The specific meaning of the above terms in the present utility model can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art according to the specific circumstances.
It should be specifically noted that, for convenience of description, the present utility model provides: the "left", "right", "up", "down", "front", "rear", and directions parallel or substantially parallel to the left-right direction are defined as "lateral", directions parallel or substantially parallel to the front-rear direction are defined as "longitudinal", and directions parallel or substantially parallel to the up-down direction are defined as "vertical", with the line of sight starting point when the user's foot is placed on the pedal as the viewing origin.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in a first aspect, an embodiment of the present utility model provides a pedal bracket, including a pedal 1, a bottom frame 2, a first side frame 31, a second side frame 32, a first shaped hinge 41 and a second shaped hinge 42, wherein: the first side frame 31 and the second side frame 32 are arranged in parallel and are perpendicular to the plane where the bottom frame 2 is located, and one end of the first side frame 31 and the same end of the second side frame 32 are fixedly connected with two opposite sides of the bottom frame 2 respectively; one end of the first side frame 31 far away from the bottom frame 2 is rotationally connected with a first special-shaped hinge 41, one end of the second side frame 32 far away from the bottom frame 2 is rotationally connected with a second special-shaped hinge 42, and the first special-shaped hinge 41 and the second special-shaped hinge 42 are arranged in parallel; the footboard 1 is arranged on the underframe 2 in the middle, the first connecting component 11 is arranged on the footboard 1, the second connecting component 21 is arranged on the underframe 2 at a corresponding position, the first connecting component 11 and the second connecting component 21 are matched to enable the footboard 1 to move relative to the underframe 2, and the moving direction of the footboard 1 (such as a double-headed arrow marked at the rear part of the footboard 1 in the attached drawing) is perpendicular to a connecting line (such as a dotted line connecting the first special-shaped hinge 41 and the second special-shaped hinge 42 in the attached drawing 1) between the first special-shaped hinge 41 and the second special-shaped hinge 42.
It can be understood that the position of the conventional pedal 1 is often directly fixed on the bracket, and the shape and the framework of the user are large and small, the conventional fixed pedal is difficult to adjust in the front-rear direction to adapt to the femur length of the user, namely, the user with a shorter femur can hang the rear sole in a relaxed state, and the user can sit when the whole sole is stepped on the pedal, so that the rear waist is unsupported; the user with long femur may hang the front sole in a relaxed state, want the whole sole to be contracted and seated by stepping on the pedal, resulting in compression of the rear waist; in short, when the user is on the stationary pedal, the user is always forced to frequently move the foot position or adjust the lumbar position, and cannot sit in a comfortable posture. While the pedal bracket provided in this embodiment is folded and stored by the first side frame 31, the second side frame 32, the first special-shaped hinge 41 and the second special-shaped hinge 42, the first connecting component 11 arranged on the pedal 1 is matched with the second connecting component 21 arranged at the corresponding position on the bottom frame 2 to enable the pedal 1 to move relative to the position of the bottom frame 2, and the moving direction of the pedal 1 is the front and back direction when the feet of a user are placed on the pedal 1, even if the body and the framework of the user are small, the body and the framework of the user can be adjusted to adapt to the femur length of the user, the user with various body shapes can place the steps on the pedal 1 comfortably and steadily, and then sits on the wheelchair in a comfortable posture, so that the safety hidden danger of bumping and falling is avoided, and the physical and mental health of the user is also facilitated.
It should be noted that, the end of the first side frame 31 away from the bottom frame 2 is rotationally connected with the first special-shaped hinge 41, the end of the second side frame 32 away from the bottom frame 2 is rotationally connected with the second special-shaped hinge 42, that is, the ends of the two side frames 3 away from the pedal 1 are respectively rotationally connected with the special-shaped hinges 4, when the special-shaped hinges 4 are relatively fixed, the two side frames 3 can be controlled to rotate around the connecting line between the two special-shaped hinges (such as the dashed line connecting the first special-shaped hinge 41 and the second special-shaped hinge 42 in fig. 1), so that the pedal bracket is turned and folded, and is more convenient to store or carry. The first side frame 31 and the second side frame 32 are arranged in parallel, that is, the two side frames 3 are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the bottom frame 2 and are respectively fixedly connected with the left end and the right end of the bottom frame 2, and the fixed connection can be permanent type such as welding or detachable type such as screw connection and clamping connection. While the two side frames 3 are perpendicular to the plane of the bottom frame 2, i.e. the bottom frame 2 and the pedals 1 arranged on the bottom frame 2 are generally horizontal, the side frames 3 are substantially in a vertical plane; preferably, the side frames 3 extend upwardly and rearwardly so that the pedal 1 can be extended further forward.
It should be noted that, the "first side frame 31 and the second side frame 32 are disposed in parallel and are perpendicular to the plane in which the bottom frame 2 is located" and the "direction in which the pedal 1 moves is perpendicular to the line between the first shaped hinge 41 and the second shaped hinge 42" all refer to substantially perpendicular, and it is not required to have a ninety degree included angle in a mathematical sense. Similarly, the "pedal 1 is centrally disposed on the bottom frame 2" does not require that the centers of both are perfectly aligned, but that the left-right front-rear direction of the pedal 1 is substantially aligned with the left-right front-rear direction of the bottom frame 2, so that movement between the bottom frame 2 and the pedal 1 is facilitated; preferably, the width of the portion of the bottom frame 2 which extends beyond the pedal 1 is approximately equal, so that the forces are balanced in the left-right direction.
It should be noted that, the "first connecting piece" and the "second connecting piece" are respectively located on the pedal 1 and the bottom frame 2, and mainly serve to limit and change the position between the pedal 1 and the bottom frame 2 as required, as shown in fig. 1, the moving direction of the pedal 1 is substantially perpendicular to the connecting line between the first shaped hinge 41 and the second shaped hinge 42, and the connecting line between the first shaped hinge 41 and the second shaped hinge 42 is the left-right direction, so that the moving direction of the pedal 1 relative to the bottom frame 2 is the front-rear direction.
As a further example, referring to fig. 2 to 6, the first connecting assembly 11 includes at least two groups of holes 111 distributed on the pedal 1, each group of holes 111 including a plurality of through holes 1111 in equal number, the plurality of through holes 1111 being aligned in a row in a direction parallel to the direction in which the pedal 1 moves along the bottom frame 2; the second connecting component 21 includes at least two sets of limiting bodies 211 disposed on the pedal 1, each set of limiting bodies 211 is opposite to one through hole 1111 of the set of hole systems 111, and the through holes 1111 of each corresponding limiting body 211 are located at the same position in the hole systems 111. It can be understood that if only one group of the hole system 111 and the limiting body 211 are provided between the pedal 1 and the bottom frame 2, the fixation is not firm enough, and rotation or shaking may occur between the pedal 1 and the bottom frame 2; of course, if other structures (such as latches, ribs, grooves, etc.) matched with each other are provided on the surface of the pedal 1 and the bottom frame 2, only one group of hole systems 111 and limiting groups can be provided for interaction, but the overall modeling is more complex and the processing is not convenient enough; obviously, for a more stable connection, more sets of interacting hole series 111 and limiting bodies 211, such as three sets, four sets or even more sets, can be provided between the pedal 1 and the bottom frame 2 according to the size specification.
It should be noted that each set of holes 111 includes at least two through holes 1111, i.e. two adjustable gears, and three, four or more through holes 1111 may be provided according to the requirement and the size specification. While "each set of the limiting bodies 211 is opposite to one through hole 1111 of the set of the hole systems 111, the through hole 1111 of each corresponding limiting body 211 is at the same position in the hole system 111" means that the through hole 1111 of the corresponding limiting body 211 in each hole system 111 is at the same position in the respective hole system 111, such as the through hole 1111 of the corresponding limiting body 211 is at the most forward position, the most backward position or the centered position in the respective hole system 111.
Taking the pedal 1 with four sets of holes 111 and each set of holes 111 including three through holes 1111 and four sets of limiting bodies 211 correspondingly disposed on the bottom frame 2 as an example, the corresponding relationship between the first connecting component 11 and the second connecting component 21 will be explained:
as shown in FIG. 5, four groups of limiting bodies 211 on the bottom frame 2 are defined as limiting body 211[ a ], limiting body 211[ b ], limiting body 211[ c ] and limiting body 211[ d ]; as shown in fig. 6, four sets of holes 111 in the pedal 1 are defined as holes 111 a, 111 b, 111 c, 111 d, wherein three through holes 1111 from front to back in the holes 111 a are defined as holes 1111 a1, 1111 a2, 1111 a3, wherein three through holes 1111 from front to back in the holes 111 b are defined as holes 1111 b1, 1111 b2, 1111 b3, wherein three through holes 1111 from front to back in the holes 111 c are defined as holes 1111 c1, 1111 c2, 1111 c3, wherein three through holes 1111 from front to back in the holes 111 d are defined as holes 1111 d1, 1111 d2, 1111 d 3; then there are:
when the stopper 211 a corresponds to the front-most through hole 1111 a1 in the hole system 111 a, the stopper 211 b also corresponds to the front-most through hole 1111 b1 in the hole system 111 b, the stopper 211 c also corresponds to the front-most through hole 1111 c1 in the hole system 111 c, and the stopper 211 d also corresponds to the front-most through hole 1111 d1 in the hole system 111 d;
similarly, when the stopper 211 a corresponds to the rearmost through hole 1111 a3 in the hole system 111 a, the stopper 211 b also corresponds to the rearmost through hole 1111 b3 in the hole system 111 b, the stopper 211 c also corresponds to the rearmost through hole 1111 c3 in the hole system 111 c, and the stopper 211 d also corresponds to the rearmost through hole 1111 d3 in the hole system 111 d;
similarly, when the stopper 211 a corresponds to the through hole 1111 a2 in the middle position in the hole system 111 a, the stopper 211 b also corresponds to the through hole 1111 b2 in the middle position in the hole system 111 b, the stopper 211 c also corresponds to the through hole 1111 c2 in the middle position in the hole system 111 c, and the stopper 211 d also corresponds to the through hole 1111 d2 in the middle position in the hole system 111 d.
Referring to fig. 5 and 7, as a preferred embodiment, the first connecting assembly 11 includes at least two elongated holes 112 distributed on the pedal 1, each elongated hole 112 having the same length, and the length direction of each elongated hole 112 is parallel to the direction in which the pedal 1 moves along the bottom frame 2; the second connecting component 21 comprises at least two groups of limiting bodies 211 arranged on the pedal 1, wherein each group of limiting bodies 211 is opposite to one long strip hole 112, and the positions of the limiting bodies 211 in the opposite long strip holes 112 are the same. It will be appreciated that the combination of the hole system 111 and the limiting body 211 described above, since the number of through holes 1111 is constant, can be regarded as a limited level of adjustment between the pedal 1 and the bottom frame 2; the first connecting component 11 on the pedal 1 is provided with at least two elongated holes 112, and the limiting body 211 can be correspondingly matched with any position in the length direction of the elongated holes 112, so that the pedal 1 and the bottom frame 2 can be regarded as infinitely-level adjustment, and can be adjusted to the most suitable position according to the needs of a user. Similar to the hole system 111, the elongated holes 112 may be provided in three, four or more as needed and according to the size of the pedal 1, so that the pedal 1 is more firmly and firmly connected with the bottom frame 2.
It should be noted that "the positions of the respective sets of limiting bodies 211 in the opposite elongated holes 112 are the same" means that the position of a certain limiting body 211 in the corresponding elongated hole 112 is substantially the same as the position of other limiting bodies 211 in the corresponding elongated hole 112, for example, the limiting body 211 is located at the forefront position, the slightly front position, the centered position, the slightly rear position, or the rearmost position of the elongated hole 112.
Taking the steps of setting four elongated holes 112 on the pedal 1 and correspondingly setting four groups of limiting bodies 211 on the bottom frame 2 as an example, the corresponding relation between the first connecting component 11 and the second connecting component 21 is explained as follows:
as shown in FIG. 5, four groups of limiting bodies 211 on the bottom frame 2 are defined as limiting body 211[ a ], limiting body 211[ b ], limiting body 211[ c ] and limiting body 211[ d ]; as shown in FIG. 7, four elongated holes 112 in pedal 1 are defined as elongated holes 112[ A ], elongated holes 112[ B ], elongated holes 112[ C ], elongated holes 112[ D ]; then there are:
when the limiting body 211 a corresponds to the position of the long hole 112 a in front, the limiting body 211 b also corresponds to the position of the long hole 112 b in front, the limiting body 211 c also corresponds to the position of the long hole 112 c in front, and the limiting body 211 d also corresponds to the position of the long hole 112 d in front;
similarly, when the stopper 211 a corresponds to the position of the rear of the elongated hole 112 a, the stopper 211 b also corresponds to the position of the rear of the elongated hole 112 b, the stopper 211 c also corresponds to the position of the rear of the elongated hole 112 c, and the stopper 211 d also corresponds to the position of the rear of the elongated hole 112 d.
Referring to fig. 8, as a further embodiment, each set of limiting bodies 211 includes a limiting seat 2111 and a limiting post 2112, the limiting seat 2111 is disposed on the bottom frame 2, and the limiting post 2112 at least partially passes through the corresponding through hole 1111 or the elongated hole 112 and is then inserted into the limiting seat 2111 and is detachably connected with the limiting seat 2111. It is to be appreciated that the stop seat 2111 may be provided on the bottom frame 2 to fix the stop post 2112, and the stop post 2112 passes through the through hole 1111 or the elongated hole 112 to fix the pedal 1. Optionally, the limiting seat 2111 may be a screw hole, a nut, or a bayonet; correspondingly, the stop posts 2112 may be bolts, detents, or the like. Preferably, the limiting seat 2111 is a rivet nut rivet-driven in a hole formed in the bottom frame 2, the limiting post 2112 is a countersunk bolt, and the corresponding through hole 1111 or the long strip hole 112 is provided with a countersunk platform so as to accommodate the head of the bolt, thereby enabling the upper surface of the pedal 1 to be flat and further facilitating the stable placement of the feet of a user.
Referring to fig. 8, as a further embodiment, the bottom frame 2 includes at least a front cross bar 22, where one end of the front cross bar 22 is fixedly connected to a first side frame 31, and the other end is fixedly connected to a second side frame 32; when the second connecting component 21 includes two sets of limiting bodies 211, the first set of limiting bodies 211 is disposed on the cross bar and is close to the first side frame 31, and the second set of limiting bodies 211 is disposed on the cross bar and is close to the second side frame 32. It will be appreciated that the bottom frame 2 includes a front cross bar 22, and that when the pedal 1 and the bottom frame 2 are connected by two sets of connection assemblies, the two sets of limiting bodies 211 are disposed on the front cross bar 22 in a left-right manner so as to be stressed uniformly.
