Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present utility model, the drawings that are needed in the embodiments will be briefly described below, and it is obvious that the drawings in the following description are some embodiments of the present utility model, and other drawings may be obtained according to these drawings without inventive effort for a person skilled in the art.
Referring to fig. 1, a watering water treatment system 10 includes a natural settling tank 20, a primary filter wall 30, a water intake pipe 40, and a cartridge filter 50, wherein the natural settling tank 20 is connected to an external canal to introduce river water in the canal into the natural settling tank 20, the primary filter wall 30 is disposed in the natural settling tank 20, the primary filter wall 30 encloses a clean water tank 300, a water inlet of the water intake pipe 40 is disposed in the clean water tank 300, such that water in the natural settling tank 20 is filtered by the primary filter wall 30 and then removed, and the cartridge filter 50 is disposed on the water intake pipe 40 to further filter water in the clean water tank 300.
In a preferred embodiment, the natural settling pond 20 has an area of at least one mu and a depth of more than two meters, and the settling time is more than two days in order to achieve a good settling effect. The water entering the fresh water tank 300 is actually introduced by leakage. Because the water in the clean water tank 300 has enough capacity, the water flow rate entering the clean water tank 300 can be ensured to be smaller, firstly the scouring of the water flow can be prevented, secondly the large-size suspended substances such as pasture and water can be prevented from entering the clean water tank 300 because of the too high flow rate, and the sediment entering the clean water tank 300 because of stirring of the water body at the bottom can be avoided. Meanwhile, since the natural settling pond 20 is rich in water and rich in water plants, aquatic animals such as fish and tadpole can exist therein, the primary filter wall 30 can isolate the aquatic animals. However, the primary partition wall cannot filter free algae, small animals, and the like. These can cause blockage of the irrigation pipe after entering the end of the irrigation pipe. The cartridge filter 50 is capable of filtering these substances so that the water that eventually enters the irrigation pipe is relatively pure. The cartridge filter 50 may filter the minute substances therein in the form of a laminate, activated carbon, a filter mesh, or the like.
Further, the primary filter wall 30 comprises a cement-based wall 301, a stone wall 302 and a filter cloth 303, wherein the upper end of the cement-based wall 301 is overlapped with the stone wall 302, the stone wall 302 is formed by stacking stones, water in the natural settling tank 20 leaks into the clean water tank 300 through the stone wall 302, and the filter cloth 303 is positioned at the inner side of the clean water tank 300 and covers the side surface of the stone wall 302.
The primary filter wall 30 must be configured to take into account robustness, sustainability and low cost issues. The cement-based wall 301 can ensure the solidity of the wall. The cement-based wall 301 may be a concrete cavity, or may be built by square bricks on the inside and cement mortar on the outside. Can also be placed directly through cement hollow bricks. The stone wall 302 may also be reinforced with wood, iron wire, etc. if a stronger environment is desired in the field. And a filter cloth 303 is provided on the inner side of the stone wall 302 in order to further prevent some foreign matters from passing between the stone seams. The filter cloth 303 can be sewn by waste clothes and the like, and if the filter cloth is convenient to replace and wash, the cost is very low.
Further, a three-way valve is provided at the junction of the water intake pipe 40 and the cartridge filter 50 to control the flow direction of water in the water intake pipe 40.
When the water purity requirements of the irrigation facility are low, such as sprinkling irrigation, the cartridge filter 50 is not needed to filter the water, and the three-way valve is controlled, so that the water taking pipeline 40 is directly used for irrigation without passing through the cartridge filter 50.
Further, the irrigation water treatment system 10 further comprises a water and fertilizer device 60, the water and fertilizer device 60 comprises a fertilizer preparation tank 601, a water and fertilizer water inlet pipeline 602, a water and fertilizer pump 603 and a water and fertilizer outlet pipeline 604, the water and fertilizer preparation tank is located right below a water outlet of the water and fertilizer water inlet pipeline 602, a water inlet of the water and fertilizer water inlet pipeline 602 is arranged in the water purification tank 300, the water and fertilizer pump 603 is arranged on the water and fertilizer water inlet pipeline 602 so as to introduce water in the water purification tank 300 into the fertilizer preparation tank 601, one end of the water and fertilizer outlet pipeline 604 is connected with the fertilizer preparation tank 601, and the other end of the water and fertilizer outlet pipeline 604 is connected with the water intake pipeline 40.
Further, the irrigation water treatment system 10 further includes a dispensing device 70, the dispensing device 70 includes a pesticide configuration tank 701, a dispensing water inlet pipe 702, a dispensing pump, and a liquid medicine outlet pipe 703, the pesticide configuration tank 701 is adjacent to the fertilizer configuration tank 601, a water outlet of the dispensing water inlet pipe 702 is located right above the pesticide configuration tank 701, a water inlet of the dispensing water inlet pipe 702 is disposed in the water inlet tank, the dispensing pump is disposed on the dispensing water inlet pipe 702, so as to introduce water in the water inlet tank into the pesticide configuration tank 701, one end of the liquid medicine outlet pipe 703 is connected with the pesticide configuration tank 701, and the other end of the liquid medicine outlet pipe 703 is connected with the water intake pipe 40.
When the water body is irrigated, fertilization or pesticide spraying is needed besides usual irrigation. Through setting up liquid manure apparatus 60, dispensing device 70 can satisfy the demand of fertilization or laxative, simultaneously, liquid manure apparatus 60 and dispensing device 70 are independent relatively, can guarantee that liquid manure and pesticide can not mix, influence drug effect or fertilizer efficiency. Meanwhile, the fertilizer preparation tank 601 and the pesticide preparation tank 701 can share one water inlet pipeline, and only the corresponding pipeline valve is required to be opened when water is taken.
Because groundwater is generally alkaline, and pesticides are acidic, the application effect is poor during configuration. And yellow river water is acidic or neutral, which is more beneficial to pesticide configuration.
Further, referring to FIG. 2, the watering water treatment system 10 further includes a cover plate 80, wherein the cover plate 80 is disposed directly above the clean water tank 300, the fertilizer placement tank 601, and the pesticide placement tank 701.
The water purifying tank 300, the fertilizer preparing tank 601 and the pesticide preparing tank 701 are exposed to the outside for a long time, which brings about various problems such as impurity or growth of algae and volatilization of the pesticide caused by sunlight, and the outside can be isolated by arranging the cover plate 80, so that the application effects of water fertilizer, the pesticide and the like are better.
The foregoing disclosure is illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present utility model, and is not to be construed as limiting the scope of the utility model, as it is understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the above-described embodiments may be practiced with equivalents thereof, which fall within the scope of the utility model as defined by the appended claims.
