The rail wheel 2 comprises a wheel body 21 and a fixed wheel seat 22, the fixed wheel seat 22 is connected with the bottom side of the carrying platform 1, the wheel body 21 is rotationally connected with the fixed wheel seat 22, and the rotation axis of the wheel body 21 is parallel to the ground; the wheel body 21 includes rolling wheel 211 and spacing portion 212, rolling wheel 211 is used for contacting with railway track's top surface, rolling wheel 211 is close to railway track's inboard one end along rolling wheel 211 radial arch formation spacing portion 212, spacing portion 212 is used for the medial surface butt with railway track, finally make the setting of fixed wheel seat 22 make things convenient for the installation of wheel body 21, spacing portion 212 restriction rolling wheel 211 moves and makes rolling wheel 211 remove to railway track's outside along carrying platform 1's width direction, thereby promote wheel body 21 stability in the use, promoted the use experience of track transfer car.
