The working process of the purifying fan is as follows: the fan 2 sucks the gas in the dust-free room into the upper shell 11 through the air inlet 110, the gas sucked into the upper shell 11 firstly exchanges heat through the steel calandria 3 to reduce the temperature of the gas, then the chemical harmful gas in the gas is filtered through the chemical filter screen 4, then the gas enters the fan 2, the gas is discharged from the air outlet 120 through the fan 2, the gas passes through the high-efficiency filter screen 6 in the process of passing through the fan 2 and the air outlet 120 to filter out the particulate matters in the gas, and the gas filtered and cooled by the purifying fan is finally discharged into the dust-free room through the air outlet 120.
