The workbench comprises an arc-shaped plate, slots and surrounding water tanks, and short tubes and auxiliary rods are arranged on the side edges. The utility model can adapt to large animals with different types and sizes, when the animals stand, the animals are directly bound by the turnover operating table and then turned to a plane state; the animal can be directly placed on the operating table by adopting a forklift, the operating table main body is placed in the pit, the whole machine can be lowered to the optimal position before the animal is placed on the operating table, and the pit opening is sealed by using the pedal. The utility model is convenient for operation, cleaning the operating table and keeping the pit clean. However, the prior art still has the following problems that the plane for placing animals on the operating table can only rotate around one axis, and the rotating, lifting and adjusting can not be carried out according to the injured position of the animals or the position needing to be opened so as to be convenient for staff to observe and apply the knife.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present embodiment provides an operating table, which includes a base 1, a mounting plate 2, a connection base 301, a storage plate 3 and a driving mechanism 4 as shown in fig. 1. The mounting plate 2 is arranged on the base 1 in a lifting manner. One end of the connection socket 301 is mounted on the mounting plate 2. The storage plate 3 is mounted on the other end of the connection seat 301 remote from the mounting plate 2. The object placing plate 3 moves relative to the mounting plate 2 to drive the connecting seat 301 to move relative to the mounting plate 2, and the object placing plate 3 is used for placing animals. The driving mechanism 4 is mounted on the mounting plate 2 and is provided with a first driving end 411 and a second driving end 421 which are mounted on the object mounting plate 3, the axis of the first driving end 411 and the axis of the second driving end 421 are perpendicular to the mounting plate 2, and the connecting seat 301 is located on one side of a plane where the axis of the first driving end 411 and the axis of the second driving end 421 are located. The connection line between the first driving end 411 and the connection base 301 is perpendicular to the connection line between the second driving end 421 and the connection base 301. The first driving end 411 and the second driving end 421 extend and retract to drive the storage plate 3 to rotate relative to the mounting plate 2. Preferably, in order to facilitate the transfer of the operating table, wheels 12 are also mounted on the base 1 as shown in fig. 14, and a brake pedal 13 for braking the fixed wheels 12.
With the above-described structure, the present embodiment provides an operating table that adjusts the height of the placement plate 3 and the angle of the placement plate 3 with respect to the mounting plate 2 according to the needs of the operator. Specifically, when an animal needs to be placed, the mounting plate 2 is first moved in a direction approaching the base 1, so as to drive the object placing plate 3 to move in a direction approaching the base 1. Thereby reducing the height required to place the animal to facilitate placement of the animal by the operator. Then the mounting plate 2 moves away from the base 1 to drive the object placing plate 3 to move away from the base 1 to drive the animal to move away from the base 1. So as to adjust the height of the animal and facilitate operators with different heights to operate the animal. The first driving end 411 and the second driving end 421 are then extended and retracted to drive the storage plate 3 to rotate relative to the mounting plate 2. Thereby adjusting the angle of the animal relative to the operator to facilitate the operator in performing the procedure.
Based on the above, in order to enable the storage plate 3 to rotate in any direction relative to the mounting plate 2. As shown in fig. 6, the connection base 301 includes a first fulcrum 3011 and a second fulcrum 3012. The bottom of the storage plate 3 is provided with a first hinge seat 303 as shown in fig. 6, and one end of the first hinge seat 303 away from the storage plate 3 is sleeved outside the first support shaft 3011 and rotates relative to the first support shaft 3011. A second hinge support 302 is mounted on the mounting plate 2 as shown in fig. 2, and an end of the second hinge support 302 remote from the mounting plate 2 is rotatably mounted on the second fulcrum 3012 and rotates relative to the second fulcrum 3012. The axis of the second fulcrum 3012 is perpendicular to the axis of the first fulcrum 3011, and the middle of the second fulcrum 3012 is connected to the middle of the first fulcrum 3011. In this way, the first hinge support 303 and the second hinge support 302 rotate around the first support shaft 3011 and the second support shaft 3012, respectively, so that the storage board 3 can rotate around any axis passing through the connection point of the first support shaft 3011 and the second support shaft 3012, thereby enabling a higher degree of freedom of the storage board 3 relative to the mounting board 2.
Based on the above, in order to extend and retract the first driving end 411 and the second driving end 421, the storage plate 3 can be rotated with respect to the mounting plate 2. The drive mechanism 4 includes a first hydraulic cylinder 41 and a second hydraulic cylinder 42 as shown in fig. 2. The first driving end 411 is located on the first hydraulic cylinder 41, and the first hydraulic cylinder 41 also has a first fixed end 412. The first fixed end 412 is mounted on the end face of the mounting plate 2 facing the base 1. The ball bearing 4111 is installed at the bottom of the object placing plate 3, the first driving end 411 is spherical, and the ball bearing 4111 is sleeved on the first driving end 411 which penetrates through the mounting plate 2 and is located between the mounting plate 2 and the object placing plate 3. The ball bearing 4111 rotates relative to the first drive end 411, so that the storage plate 3 can rotate relative to the first drive end 411.
The second drive end 421 is located on the second hydraulic 42 cylinder as shown in fig. 2, the second hydraulic 42 cylinder also having a second fixed end 422. The second fixed end 422 is mounted on the end face of the mounting plate 2 facing the base 1, and the second driving end 421 is provided with a mounting hole (not shown in the figure), and the circumferential side of the mounting hole (not shown in the figure) is spherical. A rotating ball 4211 is installed in the installation hole (not shown in the figure), a connecting shaft 4212 is inserted in the rotating ball 4211, a third hinge seat 4213 is installed at the bottom of the object placing plate 3, one end of the third hinge seat 4213 far away from the object placing plate 3 is sleeved at two ends of the connecting shaft 4212, and the rotating ball is rotated relative to the connecting shaft 4212. The rotation ball 4211 rotates in a mounting hole (not shown) to rotate the storage plate 3 with respect to the second drive end 421.
In this way, the operator can be made to adjust the angle of the storage plate 3 with respect to the mounting plate 2 by varying the extension and retraction of the first 411 and second 421 drive ends, and to secure the storage plate 3 by securing the first 411 and second 421 drive ends. Specifically, the first driving end 411 is extended and retracted as shown in fig. 3 and 4 to rotate the storage plate 3 about the axis of the first fulcrum 3011. The second driving end 421 is extended and retracted as shown in fig. 5 and 6 to rotate the storage plate 3 about the axis of the second fulcrum 3012.
Based on the above, the storage board 3 as shown in fig. 7 includes a seat board 31, a leg board 32, and a back board 33. The seat plate 31 is rotatably mounted on the first fulcrum 3011. The first driving end 411 and the second driving end 421 are movably mounted on the end face of the seat plate 31 facing the mounting plate 2. The seat plate 31 is used for placing the buttocks of the animal. One end of the leg plate 32 is rotatably mounted on one side of the seat plate 31, and the other end of the leg plate 32 extends away from the seat plate 31. The leg plate 32 is used to rest the legs of an animal. One end of the back plate 33 is rotatably mounted on the other side of the seat plate 31 remote from the leg plates 32, and the other end of the back plate 33 extends in a direction remote from the seat plate 31. The back plate 33 is used for placing the back of the animal. Thus, the operator can adjust the angles of the leg plate 32 and the back plate 33 relative to the seat plate 31 according to the position of the animal to be operated, thereby facilitating the operator to perform the operation.
Based on the above, in order to enable the back plate 33 to rotate relative to the seat plate 31. An operating table as shown in fig. 8 further comprises a third hydraulic cylinder 331. The third hydraulic cylinder 331 has a third drive end 3311 and a third fixed end 3312 as shown in fig. 9. As shown in fig. 9, the bottom of the seat plate 31 near the edge of the back plate 33 is provided with a first mounting frame 311, a third fixed end 3312 is rotatably mounted on one end of the first mounting frame 311 extending toward the direction near the base 1, and the bottom of the back plate 33 is provided with a fourth hinge support 33111, and a third driving end 3311 is rotatably mounted on the fourth hinge support 33111. Specifically, the third driving end 3311 is extended to rotate the back plate 33 around the seat plate 31 in a direction away from the base 1. The third driving end 3311 is retracted to rotate the back plate 33 around the seat plate 31 in a direction approaching the base 1. This design allows the operator to adjust the angle of the back plate 33 relative to the seat plate 31 based on the length of extension and retraction of the third drive end 3311 to adjust the angle of the animal's upper body relative to the buttocks thereof to facilitate the operator's upper body surgery.
Based on the above, in order to enable the leg plate 32 to rotate with respect to the seat plate 31. An operating table as shown in fig. 8 further includes a mounting frame 322, a gas spring 321, and a driving lever 323. Wherein the gas spring 321 is a gas spring 321 of a rigid locking seat lifting gas spring 321 series meeting GB/T39433-2020, which is the prior art.
As shown in fig. 3, the bottom of the leg plate 32 is further provided with a reinforcing plate 3201, edges of two opposite sides of the back plate 33 extend towards the direction close to the base 1 to form a side plate, as shown in fig. 12, the mounting frame 322 is -shaped, and has an open end 3222 and a sealed end 3221, a first pin 32201 is inserted into the middle of the mounting frame 322, through holes are formed in the side plate and the reinforcing plate 3201, and two ends of the first pin 32201 rotate respectively to mount the through holes of the side plate and the through holes of the reinforcing plate 3201 as shown in fig. 11. The second end 3232 of the drive rod 323 extends in a direction toward the leg plate 32. Specifically, under the action of external force, one end of the driving rod 323 located outside the mounting frame 322 rotates towards the direction close to the leg plate 32, so as to drive the other end of the driving rod 323 located inside the mounting frame 322 to abut against the opening and closing piece 32111, so as to drive the opening and closing piece 32111 to move towards the direction close to the telescopic end, and further enable the telescopic end to extend and retract, so that the leg plate 32 can rotate relative to the seat plate 31. When no external force is applied to the driving rod 323, the first end 3231 rotates towards the direction approaching to the base 1 under the action of gravity, so as to drive the second end 3232 to rotate towards the direction approaching to the opening end 3222, as shown in fig. 11, so that the second end 3232 is no longer abutted against the opening and closing member 32111. So that the telescoping end is fixed relative to the mounting end 3212 to enable the leg plate 32 to rotate relative to the seat plate 31.
This design allows the operator to manually adjust the angle between the leg plate 32 and the seat plate 31, thereby facilitating the operator's operation on the lower extremities of the animal. More preferably, the two sets of the mounting frame 322, the gas spring 321 and the driving rod 323 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the leg plate 32, and the two second ends 3232 respectively extend towards each other to form a connecting bar (not shown in the figure). The slide rail 304 is mounted on opposite sides of the leg plate 32 and the seat plate 31 and the back plate 33 as shown in fig. 7. As shown in fig. 14, a first sliding groove is formed at one end of the leg frame 307, and is detachably mounted on the slide rail 304 through the first sliding groove and is located on the leg plate 32. The other end of the leg rest 307 extends away from the leg plate 32, and the other end of the leg rest 307 is for placing the rear legs of the animal. As shown in fig. 14, a second sliding groove is formed at one end of the bracket 306, and is slidably mounted on the sliding rail 304 through the second sliding groove and is located on the back plate 33. The other end of the bracket 306 extends away from the back plate 33, and the other end of the bracket 306 is used for placing medicines required for drip injection of animals. The design allows the leg rest 307 and the bracket 306 to be moved over the leg plate 32 and back plate 33, respectively, to facilitate the operator in adjusting the position of the drug and leg rest 307 as desired for the animal body type to be operated.
Based on the above, in order to make the mounting plate 2 liftable and lowerable mounted on the base 1. An operating table as shown in fig. 1 further comprises a fourth hydraulic cylinder 21, the fourth hydraulic cylinder 21 having a fourth driving end and a fourth fixing end, the fourth fixing end being mounted on the end face of the base 1 facing the mounting plate 2, the fourth driving end being mounted on the end face of the mounting plate 2 facing the base 1. Specifically, the fourth driving end stretches out to drive the mounting plate 2 to move away from the base 1, and the fourth driving end withdraws to drive the mounting plate 2 to move towards the base 1. This design allows the operator to extend and retract the fourth drive end to adjust the relative distance between the mounting plate 2 and the base 1, thereby lifting the back plate 33.
Based on the above-described basis. An operating table as shown in fig. 13 further comprises a first protective sheath 11 and two protective sheaths. The first protective sleeve 11 is arranged on the base 1 and sleeved outside the fourth fixed end. One end of the second protective sleeve 22 is arranged on the mounting plate 2, and the other end is sleeved outside the first protective sleeve 11.

Such a design allows the operator to more conveniently operate the extension and retraction of the first 411 and second 421 and third 3311 drive ends and the fourth drive end.
In summary, in the process of performing an operation on an animal, first, the fourth driving end is retracted to drive the mounting plate 2 to move toward the base 1, so as to drive the object placing plate 3 to move toward the base 1. Thereby reducing the height required to place the animal to facilitate placement of the animal by the operator. And then the fourth driving end stretches out to drive the mounting plate 2 to move in the direction away from the base 1 so as to drive the object placing plate 3 to move in the direction away from the base 1, so as to drive the animal to move in the direction away from the base 1. So as to adjust the height of the animal and facilitate operators with different heights to operate the animal. The operator then adjusts the first 411 and second 421 drive ends according to his own needs. The first driving end 411 is extended and retracted as shown in fig. 3 and 4 to rotate the storage plate 3 about the axis of the first fulcrum 3011. The second driving end 421 is extended and retracted as shown in fig. 5 and 6 to rotate the storage plate 3 about the axis of the second fulcrum 3012. To adjust the angle required during surgery and by adjusting the extension and retraction of the third end 3311, to drive the back plate 33 to rotate about the seat plate 31 in a direction toward the base 1. The driving rod 323 can be further rotated to the direction close to the leg plate 32 to be located at one end outside the mounting frame 322, so that the driving rod 323 is driven to be located at the other end inside the mounting frame 322 to be abutted against the opening and closing piece 32111, the opening and closing piece 32111 is driven to move towards the direction close to the telescopic end, and the telescopic end can be further extended and retracted, so that the leg plate 32 can rotate relative to the seat plate 31, the angle formed between the leg plate 32 and the seat plate 31 is adjusted, and an operator can conveniently perform an operation on an animal. The operating table is thus able to adjust the height of the storage plate 3 and the angle of the storage plate 3 relative to the mounting plate 2 according to the needs of the operator.
