Fig. 1 is a wearing reference diagram of a claw-type hair dryer according to an embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 1, the hair dryer is worn directly on the head of a human body when in use, i.e. no hand-held operation is needed in the hair-blowing process, and hands are liberated, thereby improving the comfort level in the hair-blowing process.
The claw blower includes at least a controller 100, a hair dryer system 200, a blower main housing 300, and a plurality of ventilation ducts 400. The electric hair dryer system 200 is used for generating air volume or temperature required by the hair drying process, the controller 100 is used for controlling parameters such as on-off, wind power, temperature and the like of the electric hair dryer system 200, and the controller can be a controller of a hand-held hair dryer in the prior art. The fan main shell 300 is provided with an air inlet, a plurality of first air outlets 310 and a plurality of second air outlets 320, and the air inlet of the fan main shell 300 is communicated with the air outlet of the electric hair drier system 200, each first air outlet 310 and each second air outlet 320 of the fan main shell 300; so that the output air of the electric hair dryer system 200 is respectively conveyed to the first air outlet 310 and the second air outlet 320 on the fan main shell 300 through the air inlet of the fan main shell 300; the wind flowing out through the first air outlet 310 may be directly blown to the hair, and the wind flowing out through the second air outlet 320 may be further blown to the hair through the ventilation pipe 400.
Referring to fig. 2, each ventilation pipe 400 extends downward from each second air outlet 320 of the fan main housing 300, an air inlet of each ventilation pipe 400 communicates with each second air outlet 320, and each ventilation pipe 400 has a plurality of third air outlets 410 thereon. Wherein the wind flowing into the ventilation tube 400 through the second air outlet 320 further flows out of the third air outlet 410 on the ventilation tube 400. Specifically, each ventilation pipe 400 has a tubular structure with different shapes (designed by human engineering), and a plurality of small holes are distributed on the tubular structure as the third air outlet 410, when the air enters the ventilation pipe 400, the air is blown out from the third air outlet 410 to the hair, so as to achieve the effect of quickly drying the hair.
With the claw hair dryer of the present utility model, different types of hair dryers can be designed based on different head sizes, and different types of hair dryers can be adapted to different sizes of heads. In addition to the above, the material of the ventilation tube 400 may be a flexible and bendable shaping material, and the wearer may fine tune the ventilation tube according to actual needs, so that the blower is stably worn on the head. In addition, a driving part for driving the expansion or contraction of the ventilation pipe can be arranged inside the main shell of the blower, and it is understood that the blower is suitable for users with slightly larger head sizes when the ventilation pipe is expanded, and suitable for users with slightly smaller head sizes when the ventilation pipe is contracted.
The blower main housing 300 serves as an intermediate member for connecting the electric hair dryer system 200 and the ventilation duct 400, and may specifically be a housing structure having a hollow cavity. Illustratively, the fan main housing 300 is a circular-table-shaped housing, an air inlet of the fan main housing 300 is formed on a top end surface of the fan main housing 300, each first air outlet 310 is formed on a bottom end surface of the fan main housing 300, and each second air outlet 320 is formed on a circumferential side wall of the fan main housing 300. The fan main housing 300 is defined as a housing structure having a hollow cavity, and the air inlet of the fan main housing 300 is communicated with the first air outlet 310 and the second air outlet 320 through the hollow cavity. It should be understood that the shape of the fan main case 300 is merely an example, and the shape thereof may be square, prismatic, or the like. Further, the bottom end face (one end close to the top of the head) of the main fan housing may be configured to be concave, when the blower is worn on the head, the outer edge of the bottom of the main fan housing is supported on the top of the head, and a gap is reserved between the first air outlet 310 on the main fan housing and the top of the head, at this time, the air output by the first air outlet 310 may be used for drying the hair of the top of the head.
Further, the plurality of first air outlets 310 located on the bottom end surface of the main casing may be uniformly arranged at intervals. For example, referring to fig. 3, when the bottom end surface of the fan main housing 300 is circular, the diameters of the plurality of first air outlets 310 are equal, and the plurality of first air outlets 310 may be arranged in a plurality of circles along the axis of the circular bottom end surface, and a space is provided between the first air outlets 310 between any two adjacent circles. In addition, the plurality of first air outlets 310 for each turn may be uniformly arranged at intervals along the circumference. The number of the first air outlets 310 in each embodiment is not specifically limited, and may be set according to the size of the bottom end face of the fan main housing 300, and the arrangement rule of the plurality of first air outlets 310 on the bottom end face of the fan main housing 300 may also be changed according to the actual application scenario.
Similarly, the plurality of second air outlets 320 formed in the circumferential side wall of the fan main housing 300 may be uniformly spaced apart along the circumferential side wall thereof. Since the second air outlet 320 is communicated with the air inlet of the ventilation pipe 400, the aperture size of the second air outlet 320 can be adapted to the air inlet size of the ventilation pipe 400 selected. Typically, the second air outlet 320 is larger than the aperture size of the first air outlet 310. However, the second air outlets 320 are similar to the first air outlets 310, and the number and the distance between the second air outlets 320 can be adjusted according to the practical application. In this embodiment, the ventilation pipe 400 and the fan main case 300 are of a split structure, and at this time, the fan main case 300 and the ventilation pipe 400 are connected by pipes; in addition, the fan main case 300 and the ventilation pipe 400 may be integrally formed.
Specifically, the electric hair dryer system 200 includes a first motor, a fan blade and a heater, the fan blade is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the first motor, the heater is used for heating output wind of the fan blade, and a wind output end of the electric hair dryer system 200 is communicated with an air inlet of the fan main housing 300. Wherein, the output shaft of the first motor is fixedly connected with the fan blade to drive the fan blade to rotate, thereby generating wind for being input into the fan main housing 300; the heater further heats the wind output by the fan blade so that the wind received by the hair is hot wind.
In order to realize the connection between the electric hair dryer system 200 and the fan main housing 300, at least a portion of the fan blades of the electric hair dryer system 200 may extend from the air inlet of the fan main housing 300 into the hollow cavity of the fan main housing 300. At this time, the electric hair dryer system 200 may further include a fixing frame for fixing the fan blade, which is disposed between the motor and the fan blade, i.e., the fan blade may be fixed to the fan main housing 300 based on the fixing frame.
In the above embodiment, since the head-mounted claw type hair dryer is worn on the head of a human body, wet hair can be blown without a hand-held operation, and the use of strong wind and high temperature can be reduced as much as possible compared with a hand-held hair dryer when hair is dried; according to the method, the space between the air outlet and wet hair is reduced, and hair is blown dry by low temperature and breeze; the hair dryer with the structure adopts a milder and more comfortable method to dry hair rapidly, and can reduce the damage caused by high Wen Duitou hair in the hair drying process.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, the electric hair dryer system 200 further includes an ionizer and a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the wind flowing through the first air outlet 310 and the second air outlet 320, the temperature sensor is connected to the controller 100, the controller 100 may receive the temperature of the wind detected by the temperature sensor, and the controller may further control the heater to heat the outputted wind. In addition, the controller 100 is also electrically connected to a first motor, and the controller of the present application is similar to the controller on an existing hand-held hair dryer, and can adjust the switch of the hair dryer, the magnitude of wind force, the temperature of the outputted wind, etc. In addition to the above, the controller 100 of the blower may be equipped with a wireless remote control to facilitate modification of the operating mode of the blower; besides the above, the intelligent terminal can be used for replacing a wireless remote controller to realize the regulation and control of the working mode of the blower and the self-defining of the working mode of the blower.
In one embodiment, the head mounted claw blower may be provided as a fixed gear blower or a continuously variable speed blower. For the fixed gear blower, the gear positions of a breeze low-temperature gear, a breeze medium-temperature gear, a breeze high-temperature gear, a high-wind medium-temperature gear, a stroke low-temperature gear and the like can be divided. And the fixed gear blower can be set into various working modes, such as: quick dry mode, standard mode, and hair care mode. For the quick drying mode, the blower outputs large air quantity and high temperature, so that the quick drying effect can be achieved; for the standard mode, the hair dryer can output large air quantity and high temperature firstly, then the hair dryer becomes large air quantity and medium temperature after the hair is semi-dried, and the mode can dry the hair rapidly and reduce the damage to the hair; for the hair care mode, the air quantity of the hair dryer is firstly large in a short time, and then the hair dryer becomes medium temperature and stroke after reaching a certain degree, and finally small air quantity and low temperature are output.
The infinitely variable speed hair dryer has no fixed gear, and the working modes of the infinitely variable speed hair dryer are similar to those of the fixed gear hair dryer and also comprise a quick drying mode, a standard mode and a hair care mode; in addition, the infinitely variable speed blower also comprises a self-defining mode, and the self-defining mode can be self-defined according to hair quality, hair blowing habit and the like to set a working mode suitable for the user. Specifically, the blower can be connected with a device terminal such as a mobile phone, a pad and the like through Bluetooth; and further adaptively setting the wind power, the temperature, the time and the like of the blower according to given reference data based on the APP on the mobile terminal.
In one embodiment of the present utility model, the ventilation tube 400 includes a short ventilation tube for fitting the forehead of a human body and a long ventilation tube for fitting the long hair of a human body. As can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, the length of the ventilation tube 400 located at the front half of the main housing 300 of the circular truncated cone-shaped fan is smaller than that of the ventilation tube 400 located at the rear half, the short ventilation tube 400 is provided to match the wet hair at the female diverse location, and the long ventilation tube 400 is provided to match the long hair of the female.
Experiments show that when the head-mounted claw type hair dryer is used for drying long hair of women, the output mode of small air quantity (breeze or stroke) is optimal, at the moment, the human body feels that the air applied to the long hair is soft air with strong comfort due to the small distance between the ventilation pipe and the long hair, and the long hair is slightly blown at the moment, so that the phenomenon that a large number of long hair fly greatly does not occur. If a long-hair female adopts a mode with large air quantity (high wind shield), the human body can feel slightly large wind force, and the mode can shorten the blowing time; however, at this time, since the wind output from each ventilation pipe is uniform, long hair can be blown in a direction close to the scalp in a high wind mode, or long hair between two ventilation pipes can swing between the two ventilation pipes, but multiple experiments show that long hair winding phenomenon can not exist when the long hair of women is blown by adopting a high wind shield.
For the head-mounted claw type hair dryer in the above embodiment, when in use, the hair dryer is worn on the head in the direction according to the mode shown in fig. 1, the hair dryer is electrified, a switch on the remote controller or a button on the controller 100 is pressed, the hair dryer starts to operate according to set parameters, and in the operation process, air with proper temperature is introduced into the claw-shaped ventilation pipe 400, and the ventilation pipe 400 is further dispersed to wet hair based on the third air outlet 410 on the ventilation pipe, so that the wet hair is dried. The blowing process has mild temperature, moderate wind power and easy operation. The number of the third air outlets 410 on each ventilation pipe 400 is plural, and the plurality of third air outlets 410 may be uniformly and alternately arranged along the extending direction of the ventilation pipe 400.
The hair dryer can be provided with a massage function in addition to the hair-blowing function. Illustratively, the blower is further provided with a second motor which controls the expansion or contraction of the ventilation pipes 400, i.e., the effect of relaxing the head is achieved when the ends of the ventilation pipes 400 are gradually expanded, and the effect of massaging the head is achieved when the ends of the ventilation pipes 400 are gradually contracted inward. In addition, the massage module can be additionally arranged on one side of the hair dryer, which is used for being tightly attached to the head, and the massage module can further realize head massage under the driving action of the motor, so that the hair dryer can be used for massaging the head synchronously in the hair blowing process.
In order to make the noise of the blower smaller and make the blower more compact, the fan blade of the blower can be a centrifugal fan blade. And the motor of the blower may be provided as a low-power low-voltage type motor, such as a 12V or 24V power supply, which is adapted to a portable mobile power supply, and thus the application thereof may not be particularly limited.
The head-mounted claw type hair dryer disclosed by the utility model releases the hands of a user, improves the comfort level of the user in the hair blowing process and saves more labor in operation. In addition, the hair dryer does not need to be held by hand, so that the hair dryer can work in a low-speed low-temperature mode, and the damage to the hair caused by the fact that the existing hair dryer is laborious to operate and must adopt a high-temperature high-speed working mode is relieved. In addition, the blower can intelligently control the wind power and the temperature, and the distance between the air outlet of the blower and hair is smaller and stable, so that the wind power and the wind temperature are more stable; the low-speed low-temperature mode is adopted, so that hair can be protected from injury, and heat dissipation is further reduced, and energy and electricity are saved.
In this disclosure, features that are described and/or illustrated with respect to one embodiment may be used in the same way or in a similar way in one or more other embodiments and/or in combination with or instead of the features of the other embodiments.
While the foregoing has shown and described the basic underlying principles and features of the utility model, it is to be understood that the utility model is not limited to those precise embodiments, and that various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the utility model as defined in the appended claims.
