In one embodiment, the pet cushion of the present utility model has a cushion cover having an outer contour conforming to the upper unit and the lower unit, adapted to fix a relative position of the upper unit and the lower unit and to present the bevel portion.

In one embodiment, the pet cushion of the present utility model further comprises a side maximum height and a side minimum height, wherein the side maximum height is between about 12 cm and about 20 cm, and the side minimum height is between about 8 cm and about 13 cm.

In one embodiment, the upper unit and the lower unit of the pet cushion of the present utility model comprise a plurality of rounded corners, and a radius of the plurality of rounded corners is between 4 cm and 9 cm.

In one embodiment, the pet cushion of the present utility model further comprises a handle disposed at a corner of the cushion cover.

Detailed Description

Specific embodiments according to the present utility model will be specifically described below; however, the utility model may be practiced in many different forms of embodiments without departing from the spirit thereof, and the scope of the utility model should not be construed as limited to what is set forth in the specification.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a perspective view and an exploded perspective view of a pet cushion 10 according to an embodiment of the utility model are shown. The pet cushion 10 may comprise an upper unit 100, a lower unit 200 and a cushion cover 300, and the technical contents of the respective components are described in the following order.

The upper unit 100 is a pad body having a substantially rectangular shape, for example, a rectangular pad body having a length of 40 cm and a width of 30 cm, so as to be suitable for most shelves and cabinets in the market. The upper unit 100 includes a bevel portion 120. The bevel portion 120 is a part of the upper unit 100, and extends upward from a long side of the upper unit 100 to form a mountain shape protruding from an upper surface 102 of the upper unit 100, that is, the upper surface 102 is a cambered surface, rather than an L-shape. The bevel angle part is only arranged on the long side edge, and can provide a space for stretching other parts while providing proper leaning positions for pets so as to slow down the bevel angle part arranged and provide even pressure release support.

In the present embodiment, a plurality of foaming particles (only a few particles are shown in the drawing) are disposed inside the upper unit 100, but the upper unit 100 is not completely filled, but a filling degree of less than 75% (including 75%) is maintained, which is not limited thereto. The filling level may be between 40% and 60%, and may be, for example, about 50%, so that the upper unit 100 has a proper deformation space, so that when the compression levels are different, the lower compression portion has a space to accommodate more foam particles, and therefore the larger compression portion is more concave, and the lower compression portion becomes more supporting (as shown in fig. 3). Wherein the foaming particles can be Baoli Long Fapao particles, polylactic acid (PLA) foaming particles, polyethylene (PE) foaming particles or Expanded Thermoplastic Polyurethane (ETPU) foaming particles. When the foam particles are Styrofoam foam particles, the diameter of each foam particle is between 1.5 mm and 3.5 mm, preferably between 2 mm and 3 mm, so that the foam particles have good flowing effect, i.e. enough softness and supporting property are maintained when bearing pet cats, for example, compared with the traditional plane cushion body, the foam particles can form relatively deeper concave at the place with larger compression, so that the place with smaller compression can effectively give the security sense of surrounding, encircling and coating to the pets, and uniform supporting is also given.

In another embodiment, the upper unit 100 may also have a filling level of greater than 75% and less than 99%, such as greater than 80% and less than 90% or about 85%, for example. Thus, the supporting degree of the bevel portion can be improved, so that the pet can be sufficiently supported when resting on the bevel portion, and the outer contour of the pet cushion 10 can be further maintained to conform to the resting posture of the pet, and the pet cushion is particularly suitable for being used by the pet with a slightly heavy weight or a higher body fat.

Referring to fig. 2, the lower unit 200 of the present embodiment is another pad body, which has a rectangular shape with the same length and width as the upper unit 100, but with a smaller height than the upper unit 100, and is disposed below the upper unit 100. The lower unit 200 may be formed of high density polymeric foam, which may generate a smaller degree of dishing when compressed than the upper unit 100, and thus may further support the upper unit 100.

Referring to fig. 3, the cushion cover 300 of the present embodiment may be a bag for covering and covering the upper unit 100 and the lower unit 200, the upper unit 100 and the lower unit 200 may be placed in the inner space of the cushion cover 300, and the upper unit 100 and the lower unit 200 may be removed from the cushion cover 300. The cushion cover 300 may be made of cotton, cloth, and/or wool, for example. In one embodiment, the seam line 302 is located on an outer side of a short side (broadside) of the pet cushion 10, but the seam line 302 may also be located on an outer side of a long side of the pet cushion 10.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the pet cushion 10 of the present utility model has a side maximum height H1 and a side minimum height H2, wherein the height is a height that can be measured before the cushion cover 300 of the pet cushion 10 is compressed without weight after the upper unit 100 and the lower unit 200 are covered, the side maximum height H1 is between about 12 cm and 20 cm, and the side minimum height H2 is between about 8 cm and 13 cm. In one embodiment, the lateral maximum height H1 is about 1.5 times the lateral minimum height H2. Preferably, the maximum height H1 of the side is between about 17 cm and 19 cm, for example about 18 cm, and the minimum height H2 of the side is between about 11 cm and 13 cm, for example about 12 cm, so that, for example, when the pet cat is used, the pet cat can have a better degree of depression after being pressed down by the weight, yet still maintain a certain level of support (the lower unit will not excessively depression) and form a coating (formed by the depressed upper unit). Wherein, a height of the lower unit 200 may be 1/4 of a height of the upper unit 100.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the upper unit 100 and the lower unit 200 of the pet cushion 10 of the present utility model may further include a plurality of rounded corners R, and the cushion cover 300 may also have an outer contour corresponding to the shape including the rounded corners. In detail, the front and rear sides and the left and right sides of the upper unit 100 and the lower unit 200 are rounded, so that the plurality of rounded corners R are positioned at the connection points of the four outer sides of the pet cushion 10 after the cushion cover 300 is covered, so that discomfort caused by bending or sewing the cloth can be avoided, such as an indentation or scratch formed on the skin when the user touches the pet cushion. Wherein a radius of the plurality of rounded corners R is between 4 cm and 9 cm, preferably about 8 cm.

The pet cushion 10 of the present utility model may further comprise a handle 400, which is disposed at a corner of the cushion cover 300 and may be made of cloth, so that a user can easily lift, carry and/or move the pet cushion 10 by the handle 400, and after the cushion cover 300 is cleaned, the handle 400 is clamped to hang the cushion cover 300 off and dry, such that a clamping mark is not easily left on the cushion cover 300, or friction between the cushion cover 300 and the clamping piece is damaged.

Through the arrangement, the pet cushion has softness and support degree, cannot collapse easily due to the application of excessive external force or long-term use, can be attached to the body of a pet in a resting state better and more effectively than the cushion in the prior art, gives the security sense of surrounding, encircling and cladding the pet, and can be lifted, moved and carried conveniently. In addition, in some embodiments, the configuration of the seam lines can not affect the comfort level of the pet during rest, and the setting of the carrying handle can be more convenient for hanging, so that the usability is further improved.

Claims (10)

1. A pet cushion comprising:

an upper unit comprising an oblique angle portion and having a filling degree of less than 75%;

the lower layer unit is arranged below the upper layer unit and supports the upper layer unit; and

and the cushion sleeve can completely cover the upper layer unit and the lower layer unit in a detachable way, so that the upper layer unit and the lower layer unit are suitable to be carried together.

2. A pet cushion as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper layer unit comprises a plurality of expanded beads, the filling level being between 40% and 60%.

3. A pet cushion as claimed in claim 2 wherein a plurality of said foam particles are Styrofoam foam particles, each foam particle having a diameter of between 1.5 mm and 3.5 mm.

4. A pet cushion as in claim 1 wherein the lower layer element comprises high density polymeric foam.

5. A pet cushion as in claim 1 wherein the cushion cover is sewn from a plurality of pieces of cloth, two of which form a seam line on an outer side of the pet cushion.

6. A pet cushion as in claim 1 wherein the cushion cover has an outer contour conforming to the upper and lower units and adapted to fix a relative position of the upper and lower units and to present the bevel.

7. A pet cushion as in claim 1 further comprising a side maximum height and a side minimum height, the side maximum height being between 12 cm and 20 cm and the side minimum height being between 8 cm and 13 cm.

8. A pet cushion as in claim 1 wherein the upper and lower layer units comprise a plurality of rounded corners having a radius of between 4 cm and 9 cm.

9. A pet cushion as in claim 1 further comprising a handle disposed at a corner of the cushion cover.

10. A pet cushion comprising:

an upper unit comprising a bevel portion having a fill level of greater than 75% and less than 99%;

the lower layer unit is arranged below the upper layer unit and supports the upper layer unit; and

and the cushion sleeve can completely cover the upper layer unit and the lower layer unit in a detachable way, so that the upper layer unit and the lower layer unit are suitable to be carried together.
