The bag pulling driving device 601 comprises a bag pulling servo motor 6011, a driving pulley 6012, a driven pulley 6013, a transmission belt 6014 and a bag pulling driving arm 6015, wherein the bag pulling servo motor 6011 is arranged on a frame, the driving pulley 6012 is arranged on an output shaft of the bag pulling servo motor 6011, the driven pulley 6013 is rotatably arranged on the frame through a rotating shaft, and the transmission belt 6014 is tensioned between the driving pulley 6012 and the driven pulley 6013; one end of the bag pulling driving arm 6015 is coaxially arranged with the driven belt pulley 6013, and the other end of the bag pulling driving arm 6015 is hinged with the rear end of the bag pulling connecting rod 602. When the driven belt pulley 6013 rotates, the bag pulling driving arm 6015 is driven to swing, so that the bag pulling connecting rod 602 is driven to swing back and forth.
