device comprises an ejector 1, a water inlet pipeline 2, a water outlet pipeline 3 and a funnel 4;
the ejector 1 comprises a main body 11, wherein an inlet part 111, an outlet part 112 and a feeding part 113 which are mutually communicated are arranged on the main body 11, the inlet part 111 and the outlet part 112 are coaxially arranged, the axis of the feeding part 113 and the axis of the outlet part 112 are vertically arranged, the water inlet pipeline 2 is connected with the inlet part 111, the water outlet pipeline 3 is connected with the outlet part 112, the lower end of a funnel 4 is connected with the feeding part 113, and at least one water flow component 5 which is used for being mixed with filter materials in the funnel 4 to enter the ejector 1 is arranged on the funnel 4.
In some embodiments, at least one water flow assembly 5 is provided at the upper periphery of the funnel 4. It is understood that a plurality of water flow assemblies 5 may be provided, and a plurality of water flow assemblies 5 may be provided along the inner circumference of the funnel 4 at intervals in the height direction of the funnel 4.
In other embodiments, the water flow assembly 5 may be disposed directly above the funnel 4 by a bracket.
In some embodiments, the water flow assembly 5 comprises an annular water pipe 51, wherein a valve 52 is arranged at the water inlet end of the annular water pipe 51, and the valve 52 can control the water inlet amount and the flow rate of the annular water pipe 51; the valve 52 may be a ball valve.
The annular water pipe 51 is provided with a plurality of water outlets 53, the plurality of water outlets 53 are arranged at intervals along the circumference of the annular water pipe 51, and the plurality of water outlets 53 are downwards arranged so as to humidify and soak filter materials such as activated carbon in the funnel 4. Understandably, since the new activated carbon filter material is irregularly shaped and dry, it cannot be directly added by using a resin funnel, and adding the water flow component 5 can make the activated carbon wet.
In some embodiments, the water outlet 53 may be a sprinkler head.
Preferably, the water outlet 53 is provided with a filter screen to prevent filter material debris from entering the annular water pipe 51 or from blocking the water outlet 53.
Preferably, the annular water pipe 51 is provided with a pressure gauge for detecting the pressure of water flow.
Preferably, the annular water pipe 51 is provided with a flowmeter for detecting the flow rate of water.
In some embodiments, the water inlet pipe 2 is detachably connected to the inlet portion 111, for example, by a flange structure. The water inlet pipe 2 can be provided with a quick connector for quick connection with a water source, and the water inlet pipe 2 can be a stainless steel pipe which can be provided with a valve for controlling the water inlet flow rate and the flow velocity.
In some embodiments, the water outlet conduit 3 is removably connected to the outlet portion 112, such as by a flange structure. The water outlet pipeline 3 can be provided with a quick connector, and the water outlet pipeline 3 can be a stainless steel pipe which can be provided with a valve for controlling the water inlet flow and the water flow rate.
Preferably, the funnel 4 is a stainless steel funnel, and the lower end of the funnel and the feeding portion 113 may be detachably connected, for example, may be connected through a flange structure. The inner cavity of the funnel 4 is used for storing filtering materials, and the height of the funnel 4 is approximately 80-100cm.
It will be appreciated that the ejector 1 may be an ejector made of stainless steel material, and an ejector of a suitable specification may be selected according to the need, which is not particularly limited herein.
In some embodiments, the filter media adding device includes a moving trolley 6, and the ejector 1, the water inlet pipe 2, the water outlet pipe 3 and the funnel 4 are all disposed on the moving trolley 6.
The travelling car 6 is provided with universal wheels and braking means to transport the filter media adding means to a predetermined location and to stay at the predetermined location.
It is understood that the filter material adding device comprises an ejector 1, a water inlet pipeline 2, a water outlet pipeline 3 and a funnel 4; the funnel 4 is provided with at least one water flow component 5, the water flow component 5 can provide water flow, the water flow can be mixed with filter materials such as activated carbon in the funnel 4 to form a solid mixture, so that the water enters the ejector 1 under the action of negative pressure of the ejector 1, and is conveyed into equipment such as an activated carbon bed body needing the filter materials by the water outlet pipeline 3. The application of the filter material adding device can effectively reduce the industrial safety risk in the filter material adding working process, improve the working efficiency of the filter material adding working, save a great deal of labor cost, and simultaneously add the wet filter material, thereby reducing the time of subsequent flushing.
