And still set up first plug connector and second plug connector respectively on interior pot mount and the link, make the two can peg graft together in the thickness direction of interior pot mount, first plug connector and second plug connector that peg graft together can provide holding power, especially when eating the material in interior pot heavier or need top the pot, except utilizing the screw to bear weight, these two kinds of plug connectors also can bear weight, improved the atress intensity of handle junction, reduce the probability that the handle junction appears warping, fracture. Moreover, the handle and the inner pot fixing frame are connected by adopting the screw connection and the plug connection of the two plug connectors, and compared with the current method which only depends on the screw connection and has to use more than three screws, the handle and the inner pot fixing frame are also beneficial to reducing the number of the screws, thereby improving the assembly speed.
In the process of installing the handle, the handle can be pushed horizontally to be connected with the inner pot fixing frame, meanwhile, the butt joint connection of the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole and the plug connection of the first plug connector and the second plug connector are realized, and the assembly is convenient.
In addition, the inner pot assembly provided by the embodiment of the application can also have the following additional technical characteristics:
in some embodiments, the first mounting holes are distributed in at least one row in the height direction of the inner pan fixing frame; the first connectors are distributed in at least one row in the height direction of the inner pot fixing frame. The first mounting hole and the first plug are not located on the same horizontal plane. The number of the first mounting holes of each row is one or more, and the number of the first connectors of each row is one or more.
In these embodiments, the first mounting holes are distributed in at least one row in the height direction of the inner pot fixing frame, where each row of first mounting holes is default to be at the same height, the first connectors are distributed in at least one row in the height direction of the inner pot fixing frame, where each row of first connectors is default to be at the same height, and the first connectors and the first mounting holes are different rows, i.e. the height of any first connector is different from the height of any first mounting hole, the stress intensity of the connecting part of the handle is high, and the connection of the handle is stable and reliable.
Specifically, when a user holds the handle to pick up the inner pot, the stress of the connecting end of the handle at each height is different, the stress of the position close to the upper end is larger, and the stress of the position close to the lower end is smaller. The first mounting holes and the first plug connectors are distributed in a plurality of rows in the height direction of the inner pot fixing frame, so that the plurality of height positions of the connecting end of the handle can bear and share the weight brought by the inner pot, and the inner pot supporting effect is good. Moreover, each row is the first mounting hole or the first plug connector, but not the first plug connector and the first plug connector are mixed into one row, and the stress of a plurality of identical structures at the same height is more balanced.
In some embodiments, the number of first mounting holes is one or more and the number of first connectors is a plurality. If the number of the first mounting holes is one, the number of parts is small, the cost is saved, and the assembly is convenient. The number of the first connectors is multiple, and the plug-in connection is convenient, so that the assembly efficiency is not greatly affected, and the handle is favorable for stably bearing the weight of the inner pot.

The tightening handle 40 and the inner pot fixing frame 20 may be provided that the screws are inserted into the first and second mounting holes.
For convenience in describing the location of the first mounting hole, the first mounting hole is surrounded by the first screw column 210 in the following embodiments, and the location of the first mounting hole may be determined with reference to the location of the first screw column 210 in the drawings.
For the manner in which the first threaded post 210 and the second threaded post 420 are connected, in some embodiments, the end of the first threaded post 210 is inserted into the second threaded post 420, or the end of the second threaded post 420 is inserted into the first threaded post 210. That is, the first screw thread post 210 and the second screw thread post 420 can be connected together in a plugging manner, so that the connection stability of the two can be improved, the bearing capacity to the weight of the inner pot 10 can be further improved, and the connection stability of the handle 40 and the inner pot fixing frame 20 can be improved. In addition, in the process of installing the handle 40, the first screw post 210 and the second screw post 420 can be directly inserted together and then the screw is screwed, so that the assembly is convenient. Referring to fig. 6, the end of the first screw column 210 has a countersunk land into which the end of the second screw column 420 may be inserted.
Of course, in other embodiments, the first threaded post 210 and the second threaded post 420 may be butt-connected, in which case they are not plugged together.
Further, in some embodiments, the first mounting holes are distributed in at least one row in the height direction of the inner pan fixing frame 20 with respect to the positional relationship of the first mounting holes and the first plug members; the first connectors 220 are distributed in at least one row in the height direction of the inner pot fixing frame 20. The first mounting hole and the first connector 220 are not located on the same horizontal plane. Wherein the number of the first mounting holes of each row is one or more, and the number of the first connectors 220 of each row is one or more.
In these embodiments, the first mounting holes are distributed in at least one row in the height direction of the inner pot fixing frame 20, where each row of the first mounting holes is default to be at the same height, the first connectors 220 are distributed in at least one row in the height direction of the inner pot fixing frame 20, where each row of the first connectors 220 is default to be at the same height, and the first connectors 220 and the first mounting holes are different rows, i.e. the height of any first connector 220 is different from the height of any first mounting hole, the stress intensity of the connection part of the handle 40 is high, and the connection of the handle 40 is stable and reliable.
Specifically, when the user holds the handle 40 to pick up the inner pot 10, the stress at each height on the connecting end 410 of the handle 40 is different, and the stress at the position near the upper end is larger and the stress at the position near the lower end is smaller. The first mounting holes and the first connectors 220 are distributed in a plurality of rows in the height direction of the inner pot fixing frame 20, so that the plurality of heights of the connecting end 410 of the handle 40 can bear and share the weight brought by the inner pot 10, and the inner pot 10 is supported effectively. Moreover, each row is the first mounting hole or the first plug connector 220, but not the first mounting holes and the first plug connector 220 are mixed into one row, and the stress of a plurality of identical structures at the same height is more balanced.
Similarly, since the second mounting holes are distributed in one-to-one correspondence with the first mounting holes, and the second connectors 430 are distributed in one-to-one correspondence with the first connectors 220, the positional relationship and the respective numbers of the second mounting holes and the second connectors 430 are the same as the positional relationship and the respective numbers of the first mounting holes and the first connectors 220, so that the description thereof will not be repeated.
Further, in some embodiments, the number of first mounting holes is one or more and the number of first connectors 220 is a plurality. If the number of the first mounting holes is one, the number of parts is small, the cost is saved, and the assembly is convenient. The number of the first connectors 220 is plural, and the assembly efficiency is not greatly affected because the plug-in connection is convenient, and the handle 40 is favorable for stably bearing the weight of the inner pot 10.
Further, the first connector 220 and the inner pot fixing frame 20 are integrally formed, the second connector 430 and the handle 40 are integrally formed, the connection is firm, the processing is convenient, parts are reduced, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
Further, in some embodiments, the plurality of first connectors 220 are each lower than the first mounting holes based on the number of first mounting holes being one. Because the upper end closer to the connecting end 410 is more stressed and the screw can stably support the weight of the inner pot 10, the first mounting hole is arranged at a higher position, so that the screw can bear larger weight and preferentially tighten the handle 40 and the inner pot fixing frame 20, thereby reducing the probability of being separated under the pulling of the weight of the inner pot 10.
Further, at least two of the first connectors 220 are spaced apart in the horizontal direction. That is, at least two first connectors 220 are distributed in a row in the height direction of the inner pot fixing frame 20, and can stably bear and share the weight of the inner pot 10 at a position lower than the screw, thereby improving the connection stability of the handle 40.
By way of example, the number of first mounting holes is one, disposed near the upper edge of the connecting end 410. The number of the first connectors 220 is two, the two first connectors 220 are distributed at intervals on the same horizontal line, namely, the two first connectors 220 are distributed in a row in the height direction of the inner pot fixing frame 20 and are located at the same height, and the two first connectors 220 and the first mounting holes are distributed in an isosceles triangle.
By way of example, the number of first mounting holes is one, disposed near the upper edge of the connecting end 410. The number of the first connectors 220 is three, the three first connectors 220 are distributed at intervals on the same horizontal line and are positioned below the first mounting holes, or the three first connectors 220 are distributed in an inverted triangle and are distributed at four corners of the diamond with the first mounting holes.
In other embodiments, the plurality of first connectors 220 are circumferentially spaced around the first mounting hole based on the number of first mounting holes being one. The first and second connectors 220 and 430 are preferably used to bear the weight of the inner pot 10 in the circumferential direction of the first mounting hole, so that the screw at the middle part can perform a good fastening function, the handle 40 and the inner pot fixing frame 20 are tensioned, and the handle 40 and the inner pot fixing frame 20 are stably connected.
As an example, the number of the first connectors 220 is three, and the first connectors are distributed at three corners of the triangle, and the first mounting holes are located at the center of the triangle.
As an example, the number of the first connectors 220 is four, and the first connectors are distributed at four corners of the square, and the first mounting hole is located at the center of the square.
Further, in some embodiments, based on the fact that the number of the first mounting holes is plural, one of the first mounting holes and the first connectors 220 is distributed in two rows in the height direction of the inner pan fixing frame 20 and is disposed near the upper and lower ends of the connecting end 410, respectively, and the other is distributed in at least one row in the height direction of the inner pan fixing frame 20 and is disposed near the middle in the height direction of the connecting end 410 and/or near the two ends in the width direction of the connecting end 410.
In these embodiments, referring to fig. 6, the first mounting holes may be arranged in two rows, specifically, a row near the upper end of the connecting end 410 and a row near the lower end of the connecting end 410, because the screws have good bearing effect, and the handle 40 and the inner pot fixing frame 20 may be tightened, so that the handle 40 and the inner pot fixing frame 20 may be better prevented from being separated, especially in the case that the inner pot 10 is heavy and needs to be tilted, the probability that the upper and lower ends of the connecting end 410 tilt relative to the inner pot fixing frame 20 is reduced. In addition, in cooperation with the first connector 220 and the second connector 430, the first connector 220 is closer to the middle of the connecting end 410 in the height direction than the first mounting hole, the first connector 220 and the second connector 430 are added to bear and share the weight of the inner pot 10, so that the connection stability of the handle 40 and the inner pot fixing frame 20 is improved, and especially when the first connector 220 is close to both ends of the connecting end 410 in the width direction, the handle 40 can be connected in four directions of the upper, lower, left and right of the connecting end 410, and the connection is firm.
Here, the first connectors 220 are distributed in at least one row in the height direction of the inner pot fixing frame 20 and are disposed near the middle of the height direction of the connecting end 410, which means that all the first connectors 220 are lower than one row of first mounting holes near the upper end of the connecting end 410 and higher than one row of first mounting holes near the lower end of the connecting end 410.
Of course, the first connectors 220 may be arranged in two rows, specifically, a row near the upper end of the connecting end 410 and a row near the lower end of the connecting end 410, and the first connectors 220 and the second connectors 430 are used to bear the weight of the inner pot 10 preferentially, and limit the tilting of the upper and lower ends of the connecting end 410 relative to the inner pot fixing frame 20. The first mounting hole is arranged closer to the middle of the connecting end 410 in the height direction than the first plug-in connector 220, so that the handle 40 and the inner pot fixing frame 20 can be sufficiently tensioned by the first mounting hole, and the handle 40 can be connected in four directions up, down, left and right of the connecting end 410 and firm in connection especially when the first mounting hole is arranged close to the two ends of the connecting end 410 in the width direction, namely, close to the left and right ends of the connecting end 410.
Here, the first mounting holes are distributed in at least one row in the height direction of the inner pot fixing frame 20 and are disposed near the middle in the height direction of the connecting end 410, which means that all the first mounting holes are lower than one row of the first connectors 220 near the upper end of the connecting end 410 and higher than one row of the first connectors 220 near the lower end of the connecting end 410.
In some embodiments, the number of first mounting holes is two, and the two first mounting holes are disposed near the upper and lower ends of the connection end 410, respectively. The number of the first connectors 220 is plural, the first connectors 220 are symmetrically distributed with respect to the connecting line of the two first mounting holes, and/or the first connectors 220 are disposed near two ends of the connecting end 410 in the width direction.
In these embodiments, since the number of the first mounting holes is only two, the number of parts is reduced, and the assembly is convenient. Further, the first mounting holes and the first socket connectors 220 are distributed in a plurality of rows in the height direction of the inner pan fixing frame 20, so that the handle 40 can be better connected and the weight of the inner pan 10 can be borne when the user holds the handle 40. Moreover, the plurality of first connectors 220 are symmetrically distributed relative to the connecting line of the two first mounting holes, and the stress is uniform and reliable. In the case that the plurality of first connectors 220 are disposed near both ends of the connecting end 410 in the width direction at the same time, the connection of the handles 40 in the four directions of up, down, left and right of the connecting end 410 is facilitated, and the connection is firm.
As an example, as shown in fig. 5, 6, 11 and 12, the number of first mounting holes is two, one of which is disposed near the upper end of the connection end 410 and the other of which is disposed near the lower end of the connection end 410. The number of the first connectors 220 is two, one of the first connectors 220 is located between the two first mounting holes and near the left end in the width direction of the connection end 410, and the other first connector 220 is located between the two first mounting holes and near the right end in the width direction of the connection end 410. The right and left ends here are oriented in a view that faces forward toward the connecting end 410 of the handle 40. Referring to fig. 7, the second mounting holes and the second socket connectors 430 are located to correspond to the first mounting holes and the first socket connectors 220, respectively.
As an example, the number of first mounting holes is two, one of which is disposed near the upper end of the connection end 410 and the other of which is disposed near the lower end of the connection end 410. The number of the first connectors 220 is four, the first connectors 220 are located between two first mounting holes in the height direction of the inner pot fixing frame 20 and are distributed in a double row, and the four first connectors 220 are symmetrically distributed relative to the connecting line of the two first mounting holes in pairs and are arranged near the left end and the right end of the width direction of the connecting end 410.
Further to the structure of the first and second connectors 220, 430, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, one of the first and second connectors 220, 430 is a prism and the other is a hollow frame capable of wrapping at least three sides of the prism. The structure is simple, the processing is convenient, and the prism has certain compressive capacity and can bear the weight of the inner pot 10 better. Moreover, the prism has edges, is not easy to rotate, and has good limiting effect. After the prism is inserted into the hollow frame, the handle 40 can be prevented from tilting relative to the inner pot fixing frame 20 under the limit action of the hollow frame, so that the connection stability of the handle and the inner pot fixing frame is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, one side of the prism faces upward and extends in the horizontal direction. The prism bearing force is convenient to use.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the prisms are hollow prisms. Reduces the material consumption, saves the cost and reduces the weight.
As an example, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the prism is a quadrangular prism, and the cross section of the hollow frame is -shaped or square-shaped. Simple structure, convenient processing, moreover be favorable to bearing the weight of interior pot 10 through smooth side. Referring to fig. 7, the hollow frames have a -shaped cross section, and two hollow frames are disposed at both left and right ends of the connection end with openings disposed opposite to each other so as to wrap the two prisms from the inside.
Of course, the prism may be a triangular prism or a hexagonal prism, or the like.
Or in other embodiments, one of the first connector 220 and the second connector 430 is a cylinder, and the other is a post with a circular hole into which the cylinder is inserted.
Further, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the first mounting holes and the first connectors 220 are spaced apart along the circumference of the connecting end 410. Facilitating a secure connection of the handle 40 in the circumferential direction.
Further, in some embodiments, a plurality of connection ribs 230 are also provided on inner pot fixing frame 20. The plurality of connection ribs 230 connect all the first threaded columns 210 and all the first connectors 220 into a whole, thereby improving the firmness of the first threaded columns 210 and the first connectors 220 and being beneficial to stabilizing the connection handle 40.
Further, a plurality of connection ribs 230 are connected to each other and are respectively connected to a first mounting hole or a first socket 220.
As an example, as shown in fig. 6, in the case where two first screw posts 210 and two first socket connectors 220 are distributed at four corners of a diamond shape, the number of the connection ribs 230 is four, is in a cross shape, and connects one first screw post 210 and one first socket connector 220, respectively. Of course, the connection ribs 230 may not be connected to each other, for example, the connection ribs 230 connect any adjacent one of the first threaded columns 210 and one of the first connectors 220, and four connection ribs 230 are distributed along the edges of the diamond. The number and distribution of the connection ribs 230 may be various, and are not listed here.
Further, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the inner pot fixing frame 20 is further provided with a first rib 240, and the first rib 240 encloses a socket into which the connection end 410 is inserted. The first blocking rib 240 is used for circumferentially blocking and limiting the connecting end 410, so that the connecting part of the handle 40 is favorable for bearing the weight of the inner pot 10 better. Moreover, when the handle 40 is installed, the socket can be aligned for direct insertion, so that the handle 40 can be quickly and accurately installed in place.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the first mounting hole and the first connector 220 are both located inside the first rib 240. On the one hand, the first blocking rib 240 plays a role in shielding, so that pollution and corrosion of impurities such as external dust and the like to the screw and the first plug connector 220 can be avoided, and the connection strength is affected. On the other hand, the first ribs 240 distributed circumferentially and the connecting end 410 can bear a part of the weight, and then bear the weight through the screws and the connectors, and the first ribs 240 are wide in distribution range, large in size and good in bearing effect, so that the connection stability with the handle 40 is improved.
Of course, in other examples, the first connector 220 may also be located outside the first rib 240.
Further, the thickness of the bottom wall of the socket is greater than the thickness of the first rib 240. By increasing the thickness of the bottom wall of the socket, the fixing strength of the handle 40 is enhanced, the probability of deformation of the socket under the action of high temperature and large gravity of the inner pot 10 is reduced, and the handle 40 is connected stably.
Further, the thickness of the bottom wall of the socket ranges from 1.5mm to 5mm. The material is not wasted due to excessive thickness while the deformation is not easy, and the weight and the cost are increased.
As examples, the thickness of the bottom wall of the socket is 2.5mm, 3mm or 3.5mm.
Further, the depth of the socket ranges from 10mm to 30mm, such as 15mm, etc., i.e., the overlapping length of the first rib 240 and the second rib 440 is between 10mm and 30mm, which reduces the probability of breakage at the junction of the handle 40.
Further, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, a second rib 440 is further disposed on the connection end 410, and the second rib 440 connects the second connectors 430 together along the circumference of the connection end 410 and surrounds the second mounting hole, and the second rib 440 is inserted into the socket.
In these embodiments, the second ribs 440 are used to connect all of the second connectors 430 together, thereby improving the structural strength of the second connectors 430 and improving the connection stability of the handle 40 and the inner pot holder 20. The second rib 440 surrounds the second mounting hole, for example, surrounds the second threaded post 420, so that foreign substances from the outside can be prevented from entering the second mounting hole to pollute and corrode the screw. The second blocking rib 440 is inserted into the socket, and can bear part of the weight of the inner pot 10 through the cooperation of the first blocking rib 240 and the second blocking rib 440, so that the fracture probability of the connecting part of the handle 40 is reduced.
Further, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, 8, 11 and 12, a portion of the inner pot fixing frame 20 protrudes toward and/or away from the inner pot 10 to form a protrusion 250, and a lengthwise side of the protrusion 250 is connected to an outer sidewall of the first rib 240.
In these embodiments, the protruding portion 250 is formed by protruding a portion of the inner pot fixing frame 20, so that not only the structural strength of the inner pot fixing frame can be improved, but also the protruding portion 250 can be regarded as a double-layer reinforcing rib, so that the double-layer reinforcing rib is connected with the outer side wall of the first blocking rib 240, the connection strength between the first blocking rib 240 and the inner pot fixing frame 20 is improved, the compression resistance of the first blocking rib 240 is improved, and the stability of connection with the handle 40 is improved.
Wherein the protruding part 250 may protrude in a direction away from the inner pot 10, i.e., the protruding part 250 protrudes in a direction in which the handle 40 is located. The protrusion 250 may pull the inner pot 10 away from the handle 40, which is advantageous for the inner pot holder 20 to block heat, thereby being advantageous for reducing the temperature of the handle 40. Of course, the protruding portion 250 may also protrude in a direction approaching the inner pot 10, and the protruding portion 250 may enlarge the gap between the inner pot 10 and the inner pot holder 20, thereby facilitating the reduction of the heat transferred from the inner pot 10 to the inner pot holder 20.
The side surface in the length direction of the protruding portion 250 is defined as an end surface of the protruding portion 250 on the extending path of the surface of the inner pot holder 20, and the end surface is connected to the first rib 240, so that the protruding and falling double-layer reinforcing rib is connected to the first rib 240.
Further, referring to fig. 6 and 8, in the case where the protruding part 250 protrudes in a direction away from the inner pan 10, the first rib 240 may be provided on the inner pan fixing frame 20 and extend in a direction away from the inner pan 10. In the case where the projection 250 is projected in a direction approaching the inner pan 10, the first rib 240 may be provided on the inner pan fixing frame 20 and extend in a direction approaching the inner pan 10. In addition, the inner pot 10 may be provided with both a protrusion 250 protruding in a direction away from the inner pot 10 and a protrusion 250 protruding in a direction approaching the inner pot 10, and at this time, the middle section of the first rib 240 is connected to the inner pot holder 20, and both ends of the first rib 240 in the horizontal direction extend in a direction approaching and separating from the inner pot 10, respectively.
Further, as shown in fig. 5 and 8, the protruding portions 250 are located on both sides of the socket in the horizontal direction. The protruding parts 250 are provided at both sides of the first blocking rib 240 to be supported between the first blocking rib 240 and the inner pot fixing frame 20, thereby improving the connection stability of the first blocking rib 240.
Further, the first rib 240 and the protruding portion 250 are integrally formed with the inner pot fixing frame 20. The structural strength is high.
As an example, as shown in fig. 5, 11 and 12, the cross section of the protrusion 250 is V-shaped. When the cross section of the protruding part 250 is V-shaped, the inner pot fixing frame 20 has high structural strength and the protruding part 250 occupies small space.
As an example, the cross section of the protrusion 250 may also be square or semicircular or U-shaped.
Further, as shown in fig. 5 and 8, the protrusions 250 are distributed in a square shape around the center of the inner pot fixing frame 20. The structural strength of the inner pot fixing frame 20 is improved.
Further, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, 4, 10, 11 and 12, a visible opening 110 is provided on a sidewall of the inner pot 10, and a window 260 is provided on the inner pot fixing frame 20 at a position corresponding to the visible opening 110. The inner pot assembly also includes a visual glass 270 and a visual panel 30. A visual glass 270 is disposed at window 260. The visual panel 30 is provided on a side of the inner pot holder 20 facing away from the inner pot 10. The user can conveniently observe the food materials in the inner pan 10 through the visual panel 30 and the visual glass 270.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, 11 and 12, the inner pot assembly further includes a sealing ring 280, the sealing ring 280 being disposed between the edge of the visible glass 270 and the edge of the visible opening 110. Avoiding food residues or grease in the inner pot 10 from entering the inner pot fixing frame 20.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 10, the visible panel 30 is provided with a relief port 310 through which the connection end 410 passes. The convenient connection end 410 passes through the avoiding opening 310 and is connected with the inner pot fixing frame 20.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the protruding portions 250 are circumferentially distributed along the window 260 and connected to two sides of the first rib 240 in the horizontal direction, and the protruding portions 250 protrude from the position of the window 260 toward the position of the handle 40. Then, in the case where the visual glass 270 is installed at the window 260, the distance between the visual glass 270 and the visual panel 30 may be equal to or greater than the protruding height of the protruding portion 250, and the protruding portion 250 may enlarge the distance between the visual glass 270 and the visual panel 30, thereby weakening the temperature transferred to the visual panel 30 and avoiding the user from being scalded.
Further, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, a portion of the end surface of the connecting end 410 of the handle 40 located outside the second rib 440 is configured as a stop surface 450, and the stop surface 450 can be pressed against the visible glass 270, so as to improve the connection stability of the handle 40.
Further, as shown in fig. 9 and 11, the handle 40 includes a handle body and a handle cover, and the second mounting hole and the second socket 430 are provided on the handle body. Two third threaded columns are distributed up and down on one side of the handle main body far away from the inner pot 10, and screws penetrate through the handle cover and are inserted into the third threaded columns to connect the handle cover and the handle main body together.
In some embodiments, inner pot 10 is a hardware inner pot. The visual panel 30 is a PC (polycarbonate) plastic plate.
